It was wonderful experience I got it from KHT Motors, initially they told vehicle delivery will take 13-14 weeks time, though I got the vehicle within 4 week’s time which is excellent service they have provided so far. I’m expecting the same kind of support going forward as well.It is definitely as good as wonderful support that I have received from TATA MOTORS executive management as well.

They try pressure sale techniques..like car prices will increase after tonight. please dont fall for it. else , you can get good deals if you can tackle those tricks

Today I am extremely happy with the delivery of my tata nexon XMAS after a waiting period of 5 months almost, worth waiting and more than that delighted with good service provided by KHT Motors Whitefield. Sales executive Venkatesh is doing a great job there . He has been extremely supportive, very professional and helpful, turnaround time is simply super for any queries, always provided genuine details which are very important to make the final decision.

Overall customer experience was good.Done a test drive in petrol and I have asked for diesel vehicle for test drive, they said they will arrange for finally they said its not available.At the time of booking they said the waiting period will be 10 weeks but my car reached in 4 weeks of time however due to lockdown the delivery was delayed for 6 weeks further.All the back office and registration work gone smoothly.Executive Aruna was very helpful from the day of enquiry till the day of car delivery. She was approachable for all the queries and clarifications.I was not happy on the delivery, the car was not properly washed. On all the four doors there was a grease that was completely dried. I noticed after reached home and informed about it. I was expecting they will arrange for cleaning but not. I cleaned on my own.Suggest all to inspect your car before taking delivery dont think its a brand new and everything is good.Looking forward for great experience in post sale service

Tata has come a long was into making “better/ premium” cars. Even the engines are more refined than earlier.They need to do more to take their customer interactions a notch up to match their cars. It is perhaps difficult because of the footfalls they receive from the wide range of cars they offer.Perhaps having a premium sub brand like Maruti (Nexa) would help.

Recently purchased Altrox XZ+ TC Dark edition from here. I must say that the sales representative- Venkatesh was a thorough professional, extremely helpful and courteous. He followed up with me at regular intervals and ensured that all the paperwork are in place. The committed delivery date of the vehicle was 6-8 weeks(on paper) and it was delivered within 4 weeks. My first car and it was a great experience-from the test drive to the the onboarding process it was a seamless experience.

On time delivery,Good receiving and response.Siva sales person is good and Thanks for the delivery on time.

While delivering the car, they will park infront of the showroom, no security will be there to take care of, if somebody do scratch or tamper happens by visitors, showroom is not responsible. Then why they park outside if the car specific owner is not available at site. While delivery the car has some fit and finish faults. Delivery executive itself agreed and he himself tell that all the Tata cars have some faults. I have attached some pics of faults for your reference. I request or demand replacement or repair.

Not sure if this is common with all Tata showrooms. It was just chaos everywhere. There were not enough staff to manage the potential buyers.1. We called and went for a test drive of Nexon. Showroom said we dont have to wait longer periods. Later we had to return without test drive due to long wait.Nobody attended to us for nearly 15-20 mins. Showroom was just short-staffed.Overall not at all a good customer experience. Customers are taken for granted here.

Loved to see Indian manufacturers having a healthy foot print, it was super busy but adequately staffed to take care of the customers, even if you are window shopping 😀... The showroom is right on the main road. Staff is okay, but not as prompt and engaging as one would expect when you are stepping in to buy a 25L SUV. Makes one wonder if this is the sales experience, how would the after sales experience be ?However the service executive who was attending to me was very polite and helpful. Gave me a good test drive and explained the product very well.

I had visited kht motors last week. For first 10mins no one attended us. Finally one person attended. He was very poor in explaining features and was speaking only after we ask for.I asked for tata Tiago test drive, he said some other customer has taken it and wait for 10mins. I said I can wait, after 10mins he told me that test drive vehicle itself has gone for servicing. Please dont visit this service center if u want to save your precious time.

I have upgraded my car and wanted to go for Safari 2021, the staff were very courteous and were able to explain all specifications clearly. Today KHT has delivered the vehicle as promised. I wanted to thank Preetham who serviced us right from the start and made our experience seamless, also thanking Karthik who helped in accessories fitment.

Had a very average experience with KHT motors while buying our car. The interaction till we pod the entire amount was satisfactory, pot which it went downhill. We confirmed the date of delivery by which we expected everything to be ready including the accessories.Even on the day of delivery we confirmed with our sales rep if everything was ready and he confirmed and said to come over for delivery. On reaching the dealership and seeing the car we noticed our accessories were missing. On highlighting this to the sales rep he disappeared and then looked to be busy trying to get through someone on the his phone. On seeing this we asked him to get someone to meet up with us as this was unacceptable.On this he mentioned told he will take us to his managers office but would not be able to call his manager here. First time hearing a service manager not able to come out and meet his customers.We went ahead and met the manager who assured us that there was some miscommunication among the teams and the accessories we paid for were out of stock. Like everything else this also was blamed on the pandemic. However we were assured that this will be available over the weekend and they will send there team over to our residence to have it fixed.The weekend came and went and still no accessories were fixed. We did however receive a call saying that we would have it fixed the following day by the evening. From previous experience I don’t have any confidence that this will be done by the given deadline.

Though we went there as a moto of Made in India motors..... Was very unhappy with the prices.... Tata cars are definitely not for the requirement of middle class families... Its not like middle class people must buy altroz or tigor only

I would have given in negative ,if it was there . I booked the car Nexon XMA(S) Petrol version in June Itself and even after 11 Week It has not been delivered . Forget about getting the call from showroom,When I call people there ,they arrogantly hang up the call.One guy tells come you will get the vehicle in this weekend , When I reach the showroom, people say I dont know whom you talked to , you will not get the vehicle because there is some production issue in Nexon Manufacturing unit . This is really pathetic that these arrogant people dont bother to care about customers, and simply ruining the great Name , brand and trust of TATA

No doubt Tata is the best when it comes to cars. But my experience at KHT motors in terms of customer support was bad.1. They will not share the complete details about the insurance. Please buy insurance on your own.2. If you negotiate they will add the money in accessories.3. Representative do not have complete information of the car variant.4. At the time of delivery if an accessory is not available they will ask you to go to service center they will not arrange it for you in showroom.5. At the time of delivery they try to quickly finish the demo in 10 mins. For an owner who is buying car for the first time it is not good. Enough time should be spend on explaining features.6. You have to call the representative multiple times for any information you need. They simply forgets.KHT motors should work on training their representative to get good customer satisfaction. Customer should be given all the information and support.

Beware while taking test drive you may end up paying test drive expense. They forced me to pay the money and threating with police complain. There was small scratch happened and they hold my driving license and called additional people to my apartment and threating to file police case if i dont pay the money. If this is the way they are treating us while test drive then i wonder what will be future service if i buy a car from them.

Staff are good but, the test drive was not good , that puts one off while making a decision while buying a car.The car tried altroz was having rattling sound and didnt feel that good. Hope management takes care of the feedback.

We went to enquire and book Nexon diesel, but the person named Lokesh attended us explained normally about the car and when we asked for test drive he said the car went for service and he wil arrange the next day at our home. But he called the next day and said he will reach in some time for test drive, again he called after sometime and said the car is still in service , so he will get the car next day for test drive, after 2 days there is no response from them, so pathetic and they are taking customers for granted. now we booked duster, they are far better when compared to KHT motors. TATA is a good Indian brand, but they are literally spoiling the name. Management Its better u shutdown the showroom.

I purchased Tata Safari adventure.I kept Tata to the bottom of my list while looking for a 7 seater for my family.This is because of multiple reasons, to start withI own a Tata Sierra (1996 model), it was great car but it is a while elephant.Excellent** customer service reviews over the internet as well as off digital network is next reason for avoiding the Tata.Tata has a tendency to discontinue his SUV segment like Aria, Hexa and make customers feel like they are using discontinued models along side increasing maintenance cost as spares and technician availabity is very difficult.Poor re-sale value.I have been to MG Hector plus, Hyundai Alcazar, Toyota Innova but for my riding style and usage none of them matched. As a last resort I been to Tata.I cant blame anyone from KHT Motors or Tata as no one ever approached me to buy their product. It is completely my own will and wish to buy Safari. And whole time I felt like I am dealing with Government organizations. Govt dont care of any individual who is at the bottom of food chain (Tax payer). Like wise, it is my interest in buying their product has caused so much trouble to KHT Motor employees. May be its my perception I couldnt sense good customer service like in other dealers (MG, Hyundai, Toyota). I had to followup to get things done according to their will and wish and convenience. I should admit one thing that car is delivered at the time we requested as it was auspicious day.They made us to wait in their service center to fix the accessories, I wasnt aware of it, else I would have left my family (includes 2 year old) at home. Me like an idiot waited and made my family wait till it is delivered. Fun part is car is delivered without number plate because they did not start the RTO formalities by the time they delivered car.They did not start RTO formalities because their (Tata or KHT) stupid systems were unresponsive. Finally after many followups I could make them pay RTO road tax, but still waiting for the number plate.Lessons learned:Avoid Tata (dont try to be patriotic, you being patriotic changes nothing as it works only when both parties are patriotic and shows mutual respect)If chosen, bare them with utmost patience to their attitude, treatment, service etc as no one else other than you alone forced you to choose Tata.

Not had pleasant experience here😒. Initially Lakshmi Devi assigned for me with whom have discussed everything about prices and accessories. But later it got assigned to Lakshmi (Team Lead) who is not very good also. Overall very bad experience. There are many points but just to summarise they have to work hard on keeping their customers happy.. At some point I felt, forget this Altroz car and go for other cars.. But interestingly when it comes to payments, they are very active and call many times 😀..By the way this was my first car and sad with buying process.. I felt with their actions and behaviour that they dont mind if they loose customers..Only positive thing is CAR is nice...

I did a test drive for altroz petrol. I took the test drive twice before finalizing on altroz petrol xz variant. The representative from KHT motors named Bharath, was in constant touch with us and clarified all our doubts. All the paper work was done seamlessly and we got our vehicle before the expected time.

Booked Nexon in Feb-2020. No delivery or confirmed delivery date Yet after 24 weeks(Promised delivery time was 8 weeks). Sales team is clueless about dates. I have been interacting with Chitra and Vinod from sales team.So any potential buys see if you are ok with this much wait time and uncertainty.PS: Now i will get an automated response from owner that with message to call or email and they will resolve the issue.Sir if you really want to resolve the issue check Feb booking of nexon and you will find my name and contact details. Provide me my vehicle instead of just sending fake assurance messages for reviews.

Such a pathetic service , went on enquiring Nexon EV , we parked our vehicle where all vehicles were parked in front of the showroom, no security guard nor any sales person who were hovering over thr to get customers didn’t utter a word that to park it on backside, when we came outside we saw our vehicle was already towed, when we asked the lady representative she told sorry sir it’s no parking, stupid people told we can’t drop you as we don’t have any vehicle now, we asked as no auto was giving rides for short distance,didn’t offer a ride toll Kundalahalli signal that’s where the vehicle was wid police, ta a whole it costed me Rs 2200 just to enquire for a vehicle . The traffic person told he already had lifted 9 vehicles since morning from same place still these people doesn’t know

Went here to get the details of Altroz. It was very crowded and no one attended us even after 30 mins. After repeated requests at the reception we left without getting any information about the car. Finally ended up buying Kia. Pathetic service.

Today we got our delivery. Our experience with Dilip from KHT Whitefield has been very pleasant. In fact it is only coz of him, we went ahead with Tata or would have definitely backed out due to the horrible experience of other salespeople and other stores. He knows his job well, all details about the car and is very well coordinated right from booking the car at home for us till delivery. I have booked tata nexon, but honestly I dont feel comfortable with their customer service, they dont provide proper updates lots of miscommunication, manager is saying something and representatives are saying different, earlier I had hyundai, cant compare the service of hyundai and tata, tata product may be good but they need to look for better customer service, my only worry is that , now only this kind of negligence, what will happen during service after purchasing the car...

Customer care and sales executives do not bother about the customers. They are already in the mindset that Tata cars will automatically be sold out and customers will be paying 15-20 lakhs without any problem and questions.My experience in the showroom was very bad. No one was interested to provide the requested details and after 30 mins we received the price list of Tata nexon and also communicated for 16 to 18 weeks waiting time.No one will tell you the features, benefits and why you need to buy this car. Pathetic Salesman ship. I had better experience in Hyundai, Kia and Nexa. Please ask your sales people to provide better customer experience as we already know the TATA legacy.🙏🙏

Hands down one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had when buying a car. The delivery was obviously delayed owing to the huge demand for the Nexon and the pune plant shut-down due to the covid pandemic, but they kept me informed all along. Sunil was the sales representative I was dealing with, a thorough professional that took time to explain the buying process and guided me until I got the car delivered. Looking forward to the first service in two weeks, hopefully, the service team doesnt disappoint me, the sales team have set the bar high.

No proper response to customer quaries i purchased tata altroz but now i felt it was a mistake not because of car because of the showroom.

So here is how the experience goes..The salesperson, Sowmya Reddy was a polite and helpful in explaining the prices and schemes running. No push to buy the higher variant add unnecessary things. (Customer is free of a nagging salesperson push)I also thank Mr. Nirav for a wonderful walkthrough of the test drive. And even on the day of booking he came across as a well learned man for the machines Tata is selling.Coming to delivery it took me 17 quick days from the day of the booking to get my hands on it. All the processes were done quickly.The most delightful part was the delivery. Before we came the car was ready with all accessories fitted.Sowmya was very helpful in explaining and giving a very detailed demo. Kudos to her. In 1hr we had the car on the road.Hopefully the service is not torturous as people tell.Please stay as good as you have been till now for me.

Horrendous experience with this dealer, I strongly suggest to think before choosing this dealer, they will for sure see that you end up experiencing all kinds of miseries. First of all dont believe their sales executives, all that they tell you is lie. They did not provide Invoice for the accessories that I purchased and moreover some of accessories were billed but not delivered and its been 3 months since I purchased the car and nobody seems to care about my concern. What is even more worrying is that there was a minor dent on the car that we did not notice at the time of delivery. They did a very shabby work in fitting the accessories and it started to come off now, imagine its not even 3 months. Abhishek and Karthik are the people I mainly dealt with and honestly it was never a pleasant experience.coming to the hospitality forget about getting some coffee or tea, they wont even offer water unless you ask them.Tata is making some really good cars but then whats the use if they have such dealers who are providing such pathetic services, in the end its also the experience that matters.Tata should really look at this fundamental problems and sort out the issues ASAP.

Had a very bad experience... Had purchased altroz in December 2020 but still didnt get the RC.... The post sales service is really pathetic... No one is bothered to revert or take the call or initiative to provide service to get my CARs RC...specially Ms.Priya...

From my experience : The vehicles designed and produced by TATA Motors are excellent. But when you go with a distributer like KHT to buy TATA Motors vehicles, customer should know the vehicle purchase processes in detail.Because the sales associate assigned by KHT will not guide/update/co-ordinate properly, rather you might get mislead by the information shared by them. These executives will take us for a ride even during post sales support as well in sharing vehicle documents and such things. Customer will have to follow up for each and every details. The co-ordination between intra-teams is very poor. Ultimately customer will suffer due to this. Extremely bad experience.. I really want to give negative rating but no able to give here. These guys are extremely unprofessional. I booked Tata Altroz in December and the committed delivery date was Jan but till now, they are not even giving the delivery date. I understand there is some delay but they are not even able to give any tentative date as well. I expected Tata motors as a professional company but they are extremely unorganized and they have no idea what is happening. The staff is trained only to say sorry and they dont know anything else. I lost the excitement of my 1st car, Thanks to Tata Motors and KHT motors. You guys are amazingly bad.

The KHT Motors, Kundhanalli has polite staff. My executive (Mr. Pruthvi) had been supportive and polite in the whole process which starts from finalizing the car to the delivery of car. He explained me about all the features while giving demo at the time of delivery.Showroom does not have enough parking slots for customers. We parked our car in a street. Air conditioner does not work in the showroom.

Got our delivery of first vehicle Tata Nexon in KHT Motors, Brookfield. The customer advisor Lakshmi devi is very good in helping from booking of the vehicle to delivery of the vehicle, test drive and explanation of the features. Keep it up.... Thanks a lot.☺️

Not happy with the sales reps behaviour. As a customer I had to follow up multiple times for a test drive of Nexon AMT. which never happened even after 10 days, waiting at dealership and the sales guy promising to get the car at our place for Test drive. Purely disappointing.

Bad service. Im a buyer and they have no interest in sending me the details. Wont give test drive. I have called several times so far just to check on the same. There are other better showroomsWriting this feedback for the second time - Even after continuously talking even to the team leads no good customer support. So I had to change my showroom to buy which is very far from where I live. I dont have a choice.
