I dont think that flower box cares about customer retention or satisfaction. Ordered a Rs.1400 flower box of chrysanthemums twice; the first time, flower choices, arrangement was beautiful. However, the second time around, the quality of the flowers and the arrangement is so poor - not at all like what has been in shown in images on their ordering platforms. Even after calling them to explain what I wanted, they barely put any effort towards understanding it, they added a green arrangement over white and pink flowers, gross.They asked me to specify my exact requirements the next time - am I claiming to be the flower expert here?

Very bad experience. They showed me a picture. I asked them to make the bouquet accordingly. However, the bouquet wasn’t anywhere close to it. I asked them to take their time and deliver it by 7 pm. It’s 8.00 pm and their delivery guy hasn’t turned up. They confirmed the time 10 times with me and yet they got it wrong. I read such wonderful reviews about this place online. But, it turned out to be an absolute disappointment.

Ive been going to flower box since years and never had an issue with paying an additional amount due to the quality of the finished product. However my last two experiences have been disappointing to say the least. One of my orders that was for a friends birthday was delivered a day after the birthday with no intimation regarding a delay. My last order included stale flowers and an arrangement that was shameful. My complaint was met with a apologies for the inconvenience Not going back here thats for sure.

I bought a hand bouquet for Valentines day. It was made of roses and orchids. While the bouquet looked decent, I thought it was expensive.
