Sent parcel from here. Staff was sufficiently helpful. Fast service possible if you go all prepared.Need to cover your parcel / box fully, no any brand information allowed. Apart from address your box should be blank. If youre using any regular box from grocery store - make sure to use brown plastic tape to hide brand names & text.ID proof might be asked for international deliveries, so keep one with you. No other document required for inter-state parcels.

Mahadevpuara post office service is very very poor. For my speed post parcel EC182925918IN , they simply written insufficient address and returned the parcel to doorvaninagar post office. where as, address was a complete address and even two mobile nos of recepients are also written in address. Post office is not attending phone also. Senior officer may Kindly look into this office service and take necessary actions.

Mahadevpura post office : Not well maintained office . Please prepare and pack ur parcels with brown cello tape and anything to glue/pen , do prepare it be before visiting this place . Its besides Phonix market city .

Totally pathetic system. This place is still stuck in 70s-80s government services mindset where they will just come and sit, doing work as inefficiently as possible. To even check if a parcel is present with them ( which will usually be the case since the postman cant deliver anything) will take 1 hour.Epitome of inefficiency and shamelessness.

For parcels/speed-post go early assuming it will close by 12pm. Yes, there is a timing for everything and it should be applicable to everyone. Only 5 people in the queue standing for past an hour. We couldnt guess what is exactly going on. Go Early, HAVE PATIENCE. STAFF IS FRENDLY. A snail pace work culture. Only waiting for timeout, so that they can announce the counter is closed.

No correct information providing for enquiries,We have to simply roam like a dog for their improper information related to documents and spend a day in Q for any simple kind of quirey or forms.Totally disappointed and waste of time.I request if any one planning to go here then plan at least 2 days leave to spend here for a simple work.

Don’t even want to one star. The guy who operates Savings account is having worst attitude. He behaves as if we are his servants. if someone is approaching for something very first thing he will tell is server is not working and we have to keep following up every time ya visiting the post office their phone never works. Even if u visit it is not sure that your work will be done on the same day again he might tell come after 2 days.if these ppl are so lazy to work better they should sit at home

Lastweek on saturday,they call me to pickup my parcel,so i went on monday to pick it up,they are telling me no parcel is there from my side,and i was tracking,it was there only,no postman called again and i’m still waiting,atleast they can on my address,female staff are very impatience and neglet

This post office has shifted to a by-lane next to VR Mall recently. The google marker needs to be updated.I had to go and collect my passport from here. The speed post tracking was showing as delivered though I did not receive it and was not even intimated. I saw a carton of speed post full with passport. I am not sure they were meant to be delivered by the postman or the addressee have to come and collect it. I also saw them sending back a few of the undelivered passport. And there were other people like me who have to come to collect the passport. God bless them !

Always my posts not getting delivered to my address even though couriers and Amazon/Flipkart guys are able to deliver to same address, I am staying at this address more than 7 years and same happening everytime.Went and complained in post office but nothing changed until now.Last time i took the Postal delivery boy number(mohan) and trying to call him to ask whether the postal came which was suppose to come he is disconnecting the call and not responding to Whatsapp messages(even though he is seeing). When i visited couple of times to post office they gave one or the other reason,My house is around 4 km from this post office. How could we go everyday and enquire?Need to improve a lot. Not delivering the postals to our home address and simply returning it back. Last time i showed my house to Mohan(Delivery Boy) and asked him to deliver there if any postal comes but still not delivering dont know what to do.

I went to update adhar at India post, Mahadeva office...first they said,to get token at next morning 9am.I did so.He asked me to come at 3pm.I waited till 4pm for a ph no and name update , which is a matter of minutes. Moreover, the officer here was a lady, who had her kid do maths homework at reception.The laxity of public officers was evident. I wanted to update adhar so the name is expanded in line to my uan.I am giving a 4 rating because the Bkc mumbai icici office is much miserable office in this matter, and the person at India Post is very hospitable sir.

I don`t like to give even 1 start for this post office. They are closed at 2.55 PM, nothing can be done after that. I had to send an urgent registered post today and reached their at 2.55PM. But had to return back even after multiple requests.

Absolutely terrible. They messed up delivery of my orders on multiple occasions. Once it was my aadhar card that the postman didnt deliver to my address and because of that I had to go all the way to the main India Post building which is so far from my home. Even if you go to this branch for any enquiry or clarification some of the staff there are very rude and uncooperative.

As usual government establishments wont work. And worse among then are Post office and BSNL. I applied for a day leave for receiving my passport. Even though they didnt come to my home, they updated status as absentee. They are lazy and dont want to deliver the goods. They want the people to pick them up with them just simply being paid to relax in a chair and doing no work. Dont want to use more bad words and on top of that dont have words to describe them in the dictionary.Just hate them a lot.

Dont deserve even 1 star. Pathetic employees. I reach the post office at 2 pm and the employees refused to take my parcel saying that their system doesnt take parcel request after 2 pm. What a fake reason !!! Delivery car was waiting outside the office but the employees are not ready to accept the parcel even after many requests (as I need to go middle of my office work). Rude and lazy employees.

Worst service. They dont pick up the call though I called more than 20 times to inquire about my Passport delivery. They dont even update tracking system promptly. From Whitefield S.O my Passport was dispatched at 9:00 A.M and after 2 hours also it was not updated.

Visited to collect my consignment, But they refused to give saying that it has already returned from here....But it was actually there. They could have given my consignment......But, didnt....Government should improve their system of work in the post....

I sent some item to my daughter working at E&Y, Bagmane World Technology Center SEZ, Outer ring road, Mahadevapura. This clearly falls under their jurisdiction having pin code 560048. Item is shuttling between Mahadevapura SO and Marathahalli SO for the reasons not understandable. Earlier also I have sent speed post to the same addressee and item was delivered then. There is complete negligence of service from India Post. Very Pathetic situation. The item is very urgent that is why I chose Speed Post. Now I will never use this India Post service. It is better to use Private courier services, I have learnt lately. Thumbs down with India post services.
