Its a very big medical store where you can get all the regular medicines but in case you need medicines which are not regular then you might get disappointed. Ample parking is available here which is good things for the place

I visited this Apollo Pharmacy many times which is located in Harlur Main Road, My today biggest issue was firstly the support staff in particular the receptionist who was extremely rude, if Im not wrong he is the senior staff over there. He is not interested in doing his job. His priorities were to chit chat with his colleagues completely ignoring any patients waiting to speak to him and when he did finally get around to speaking to the patients, he was very very rude unprofessional.All in all an exceptionally poor.

I have never seen like this type of staff he is very rude. He really dont know how to talk with the customer. If Im not wrong I think he is the senior staff or manager there if the senior staff are behaving like this I dont know how much worse the junior staff will be.very disappointed.

Its quite a big store with friendly staff. They provide some basic supplies apart from pharmaceuticals. Accepts card and cash. Can be easily spotted while driving. Parking available outside the store.

Its at a good location with decent parking space. But I find them short of basic otc drugs and over a period have returned empty handed when asked for Crocin domstall relent t mimic etc. Needs to work on stocking.

Staff need to know to how behaviors with customer. .. How rudely his behaving. .i think his is the senior person over there but he doesnt know how to talk with customer..
