This office is located at a convenient place, metro is at a closest distance if anyone traveling from far area.The staff is very helpful and friendly and goes by systematic procedures in attending to each customer or person visiting this office.Their is ample parking space in the basement for two and four wheeler.

Map points to a different location which is backside of the building. process was not efficient I went there for surrendering my insurance. It took me half an hour to do the same.

Visited their outlet in Indira Nagar. Office location makes it impossible to take your car due to lack of parking pace. Staff are helpful but get stumped by bureaucracy in their Bombay office.

Calling there tollfree no no proper reply though submitted matured policy documents still recived message document missing and on checking with call center they are telling they dont have updates.

No proper response from staff, no one picking call, after surrender of policy 12 days over not getting amount , no one proper reply, very bad services
