I am really Happy with the service of Bangalore Care Takers. I brought my Mom to BCT with severe diabetic foot. Doctors suggested for Plastic Surgery. But due to COVID Lockdown we postponed surgery and admitted Mom in BCT. Today, I am discharging my Mom from BCT (in 4 months) because her wound is completely healed. Thanks a lot to the team BCT. See the photos wound 4 months back and now.

BCT is an All/ Old Age Home with Medical Facility and Hospital License. They have Trademark (TM) Registration also.Their nursing care is excellent, they are ICU trained nurses and professionals. They can handle any type of critical patients.Baby Samson is the director, and she is a MSc Nurse and she has 24 years experience in nursing -( Nurse to Nursing Director) in highly reputed hospitals like Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai, Ramaiah Curie Center, HCG Bangalore etc. She has specialization in Oncology also.Dr.Chanda Mohan is MD Physician, he is the Medical Director over there. He is very talented and ready for his service at any time.Nurses and Care Takers are really supportive and helpful. Their patient care is excellent.My Grandma is an inmate of this center from the last 2 years. I know the staffs over there and all of them are very co-operative and supportive. They are taking care of my grandma very well.Wish you all success team.

This is a harassment gang looting money from patients. They told us an amount per month for our mom over phone which was totally false. But, once you go to their place, they will collect more than the double of that saying they add monthly membership fee, and miscellaneous fee etc. Intentionally they do not reveal this to you before hand. My mom, during her stay there complained that her belongings was stolen and upon questioning such things, you will receive bad treatment in return. They will never return your deposit amount of 10,000 rupees and tell you that they bought additional medications and water bottles, etc for patient. This is nothing but ROBBERY in BROAD DAYLIGHT. They are not at.all qualified to run such facilities as the run entire facility with just one nurse and one helper who are not at all trained to take care of the patient. Poor hygiene and no infection control protocol there. PLEASE DO NOT REGRET BY PUTTING YOUR LOVED ONES IN THEIR EVIL HANDS.

Very good palliative care center for senior citizens. I had my father in law admitted here and he got homely care and round the clock attention for his health needs. They are well equipped with in house ambulance, oxygen and other emergency equipments. Nursing staff of Murugan and Regina are exceptional and the management by Mrs. Baby and Mathew are very friendly and motivated. I can vouch for their care and efficiency to provide such good care.

Our overall experience with Bangalore Care Takers (which spanned over 4 months) has been excellent. My aged father was confined to the bed, and required a full-time nurse at home to care for him; and for a few days even in the hospital we required some help. All the staff from BCT were professional, and very diligent in their work. We are glad to have found BCT at a difficult time related to my fathers care. 5-stars are well deserved.

I just visited this place with my cousin to see his mother in law who is an inmate there. The Center of attraction over there is 95 years old NANJI.This is a great place with quality nursing care. My mom is admitted in the center little over a month. She suffers from Parkinsons and was admitted to another center. Due to their careless, she had recently developed bed sores( very deep ones).While the doctors suggested surgery and I was searching for another center, I got introduced to BCT. From my initiation discussion with the Head Nurse and manager Mrs. Baby Samson, she was so positive and assured that she would be taken care. In a month, I can see so much of difference (with no surgery).Everyone is filled with so much of positivity which creates the difference to the patients.The place has all the basic amenities that a hospital needs to have and nurses are qualified. The nurses provide frequent updates about her recovery over call and chat.Thank you team for taking such good care of my mom.
