Badly upset with the developers. Initially it was advertised stating its a gated community, 24/7 security services, well maintained gardens and park etc etc. Nothing is been kept upto their words. The labour appointed to take care of the garden and have a watch on layout does not have the basic manner. Very rude and arrogant with no respect towards the people. No basic amenity is been provided. The area which identified to dispose garbage is not been trashed for more than months. Sewage treatment plan is not completed yet. and the lists goes on and on. None from BEWA takes the responsibility of this particular layout - Navanidhi nakshatra phase 1 located on Jigani anekal road. Hence have decided to come out from this layout after the house is been sold.
