Poor Customer Service. Loan was sanctioned quickly with Pre payment charges waiver benefit which is documented. But, after I made a part payment they are harassing me to pay extra charges without understanding the facts. The customer care executives are unethical and unaware of facts and response is meaningless. Repeatedly the response is the same and every time I have to provide all the details in writing and by email and through phone. Their website customer self service does not work. Their Customer care number also does not work many times. No senior management is intervening and this game of torture and harassments is just going on and on. I am being charged interest unnecessarily and my party payment is just lying in their account from more than one month. If anybody can help, Please help.
