Lalpath is well known, but would not suggest going to this branch. Very poor customer service

Very unprofessional, someone came to my home to collect the sample and now after repeatedly calling them,they are not forwarding the reports.my mistake was,I forgot to take the bill .I will say dont go with this center, they are very unprofessionals.Very bad experience with Lals pathlabs.

This is the WORSE experience. Please read on to find out why. We reached the lab, the technician was new and didnt know how take my blood, as my veins were thin according to him. We patiently waited and after 20 minutes some other technician came, after 3-4 attempts he was successful!! I am 40 and no one has taken this long. But its OK, this is not what I am disappointed about. Maybe they are new. Lets give them a chance.We clearly told them( me and my wife) we want 1. Blood sugar fasting 2. HBA1C 3. THYROID. The sample was collected at 10.30.am. Till 5 IN the evening when I got NO email I called them up. They said 5MINUTES, SERVER IS DOWN. From 6 it was 7pm and then 8pm!! When after MULTIPLE CALLS from me and my wife the reports WERE FINALLY sent. The MISERY does not end here!!The FASTING SUGAR REPORT was MISSING. When we called they said they added post meal also hence it will take time( we HAD CLEARLY told the technician we dont want post lunch, and he had made a note). We said only fasting and HE HAD edited the BILL too in front of us and made changes.3 days have gone by NO FOLLOW UP, NO EMAIL, NO REPORT?? WE PAID FOR IT. MORE THAN THE MONEY WE WANTED IT FOR HEALTH REASONS TO SHOW OUR DOCTOR. WHEN MY WIFE CALLED THE TECHNICIAN SAID CALL THE LAB OWNER, WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING! AND HUNG UP. WE TRIED HIS PHONE HE NEVER ANSWERED. TILL DATE HE HAS NOT BOTHERED TO CALL BACK.If you make a mistake, own up! Dont RUN AWAY. ITS A MEDICAL REPORT NOT A JOKE.PLEASE HIRE TRAINED STAFF. OR STAFF WHO CAN APOLOGISE AND SOLVE THE MATTER.WORSE EXPERIENCE. 0/10. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER LAB.!!

This is new center near kannamangala government school this branch is clean & shape please & lot of parking place will be there and good lab technician and report also will get early & report will get WhatsApp, normal message, email and hardcopy also

This is the good location at kannamangala opp government school after mims apartment & this Dr lal Pathlabs also big repetitive diagnostic centre and he mentioned lab good and hygiene total best center & plus point this is ground floor only is there .
