Stayed here for over a year. One of the oldest in the City. Its a little old but centrally located and close to all the happening places. I loved the time that I spent here.

Natasha Golf View Apartment is one of the best residential Apartment in Bengalore.

Decent society to live. We have lived here for 3 years and enjoyed it.Its well managed. The pool especially is great and cleaned every day. The gym is ok.Badminton court is great and people use it activitvely.Kids play area is also nice and adequate.Only issue is the drain /nala that goes besides the society which smells really bad in monsoons and breeds mosquitos. Hence the society does fumigation every evening which is a bummer.

The flats are good and the society can actually be pretty decent. But all of that goodness is offset by the extremely pathetic management. They are full of extremely rude and high and mighty people who think they can treat residents any way they want. The rules theyve set are extremely archaic and will cause inconvenience even to families, not just to bachelors. Also, theres a great deal of difference in attitude towards people living on rent.

Location is the only plus point. Facilities are average and old. Below average management functioning. Overall not good for renting.

Beautiful society.. even though the construction was done decades ago, the maintenance has kept the place in a prim state. The only problem is the long u-turn one has to take if planning to go towards old airport road or indiranagar.

I have lived in the apartment for over 2 years and the management team is utterly miserable in managing the smallest of matters. They have made mine and my friends lives miserable and I have regretted my decision to have chosen to live there. The association heads have no respect or manners when it comes to interaction with anyone. The methods and documentation procedures is as old as the apartment itself. They dont maintain records of who has paid what and ask us to pay hefty sums of money with a fake promise of returning it back.If you are a planning to stay in the apartment, prepare yourself to be mistreated and shouted at for every damn thing by both the management and the security guards

By far the worst society to live in...a whole ton of restrictions...cant bring in visitors...cant play loud music.... cant order swiggy after 11pm..and so on...I am trying to move out and had made all arrangements..but the society manager is saying they will not allow movers and packers to come in...btw the manager is never available...the secretary is too pricey to speak to and these guys behave as if they are some god...a fair warning to bachelor, you might feel its safe but its a lot of effort and trouble...o would not recommend...

A good and maintained society with affordable prices. It is a guarded society with swimming pool and play ground for children. Although since the swimming pool is surrounded by buildings the water is really cold to swim in, in winter. Flats are spacious and people are decent. Good place to live for families as well as bachelors. Its on the main road which is a added advantage.

As we enter in to this project it give feeling as if we r entering any government quarters,seriously the whole building and flats inside need renovation.

It apparently happens to be a friends place in Domlur, its an amazing place because of the management that is very responsive in terms of Security and amenities. The general populus happens to be people of the Information tech industry. It has its own ample amount of parking spot and a small kids swimming pool. In general this happens to be an ideal place to live for people who want large spaces and security for their family and friends.

I stayed in this apartment for over a year. Everything is quite good except for the approach road which has become a one way

Best apartment in Domlur

Society is very good here. 4BHK flats can be availed here. Place is very secure because of guards placed at gate for 24 hours. Swimming pool garden, lift service is also present in the society. This place is just next to Domlur flyover.

Its a centralized locality, 5 minutes walk to domlur bus stop, nice eateries and less than 10 minute walk to Indra Nagar. Swimming pool, badminton court, table tennis, club house, amphitheatre and garden are well maintained. Security personnel available 24/7. You need to get plumber and carpenter on your own.

Looks like a good society on the outside. But the management here is very uncooperative, sticking to unreasonable rules and the security personnels are very rude with behaviour thats borderline harassment sometimes.

One of the first few apartment complexes of Bangalore. Reasonably well maintained. Has well maintained facilities, including billiards, swimming pool, sauna and stream, gym, etc.

Well kept lawns. Good ambiance. Best of all, my son stays there.

I have been vising this place for 2 years. Its a big community. It is below on the domlur flyover on the kormangla inner ring road. Once you get out of the community it is one-way and you have to drive to embassy golf links to take a u-turn.

Too many restriction imposed by society committee, this society is yet to get freedom from British empire. Old society, old people, old laws, old thought process. Committee has made too many restrictions, and can give you threats/warnings.1. 1000 Rs when you shift to any flat? They say they take it in case if something is broken in lift during shift.2. They dont allow delivery boy after 11PM, everywhere they CCTV then why this? How can any one, be it committee or government stop entering anyone your house? Committee seems illogically pushing rules against human rights. Someday they will feel the heat.3. You cannot shift on Sunday.4. They dont allow your guest to use facilities, except blood relation.5. Maintainence is costly, yet maintenance is never available, they say that they always seem overloaded with work, looks like they take money but assign very less people.6. Everywhere you see they have made rules to take money from residents, for example keeping a guest car even in empty place they charge 100 INR.7. Old society, old building, too much maintenance needed all the time.8. They use burning smoke to keep mosquitos away ever evening instead of cleaning the society.9. Talk to office, office people behave like they are king and owner of society.10. Committee behaves supreme without logic.11. They take so much money for maintenance, yet when you mix little bit of dry and wet waste, garbage incharge will give u warning like your dad.12. If you wanna go towards Indiranagar, You have to take U-turn after EGL, not easy route towards Indiranagar.13. Security guards will behave supreme because of committee.14. Everywhere you will see too many laws, rules written not politely but with threats.Committee needs young people, please dont keep old people, they will make rule from their generations. And these rules are not for them I am pretty sure. Committee is playing with human rights.I wont buy a flat or take a flat here even for 10 RS, a house with so much restriction is like Jail.I am here from last 1 year as a rented resident. I hope someday committee will accept they are making rules without logic, without keeping in mind the best of residents, hence illegal.Dear committee, security, sweeper, maintenance, you are to serve the society not rule it. Get a life, and educate yourself about basic human rights. You are no-one to put illogical restrictions on residents.
