Worst service. I came for scanning to my wife aged 60. I took appointment before one day at 9 am and waited simply 2hours after payment of required fee of 8500/- by them. No body is communicated correct procedure. We are unaware of how many persons are there to handle different types of scanning and who is looking after about our scanning.At 12 pm after enquiring repeatedly all the persons they told to wait still 1hour to start process.Worst service and communication between staff members

The people here are very friendly to foreigners. Thank you for caring especially that aunt.

This is a Fish market place. No process and they handle patients like sheep. We came at 6 30am with appointment taken previous day, but still it took till 4pm for a Pet CT scan. Its better to die than come to this hell. No responsibility with these people.

Very much co-operative & compassionate staffs. Professional starting from giving appointments, billing, scanning and dispensing the reports.The charges are very reasonable here compared to other centres. Had an excellent interactive session with Dr Murali Nadig, Director.Hats off to his way of interpreting the reports. I am giving one star only for Doctors . Before entering into the reception desk their concern is about our footwear/ slippers & not about our health . They asked us to leave our footwear outside but few ppl they were roaming inside the premises wearing slippers & Washrooms are not neat & lack of maintenance.Receptionist lady is too harsh.First, the entire Newmedd staff should know that patients will be suffering from pain & they will be psychologically ill .plz treat patients on humanity grounds, money will not fetch u Goodwill.

Worst communication...there is zero synergy amongst the receptionists who change shifts and zero customer obsession. Too many incorrect communication and flip flops making it difficult to go through the entire procedure and collecting the reports requires transparency that wasnt provided...crazy people at front office reception...Medic and radiology department also gave incorrect information - first they said only one scan and then they will communicate in case of another. No communication received...no transparency and then they rushed me to get food for second scan without empty stomach..it would be easier of everyone working in this diagnostic center learns that communication is the key to success. One more flaw is their phones after evening keep forwarding and are left unattented. This had been most annoying experience ever...

The actual tests took few minutes. For a scan, after injection, we were supposed to wait for half an hour. The wait-time turned out to be 1 hour after injection (1 hour before injection too for some reason) and the report said 20 minutes of wait time after injection. The staff and radiologists were professional and kind (Well, what else can they say except wait for few minutes) and the tests per se were efficiently done. Just make sure you go right after a decent meal, since the wait time is easily 3+ hours for one scan and nobody will tell you why.

Totally chaotic place. No value for time and money spent. Utterly mismanaged and unprofessional . For everything thy will say just 5 mins..And if its related to kids scan / test dont think of coming here.

Worst experience. They are not allow footwear inside all over the property and they dont allow you to sit at reception. Strange things happen with the diagnostic. You have to be pay for a separate N95 mask in reception and they charge with covid protection charges. Simply all test charges very high to compare other diagnostic. Highly dont recommend to anyone.

Visited on 27th Jan 2021. Scan doctors are friendly and good (5 star to them) however house keeping & front desk staff behavior is too bad & not acceptable. They are treating people like prisoners. Management has to really concentrate staff behavior. I will never visit again if prescribed tests are available in alternative diagnostic centers and also i will complaint this to my referred doctor.

The diagnostic centre doesnt allow the patient or the attendee with footware through out , literally theyll make you leave your footware on the road and make you work in the dirt . And the scan would take 3-4 hours and theyll make you sit outside at the gate in the crouching heat for hours . They charge thousands and have no respect for their clients and very arrogant . The request the doctors to not refer them at all please

Its 200% waste Diagnostic Centre.. they will collect money and make you to wait minimum 4hrs.. they say initially 30min.. that 30min will lead to minimum 4hrs... if u have minimum 8hr time and lots of patience do visit or els its waste Diagnostics...

Today I went for a PET scan. At 6.25am itself it was pretty crowded. But the staff including the security guard lend a helping hand to everyone. By 7 am regular reception staff come & do a brisk work of collecting money & sending patients inside for the tests. Once inside, all the staff are very very nice & make you comfortable. The procedures are done methodically with least discomfort to the patients. Because you have to wait for a long time for the medicines to be ingested, I asked for a soft chair. The lady was so kind that she took me to a room for resting & even brought my wife for assistance.Overall a fantastic experience & Kudos to all the staff & management

We took my mother to Newmedd for a thallium scan. Found the overall experience to be very positive. The staff called the night before and gave us clear instructions of things to do and not. When we arrived for the procedure we had minimal wait and things proceeded in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean, quite and private. When the procedure was complete we had a full explanation of the results from the doctor. We liked the service and recommend it..

Just one word : AVOID. They dont know how to take care of the patients. My mother aged 68, a heart and diabetic patient was there to do heart stress test. She was taken from first floor to the ground floor by stairs despite of having a lift available(we are not allowed to accompany). And she fell down from the stairs like from above 9-10 steps, the staff did not even notice that such an incident happened. Worst thing was that even after this -without even giving the first aid, taking care of her or speak to bystanders they took her inside for the next scanning immediately. The staff spoke to us as if it was a minor incident and my mother was absolutely fine. After I made a scene there, a couple of other staffs got involved and given some first aid. The in charge person did not even speak to us. They did not even provide an X ray to my mother who was feeling pain on her toes after the fall. Absolutely terrible experience. Opt this only if you dont have any other options in the city.

Go to this place If u r ready to wait for minimum 4 to 5 hours for scanning another 2 hours extra to collect ur reports

For PET Scan we were recommended by Dr. Located in prime location in Shantinagar Double road.They do have Reception with less sitting facility.Its 6.30am and people dont have place to sit, even patients are stand outside due to more patients.All the staffs are kind and cooperative.Over all good experience.

Worst experience, they have no time sense at all they dont value your time. I have seen people struggling to get the tests done because of the management. They tell people to come at a certain time, and make them wait 3 to 4 hours after they reach the place. I went to this place at 10am , at 11.30 they asked me to come at 3pm, when I went at 3pm they made me wait till 6pm and customers who came after me were leaving earlier than me.My full day was wasted here.Why cant they give realistic timings to customers. Any test which should be done in 1 hour will take 4 to 6 hours here, all because of the faulty management.Advice to customers: call them on phone before you reach this place, there are not a lot of seats to sit and wait there.

Efficient and well managed. All those ppl complaining need to realize that there are protocols for nuclear scans which take time. Ive been here twice now n have had no issues. Id advise to come early (6-6.30am) as its on a first come first serve basis.

This is Vorst center I never ever seen like this. For scan this center taken 6 hours (without rush), I found in this center management is not good so how can I expect good results from center .No one work properly and no one takecare for patients. Somebodys are given 5star for this center I dont how they are given, I suggest no one go for this center if you are go there they wasting your whole day. There is no possibility to give a negative rating. Please dont go here. Got an appointment a day before for PET-CT scan. One hour aft we reached they say medicines are not available due to a production issue. They also lie that its not available anywhere else in Bangalore as the supplier is same. People are agitated and they dont give a damn.Thats how they value human life. NEVER GO HERE.

One of the worst diagnostic center ever seen.People here have no time sense no health consideration of patients. Commit something and do something .finally put patients is trouble. I would never suggest such a laboratory to anyone. These people are only money minded.

I had went to PET CT SCAN in NEWMEDD CENTER last month. I was well treated in the center and the centre was clean, neat and hygiene. Thanks to whole team. I want say special thanks to marketing manger SANTHOSH KUMAR.S for promoting me to this centre. I think SANTHOSH hard work is making the centre to TOP LEVEL.

No respect for peoples time, tooooo much delay in process. No clear instructions nor patience to explain. High attitude with quite a few staffs. A scan took 4 hours (7 am to 11 am) to complete and report out. Its has to be done thrice and they lost count of it.I would rather change my doctor if he insists on this diagnostics center.

Very Bad experience​ in my life

Person sitting in reception doesnt have any patience or empathy at all and dont know why they are still being kept. Hope the doctor madam who is running this centre may look into this and keep good people who are willing to show empathy to all , as people come here with hope. Rest all are good. Spoilers are those in occupying in the reception especially in the mrng.

Trust the reviews and avoid this place..No respect for others time. Completely disorganised. My observation for 2.5 hours of wait is that they definitely follow LIFO method(last in first out). Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I felt very bad, as the people who work here, doesnt respond properly, no time sense, very bad hospitality, and no prior appointment. They make you to wait full day on the diagnostic itself. Very poor in handling time of others.. The one who owns this should upgrade the appointment facilities and give some respect to others time. They made me to wait for 4 hours with my small kid... And they never mind to make you wait. If your doctor recommends this diagnostic pls ask him to suggest any other lab.

Well, My experience with NewMedd Diagnostics was very good. The staff were very friendly. Actually I can understand the people who had a bad experience with NewMedd. Everyone is in a hurry when it comes to Health, which ofcourse is of great importance to all of us. HEALTH IS WEALTH is what it is. But, People....also should try to understand that, few patients take time to respond to the treatment...that is why the delay. It is not a matter of PRIORITY given to whosoever. Will let you know in a moment why the one star..Yes true, appts are not kept up. Had a 6.45 am appt but got looked at only after 8 am. Positive because the referral doctor got the cost of my CT down.Swipe machine did not work but was still allowed to go through the tests which is a positive..One star since a support staff (old lady with glasses and a blue coat) does not have patience and thinks shes running the place and tries to push people around.. Big NO NO for me.. Gave her a piece of my mind and let the customer service and reception know of her behavior.. Hope they take care of it..

If you like to get humiliated you can visit this place. You will be chased away by an old lady if you use the washroom available in the first floor waiting area. Illiterate and unprofessional staff. The lady who takes the history of the patient cannot speak or write English.

Really good service. PET scan was completed in 2.5 hrs. The center is wheelchair accessible and had bed to rest during the PET scan process. All the attendants, nurse and staff were really helpful.

Here their main aim is to grab money,absolutely no patients care.All the staff from reception to end point ill trained and listen to none.

We went there to take a scan for my baby who is not even 1 yr. we had an appointment too but still they didnt allow us. We waited for 3 hours. They were allowing some persons without any proper order. A worst and disgusting experience I had is when a male security entered into the feeding room without asking permission. Im giving 1 star as there is no option. If dislike button is there, I will be opting for it.

Totally UN-professional staff, i had to wait for as long as 2.5 hrs to 3 hrs to see the doctor. finally they say the doctor has goan out for a conference and is not available and then waited another half hour to see an alternate doctor. totally wasted my day , and note they do not have appointment system in place.

They took money for a blood test, said they will give me the report the same day but no news of the report even after the next day. Called the reception 3 times, everytime they would say they will look into it but havent got back. I have no hopes on the report and well be going to another center to re-give my blood sample. Not recommended.

Overall good experience. The staff was cooperative and explained the procedures of scan. The team was well cordinated and they maintened the time well. The front office can be improved (more technical person) can handle it.

Absolutely the worst place when it comes to customer service! My dad who needed a PET scan and was on a stretcher due to his condition waited in the hallway for two and half hours after the appointment time before he was admitted (after a couple of complaints with the front desk!)

I was here for my childs Dmsa scan.. but they told it was already late and we have to wait.. I was worried as I came from Mysore with 3 months baby..But thanks to reception person he did his best we were done at 5pm. We really dont know the procedure so were like why do doctors suggest here.. First ask you doctor to not prefer this diag, center. There are no appointment taken, though you call before a day inform that visiting for scan they say all are walk-in. once you reach venue the receptionist says medicine has to arrive from mumbai or medicine need to be prepared which takes 2 /4 hours hours of time after multiple follow-up they take you inside give you an injection. again same waiting time applies, Lab technician staff are doesnt know how to behave with patient and their dependency. Technician name Mahadev he treats all patients like dog only no respect, as you come here for charity. Unprofessional not worth to take treatment here. Think 100times after reading my review ask you doctor to recommend some other Diag center for you or your loved ones.May be your are good in studies or specialized subject. Here they will push like illiterate stage. People come and suffer from long distance because your doctor recommended this place. Informed my doctor after day tragedy still he think recommending same place to other patients.

Worst diagnostics centre.My father is a cancer patient and I went to the centre to get a PET Scan done after his 4th chemo cycle. The hygiene of the place is beyond terrible. The staff is overly obnoxious. The owner, Dr Murali Nadig, is the worst. His attitude and arrogance is not worthy of his character. Dr Gayana, the consultant, is ignorant and for the lack of a better word, stupid. They issued a faulty report wherein my father, who had his entire colon removed due to the cancer over 6 months back and underwent ileostomy, has been said to have a perfectly normal colon (?). How can they issue a report that says that an organ that isnt even existent looks normal in the scan? I have filed a case against them and have forwarded the reports to the media to take further action. So I would recommend and strongly advise everyone to NOT OPT FOR THIS DIAGNOSTIC CENTER AS ITS AS GOOD AS PUTTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A SHREDDER.

I dont know why doctor recomends this diagnostic, every time I faced on another problem. More than 4hr patient waiting time for patient. Not acceptable, moreover there is no concern person/manager whom we could speak to get clarification.
