A neat hotel. Friendly staff. The location is also ideal and easily accessible. The rooms were kept neat and clean . The price was also affordable.

Neat and clean room maintain hygienic in room as well as outside also got king size bed fan.. TV is there but no connection got wifi connectivity 500mb per day only and a bit of network issues is also there.. Nereby food is available so didnt had to worried . outside food is allowed daily room cleaning service. washroom is neat and clean got hot water but not all the time.. good behavior by the Resption mam she is too kind nd helpful.. only tv and network issues faced overall experience is good.

Ok ok place to stay.Nearer to Majestic bus stand and KSR SBC railway. Room was good and spacious. Fan was not working properly.The AC remote was not working properly .The staff didnt even know where the button to switch on the AC was and had to show them were it was located. Staff not that cooperative. TV was working. Hot water available for bath. WiFi not working cz th staff didnt give password when asked for. The good thing is theres a good restaurant downstairs and you can even find travel agencies/buses right outside the hotel gates.

Really, I enjoyed in the Hotel. Because, every body were wearing Face Masks and maintaining social distance. Staff, Receptionist were very cooperative. Room service was good. Food was hygenic. This Hotel is very near to Bus station Central Railway Station all shopping Malls Super speciality Hospitals. Walkable distance from Central Railway Station, Bus stand. Nice place to stay! Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Particularly like to mention Nadeem who was on the front desk. He is really very nice guy! Beware of the rates though! I got good bargain on makemytrip. When I wanted to stay again, I telephoned directly to the hotel and the lady manager quoted a very high price! The only difference is that online booking Check in Check out time to from 12 noon to 12 noon. Direct booking is 24 hrs starting from whatever is the check in time. So this is useful for people arriving early morning.

Totally disappointed stay as I was misguided by the hotel ratings and pictures. Its a very normal hotel. Some confusion exists between abm international and abm inn. No auto driver is aware of this hotel. The map cleverly shows abm international. The reception person mr narayana was kind. They gave me early check in at no cost. However I checked out early as much as I checked in early. The breakfast was more than excellent. The TV wasnt working. Floormat was worst everseen.i have shared that photo...no hot water..had very tough time.. Bed linen was dirty. They never came for room cleaning. I needed ice urgentlyas I hit my head and got a bump.they said they have no ice. No dustbin was given unless asked..it was the worst stay ever. They dont give any water or at least they can inform.

It is a decent budget hotel in a strategic location for all kinds of travelers. It is at a walk able distance from Majestic Metro Station. The rooms are clean, bed and towels were neat. The staff behavior is also good. Ms.Jhansi at the reception need to be mentioned. She was so polite and helpful. She is super efficient.Unexpectedly low price without compromising quality and standard of room. The only thing I didnt like is the breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel where the attitude of the restaurant staff is very bad and food is just average. There is Hotel ABM International and they have a non veg restaurant where food is very good and it is not expensive as it seems from outside.

5th March 2019 i was 5 nights that time service was excellent. AZEEM, Azkar and Jansy was the amazing staff. Very friendly kind. Room was very clean. Room boy visit room everyday.21st November 2019. I was plan to stay your hotel untill 7th december.. but the next day my mother decide to see coinbatore for 3 days. So i told new receptiinist i will be back 3days after so our arriving time to your hotel is night at 8 or 9pm he told ok. So 22nd november i ask him i want stay untill 11am in the morning because my mother is ill our bus time is that time. But he told u should pay full rent i ask him why? I will be coming back then he told ok pay 800ruppies u can stay 2hrs. So i paid 800ruppies for 2hrs. I was not happy and after back from coinbatore i call them but they cut the line. Didnt respond my phone call. . I just want say azeem ,askar and jansy are amazing staff.

Great hotel with 24 check in to which I was surprised to hear I was allowed to check out at 7.30pm. The deluxe room was clean, bed very comfortable and the air con worked well. Service was of a high standard and was possible to order food and drinks to our room. Bathroom was basic but clean. Wifi didnt work in room which wasnt ideal as I had to sit outside in the corridor for good signal. Free breakfast was very very tasty... Idli vada and upma. Staff very friendly and helpful. Taxi expensive for airport 1300...outside taxis are 900 or cheaper with uber.

I have stayed in Hotel ABM Express Inn for 3 nights. With regard to: service, house keeping, cleanliness, Lenin and bed provided in the room are all good. This Hotel is near to Railway station, Metro, all shopping malls, Bus stand. families can stay in this Hotel. So, overall, I enjoyed. Thanks to Goibibo.

But, recently they have started charging additionally Rs 360 for early check-in.Until recently (May 2019) there were no such charges, I usually check in at 9am.After paying 1850Rs for the deluxe room if you are charged Rs360 additionally then it comes to 2210Rs, thats too expensive for what they are offering.The hotel management should reconsider its policies.Note- The lady receptionist looks bored all the time, an occasional smile would not hurt!Disappointed with the additional charges!Recently (May 2019) there were no such charges, I usually check in at 9am.After paying 1850Rs for the deluxe room if you are charged Rs360 additionally then it comes to 2210Rs, thats too expensive for what they are offering.The management should reconsider its policies.Note- The lady receptionist looks bored all the time, an occasional smile would not hurt!

The bed was not cleaned and it was stains all over the bedsheets. The breakfast option is very bad. They will provide u 1 coupon and the limit is 85rupees only. Very bad experience. But the staffs are very supportive. For that i have given 3 stars

Good cozy and decent hotel for budget stays

We had a nice stay with ABM hotel, clean room and toilet, how ever we face some initial issues from the front desk, there were two receptions, the first guy was very rude to us, he assuming things like ,my sister with me,suddenly he asks who is this girl with you in front of some guys, its kind of embarrassing to us, after that we went the other reception near the restaurant.. over there the saff were very polite and helpful. If we never face a problem like that from the front desk, it would have been a great stay. after all three star hotel with one star behaviour.

Money was worth staying in this hotel.. as everything is perfect and good. at first the toilet was not clean...but when i reported the immediately responded and made it better.. a gud one.keep it up

Near to Majestic Bus Terminal and Bangalore city railway station. This is comparatively a new property, clean and maintained well.....check-in took a few seconds and check-out was almost instant as we have fully prepaid..... overall, good experience

Good hotel but need some training to the staffs on hygiene n their appearance. Wat I see was all the staffs are always at the reception. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with sufficient quantity but again was disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel was too expensive n taste was not that good. The more disappointed was they are cheating by giving the food in a foil container in which total pickle with less veggies. Stay was good. Housekeeping staffs are giving good service wen required but again I would say that the senior staffs need to train them on personal hygiene. Will visit soon one more time. Thanks you.

Small rooms although look big in photos..... everything u have to ask....like towels, dustbins ....otherwise the staff was friendly .... but breakfast not at all good...they just give token for nearby restaurant(which is very unfriendly) and u have to go there...only one or two south indian items offered...no bread- butter, juice, fruits anything like that...we ordered a cup of tea at breakfast...and they charged us for that cup of tea although we didnt utilised the complimentary one .... saying for hotel breakfast we offer small cups....! not worth at all the price paid for....!

THe hotel is clean and neat. but the bed covers and the sheets are torn and new one should be purchased. Towel is a small one. hand towel is not given.Improvements is needed. TV is good but the channels are incomplete.
