Heilsa in my view is one of the best physiotherapy clinic in Bangalore. Dr Badri as well as Karthick provided very good care and treatment for my son for over month and he recovered very well to come back to his normal routine for his physical fitness exercises. I had torn my ACL and MCL while playing football. Thanks to Dr. Sumit and his team I was able to recover ahead of schedule and return to professional sports without any problems and now feel stronger than ever. Heilsa is in my opinion one of the best physiotherapy clinics in Bangalore and maybe India.

My worry started with the slip disc and severe pain in my back. Pain was running from my back to thigh. I took medicine for 2 weeks with zero improvement in my condition.I met sumit through video call. He clearrly told me slipdisc requires 8-12 weeks and you need to be patience. There is no magic which can cure the pain very quickly. He instructed me to change the lifestyle. After following his advice and treatment, i have come back to normal life with no pain in my back. His main quality is that he listens very patiencly and do the methodical analysis and treatment of the problem. I recommend him if you want to avoid surgeorical treatment.

Excellent physiotherapy. Clean environment. Well trained friendly and supportive staff. Could not fault these people. They are excellent.

Two months ago,I had fell down and had a soft tissue injury. I visited Heilsa clinic after a friend had given me a good review and she was right.Dr.sumith Gupta had given me through thick and thin.Now that iam completely cured,I can confidently say that they are the best in town.

I was suffering from adductor tendonitis. I visited Dr. Sumit Gupta, who helped me recover from the pain in the least possible time. Currently Im in my rehab stage and I already feel stronger than before and will surely be on the field very soon. Dr. Sumit Gupta is extremely professional and knowledgeable and kept following up with me on my injury status. He is easily the best sports physiotherapist Ive come across and and hielsa is easily the best physiotherapy and rehab clinic across Bangalore with extremely professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend Heilsa to anyone who has suffered any injury, discomfort or pain.

Too Expensive

My experience at Heilsa has been amazing. I hadn’t healed(leg injury) after multiple visits to other clinics. Had given up on going back to “being normal”. Heilsa changed it all. Clinic is so clean and well maintained with modern equipments. Entire staff is awesome. Dr Sumit, Venkat and Santosh are so good. They have made my Healing journey very easy. Thanks Dr Ayyappan for recommending heilsa .PS: I had treatment at Heilsa from late last year. Also visited after clinic reopened after covid19 lockdown. Heilsa is maintaining hygiene and has taken all the precautions. Wish I could give an extra star for that.

I have met many physiotherapist center but this center is one of the best physiotherapist or sports center in Bangalore or may be in India because they have excellent team of physio and management. After having gone through a number of physiotherapists in Bangalore, I was still not getting any clear answers to the reason for my pain in the hands and the shoulders. Coming into Heilsa and meeting Dr. Sumit Gupta was such a blessing at that point of time. The best thing about Dr. Sumit is his structured approach to helping a patient. Having a plan in place really helps because it gives one the mental peace that we are working together towards a goal. He also very patiently answers all your questions and modifies his approach according to how the body is responding to the treatment. The centre Id built well keeping in mind various rehabilitation treatments. The support staff is also very helpful. I travel from quite some distance to Mg road for Heilsa, but it is completely worth it. Highly highly recommended!

Good place for treatment of orthopaedic

Neat and clean place with various state-of-the-art amenities. The whole-body cryotherapy is fantastic for relaxation and recovery! The staff are very courteous and helpful too.

I have tried the whole body cryotherapy and sports massage at the centre. Both experiences were extremely relaxing. The hospitality was great and the place has an excellent ambience.

Went there for a sports massage. It was technically closed, but they opened it up for me. I thought it was a good gesture.

We are really very very happy to write this review about Doctor sumith gupta at Bangalore Institute of shoulder we met Dr sumith at the stage when my husband spoiled the posture of his shoulder from the other Physiotherapist that i dont want to take his name we were in a confusing state and my husband got desperate about physiotherapy we were thinking that almost he lost the posture at that time with gods grace we met Dr sumith in Bangalore Institute of shoulder reffered by Dr Ayyappan v nair who is an excellent shoulder surgeon . The whole body cryotherapy machine is amazing. The body feels so fresh and energised after the treatment. Each muscle feels younger.

Was truly amazed at how effective the whole body cryotherapy was! Went in for 5 sessions, and would definitely recommend it for muscle pulls and sore muscles. The first time I ever came across cryotherapy, and was a great experience at temperatures as low as minus 130°C. Cryotherapy facials also seemed to be super relaxing and worth it.

Highly recommend Heilsa. I was struggling with frozen shoulder for months and the team gave me significant relief quickly.
