Hopeless bankAll forms only in Kannada, what should people do who dont know to read? In short they are saying you can open Bank account only if you know to read kannada? They dont do passbook entry also, and asking us to visit Kalyan Nagar branch for passbook entry. Bank branches are supposed to be for convenience of customers no to make them run for their own money. Hopeless services. You literally have to go to a different branch for passbook entry? When you have the account in this branch. They are not able to fulfill basic banking services.
The worst branch with worst customer service, the staffs doesnt resolve any issue what we enquire, they just say random things either to avoid or they are busy for nothing, atleast I hope they will help to deactivate my account with this bank which has worst customer service. Cant imagine of the senior citizens who walkin there for any issues
Slow and disrespectful of others times. After conversion to Bank of Baroda my colleague had been there almost every second day for the work (ITR statement-printed and signed) to be done almost for 3 weeks and the work is still in progress. Wonder why are systems not in place to report such an issue.
Why r u mention Ph. no in passbook, no one pick the callthis very bad, why r u people have the Telephone in bank,These people , playing games , no one pick the call.
I opened the account 3month back still I didnt got my debit card so disappointed and unprofessional
Dumb staff n very slow and lazy process. If u dont wanna work there then dont , but dont waste the customers time.
Very slow.Commission fee very high for DDs.Slow working staff.
