Been there for the CET exam formalities. As a Govt department they fair high on the service mindset. Helpful Inquiry Desk, Posted police officers and staff, willing to go the extra mile.

I was here for verification of certificates for Medical PG counselling.It typically opens around 9-9.30.There is a waiting area with around 300-400 chairs under a shed provided for students. The building is well known around the area and is located on the main road and very visible. The process is pretty much hassle free.They have a enquiry desk inside the office building. It has a bus stop next to the gate. There is a xerox/affidavit/notary shop in the adjacent lane. There are a few food stalls on the adjacent footpath. There is a cafe coffee day too on the opposite road.

I would call it a worst system .The helpline number is of no use its just for the sake of formalities. They dont respond to the queries properly, they are too short tempered, harsh and useless.

I found in the Hall ticket that Biology is included among PCM subjects. I understand that students who have taken Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will not have Biology.

My son had lost his application number and could not download admit card. Though it was tough to reach helpline number, finally we were able to reach them through email and phone. Thanks to the authorities for helping us recovering application number.
Whenever we call helpline number,they never pick up your call and even if they pick they wont respond properly.They never provide Satisfactory solution to your queries.

This is a government body which has been fairly conducting examinations and seat allotment procedures in higher education . But the bad thing is their helpline . They never lift a call to answer students nor will they reply to our E-mails. But shows good response to students at their office. They can even maintain it better.

I have called several times to help line phone nobody attended the then what is the necessity to suggest the helpline for any queries. why you are all misguided us . We are facing critical problem nobody is there to solve our problem. My problem is I have applied through online for NEETPG 2020 an uploaded all the required documents. I have got acknowledgement printout. But my application was not verified and not included in the verification list. I do not know the reason please anybody tell me the reason
Today I went to kcet office with lot of apprehension and least of hope to get my daughters application number for cet 2020 as she had forgotten it and there were no records. This was very important to be able to download the hall ticket. I had already taken a printed letter addressed to the director, giving complete details viz, student name, student number, fathers name and registered Mobile number, also requesting them to provide with the application number. In spite of the current covid situation, a enquiry desk was set up outside the office and the concerned person took the letter and asked me to wait and within an hour they got back to me with the application number. Excellent response. Great job done. Kudos.

Trying to fill neetpg 2020 form no customer service and very clear its government we will not work . NO courtesy at all even the Medical education minister is not listing . Best part is Karnataka is known as IT hub and the service provider for form filling has not given proper bandwidth to fill form . . very bad state of affairs . since morning of 19 April trying to finish , if any one can see logs of otp sent one can make out nicely what is happening . who is the contractor for software.

Fairly conducts competitive exams of Karnataka. Good seating arrangements are made. Good hotels are located in the area. Bus stand is nearby.

You guys dont deserve even 1 star. Is playing with students future your fun? You Karnataka Examination Authorities, dont you have minimum responsibility? You dont receive our calls for months, you dont write replies for our emails, you are not there for our queries, why are you still alive?
The seat selection process gets 5* rating. Everything is computerised, and nicely done.However other things get not even 1* rating. Extremely bad. The place is dirty. There are no dust bins. No proper food facility. The chairs are dusty, not cleaned. No drinking water facility.In fact there are more NO than there are YES.
Please I kindly request that they have to maintain a proper reporting time schedule.....

Very arrogant security guards.. Please be aware there is no rest room facility for people who comes for certificate verification process. They ask you to go near by public toilet.. it seems the authorities are nice and very attentive supporting students queries and guide them through out the process but not the security guards. So please be prepared before u come in(exception for females they are allowed to use inhouse restrooms) but definitely a no no for males. Also the entire premises is littered and not kept clean and tidy.
They should throw their phones into the dustbin. Called them 60 times starting from 9 till 5. Not even 1 received call. Should not be so negligent especially when u have careers of young students on the line.
