Got my fathers vaccination done here. It is very small and there was huge queue for Covid test. Otherwise vaccination process was done smoothly. They give you a token number and accordingly they will administer vaccination. You need to wait there for 30 minutes before leaving.

Extremely courteous staff, neat place, quick service. Got my Covid Vaccine done a week ago. It was very quick and impressive.

The place was really clean and neat. Took my mother to get her 1st vaccine shot. We were properly guided and the process was smooth without any hassle. Once again great job by the staff to keep the place real clean.

Poor experience during covid vaccination, there is no properly planned procedure. Vaccination was not started on time because of late coming of staff. And the token system is not proper just for a name sake they are giving the token, But there is no one who is calling token wise, so finally u have to wait near to the vaccination room and check the current token which leads to crowd gathering. And up to now whatever i have mentioned above we can tolerate somehow, but few staff member in the registering desk which we will go through just before vaccination are so arrogant and they are were in a thought that they were giving the vaccination from their own money. What more we can expect from government clinic

Worst hospital ..doctor doesnt come on time and they refuses for lab test ..they have labs but of no use.

No covid vaccination here, cowin information does not match

This place is not helpful at all... especially the guy sitting at the the desk has a different level of attitude...that maybe because we are not from mainland he wont let us do even the simple testing we came for 3 times now and everytime he will be like tomorrow tomorrow..I mean he should work somewhere else with this goons attitude.

There is a small queue, but they dont follow online appointments or token system, so queue will not move at all. Politicians can come in any time with their friends and break the queue. Token will be given to staff friends if you have influence. Rest all are waiting in same queue from morning till 2pm and still waiting. Never recommend as they dont follow social distance and fever clinic queue is also near by and all are fighting due to mismanagement. May be due to lack of staff, they are not able to manage and could be helpful if they enough staffs to manage the same.

This is fine place staffs of this medical are helpful and co-op erarive .It is placed on prime lacation on the main road.

Very bad... The doctors doesnt come in time to the hospital... Its be nearly 3 hours and he is not here still in the hospital... Most of the patients are waiting for the doctors arival ... I dont feel to even give a single star to it..

I booked vaccine slot in cowin portal and went to avalahalli chc. After going there came to know that there is no vaccination on the day. Cowin portal data is not reliable for this location.

The CHC aadhar center service is very worst. The center does not have a help desk to help public. The person working in that office does not answer to public query he does not guide public proper or correctly and they do not treat even the senior citizens properly............. very very bad experience .. pls avoid this center..

Very bad service, asha karya karthe name called Renuka she dont know how to talk with the patient she gave Thayi card after that she dint gave any information about that card,when we call her to ask about the information she is not responding properly every time she disconnect the call before we finish.

Management not goodDoctor always coming late

Before Gynaecologist doctors is not asking money and they had well treatment but at present doctor no treatment properly and asking money to Evey patients
