I work for HP and had an oow unit . When i spoke to hp since unit was out of warranty hp quoted a big amount however krishna from Samruddhi was quick to fix the issue by replacing the keyboard and reinstalling the OS to fix a wireless issue as well . I went with Lenovo Z560. The battery and screen to be replaced. The online price are almost same with some site less by rs300. I went with the option to get my work done at shop. The screen cost me rs3750 (OC screen) and the battery cost me rs1400(lapcare). The work was done decent and without running to sp market each shop. I recommend to go to this shop. As they provide genuine service.
