Housing Complex from Arvind Group for more than 400 families spread across 11 blocks. Compared to the Apartment size amenities are insufficient. Will be a traffic menace once school and office starts reopening due to the narrow entry and exit. Guest Parking is non existent. Even Residential Parking can accommodate a hatchback only as bigger cars can not fit in all garages. Turning cars need skills in parking. Build quality is not great as already there are wall seepage. No Service Lifts and they are small for 10 storied building. There is no proper community hall also.

Excellent property from a Grade A builder with all the amenities, best in terms of location, great construction quality from builder. It is a peaceful locality to stay with family. Highly recommended for both purchase as well as rentals.

Quite a new apartment complex and so looks good. Close to the railway tracks and view of the Airport Road from the top. Few minutes drive from Kogilu cross. Construction seems good. My husband and I came across this project of Arvind Skylands. Well, in the beginning, I was quite skeptical about moving into an apartment after having lived in an independent house all our life. My kid loves the amenities and the play areas and the project is very close to me and my husbands offices.

I visited Arvind Skylands for 20-25mins. I had kept this visit as last visit of my weekend house hunt activity after visiting many other projects. I had a feeling Arvind Skylands will be one of the best projects and wanted to save the best for the last.Honestly speaking I wasn’t disappointed the project quality and location both are good and 5stars can be given for that.With regards to the CRM & marketing team of this project it is pathetic, they are least interested in selling. I tried to verify this by reading the other reviews and found it’s not only me who experienced it in such a short visit.In fact Arvind Skylands want to sell the product without even revealing the price. The attitude of marketing pulls the project down by 4stars. Yes having the best products needs less marketing bcoz the product sells for itself. But making the buying process easy and customer friendly makes it memorable and you get encouraged to recommend others about the product to your friends.Anyways looks like Arvind Skylands doesn’t need any word of mouth publicity and going by the CRM quality they already feel they are the stars who are doing a favor to customers by offering their apartment. If someone wants to keep aside their self respect and still buy the product for the quality of the product then it’s worth an investment.

Vineeta from customer relation team is the most unapproachable and least cooperative person in the arvind skyland team . Inspite of market conditions being so bad she is very arrogant and lax to the customer and client . She does not respond or answer any queries clearly and I hope the respective person to take action as soon as possible.

Very pathetic CRM team, we have purchased one unit there, now at the time of completion when I raised certain queries they are just avoiding and not answering back as they dont want to keep on their promise which they made at the time of booking. Felt like betrayed.

One of the finest piece of design, planning with very good amenities. We met Mr. Rakesh at our first visit, he was very cordial and explained everything nicely. Builder is very quality conscious, there old project(Sporcia) behind Manyata has all good amenities and well maintained. Pricing wise they dont negotiate much, other than that open for modifications.

Project is good, construction is in full swing. But CAUTION !!!The coordination between CRM and Site Engineer is poor. CRM sits in Ahmedabad and as usual site engineer at site. I have interacted with Site Engineer once, and I felt them to be very arrogant, doesnt even have basic sense on how to interact with customers who already has a booking.During the booking of site they said any modification would be accepted and thus no reduction in price. Now when I am asking them to modify some things which would otherwise impact my interiors, they deny. Saying the construction is in full swing and we cant accept.My question is simple, when as per RERA it is 2021, 1 year buffer period so 2020. But when I am telling modification in April 2019, why deny ?I have deal with Arvind, and it is Arvinds responsiblity to handle. If Arvind makes a deal with any other construction company, it is not my problem.I felt cheated.
