Post COVID experience: food quality dropped, service is okay. Would love to rate 4/5 if it was preCOVID. Expected better quality food.

My experience was horrible. Very rude people. Had stopped and I guess he was the care taker, he asked are you going to hospital or hotel. And he told dont park here if you are going to hospital. Just because I walk in crutches doesnt mean you judge, especially the restaurant industry where customer satisfaction is key. He kept nagging me for 2 minutes and giving me looks with eye brows raised. LoL. Well with this behavior didnt even bother to step into the restaurant. Up your customer service first and greet your customers to make them step in. The taste comes later.

I would have given negative review if that was an option. Ordered from Dalchini via swiggy. The food was completely stale. Not worth feeding a dog also.

Food is just about average. Customer service is excellent. Ambience is great. Ample parking space, considering the location of the restaurant (on an one-way). Quality of food can be improved. We found a metal string in the fried rice we ordered. The bearer was polite enough to apologize and compensate. Overall decent experience.

Precovid days it used to be super full with people waiting to get a chair and nowadays you can eat there relaxed. Only the heat is unbearable and all other taste and decor remains the same. People near Sakra hospital can try this restaurant.

New review: I happened to talk to the owner. He was polite and took the feedback honestly. He also offered me a replacement for a starter and the soup. I have changed my review because it may have been the fault of old people not servicing properly. The new menu is still under review. I will will update further more next time.Old review: Pathetic. I had just been today and the food was not good at all. They do fraud. I am adding a sample of the bill, where they have randomly added as they wish on the bill. Food is tasty and fresh. Service is quick and staff is cordial. Rates are reasonable and does not look like burning hole in pocket. I went with my family. A family oriented environment. Ambiance is very good and seems creative. Nicely decorated. Outside parking is available. You should try the kullad tea. Amazing!Overall good experience.

Best restaurant for team outing or with family or friends. You will get some awesome taste specially for non vegetarians. Atmosphere is nice and staffs are friendly but yes waiting time is more. If you need some other items during your lunch/dinner then they take more time. So overall its nice. They just need to work on fast service.

Dalchini the wonderful restaurantWhile heading back home after a tough schedule, I tripped upon this lovely North Indian restaurant called “Dalchini”. As I was hungry as a bear I decided to go in for lunch. They had a pretty decent ambience and lighting but what intrigued me is that all their veggies were organic, which is new and interesting to try out. I had ordered a few traditional as well as modern north Indian dishes (Sofia Tikka, Biriyani, Veg Platter, Dal etc). I was happy to have had my lunch here, the food was tasty and filling. The veggies had that fresh feel to it and chicken was fresh and tender. I would definitely recommend this place for a light, not so expensive, North Indian, decent place for people in and around Bellandur.

Great place near eco space and eco world . Not too expensive and very good taste

Went here on lunch, I really liked the ambiance and also the food here. Especially the palak and cheese cutlet were really nice. Methi Malai kofta was too good and paneer Tikka lababdar was also good. Definitely gonna try something more here. Even they have nice biryani and lacha parathas.

First thing is mosquitoes are irritating, i didnt even have my food peacfully. I went alone there for my dinner on a friday night, the ambiance was good. I have ordered 1 lasooni kebab which was good but not as expected, later I ordered mutton biryani (with bone) which was also average and mutton pieces were like disgusting. I have given 3 stars for service and ambiance but these two items were not up to the mark. Final note, i think Manager/owner is very polite and responsible, this i observed during my visit there.

An average restaurant. Located just opposite to sakra world hospital. The food was above average, moderate cost. Service is quick and fast. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful tasty food! It is just opposite to our office and had been here many times. Polite staff and good service makes it one standard food joint to compete with others in the area. Menu is of multicuisine form and they have introduced natural ice creams and fresh fruit juices as well. Overall, it never fails to deliver its best and no compromise on the taste and quality.

Place is generally crowded during lunch time. We went for dinner and the crowd wasnt much even though it was Friday. Service was pretty fast. waiters suggest food based on what you are looking for. Loved mutton fry, soft and flavourful that we ordered 3 more. Decently priced dishes, value for money.

There are a decent amount of food options and its perfect for someone working in South Bangalore, to go with their teams. The food is good, the choice is decent and service is okay.Its just not that hygienic anymore. No masks, less frequent service and its just lost its charm. Not like it used to be.Ill be willing to update the review if it starts maintaining its hygeine again. This is a place Ive made several memories in.

This was great surprise for me when it came to food.. The ambience is ok.. Its popular with the young crowd.. And the variety of food and taste is also good.. Its a swiggy exclusive also.. Must try for everyone.. I heard the non veg is good.. Veg food was also nice.. U have lots of variety of Indian breads.. Music was nice.. Staff are nice.. One best place near Bellandur for all kind Punjabi food specially tandoor lovers. Lassi is ultimate , chicken lavabdar, tikka Angara, & kalmi are excellent & even veg lovers will also like the food here. Very good ambience. Worth the money

Delectable food. Must visit restaurant if you are throwing a casual party. Food is very tasty and reasonably priced. I recommend this place to have a nice time while you can enjoy some really tasty delicacies. My favourite though is Honey Chilli Potato 😋

The food and the ambience is really good here. Murgh Massalam and Chicken Chatpata are a must try. The chicken noodles is also good.

They gave us plenty of information and offered advice as I had told them Id come to try the food.The food was great, very well portioned and the flavours divine.Value for money is phenomenal and after a chat with staff were informed they try to source ingredients as locally as they can.Would definitely visit again.

Went here lunch on a Friday by 2:30pm. Only had Roti, Phulka and Kulcha. Other breads were finished. Butter roti was good. Most of the curries were great. Biryani didn’t taste like it should. Reasonably priced

It has asbestos sheet roof. I visited there during lunch time in a very sunny day... It was pretty hot and sweating. So visit this place for dinner or when weather is cool... The food was okay. Service was fast. Fish fry was yummy.

No complaint on food. Most of our Fridays orders go here. Visited on weekend with family but issue is with one guy who collected order(Mr vikas) ruined everything. Attitude towards customer is not at all good. Owner if you are looking for this review please correct it. Finally Attitude towards the customer matters and that carries....

Good place, but a on bit costlier side. You can get all type of North and South Indian foods. Ambiance is also good.What we ordered : Gobi Manchurian + Chicken Chowmin + Coke can ( It costed us around Rs. 396).Food quality needs to be improved hence giving a rating of 3.

I went there with my crew for shooting a short film.... The place is very specious... But the best part is courtesy if the staff and manager... I was already touched by the hospitality and then later arrived the food... Yummy and good looking.... Keep it up.. I will recommend.

The only place in this area (Devarabeesanahalli) where you can good an excellent North Indian food at a fairly reasonable price. No Air Conditioning but the ambience is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Spices used on food appear really appropriate and request to modify it is also taken. Home delivery is also fast. Many senior citizen ladies around also like this place and visit often for a casual get together.
