Extremely pathetic service, keep cancelling service date. It s been now two weeks, no technician has bothered to show up. when received a call from a technician who did not even sure when he would be able to come for repair as he was quite busy with his lot of other works, above all technician is rude and will not listen to you . Customer care is good at promising but NO Delivery at all. Promises they will call back next day with the date when technician will turn up. no call will come from customer care even. This company is going to tarnish the image of the entire tech driven industry. All these are happening after collecting amount online. The Govt or industry body should take initiative to close down the this company. it is not going to be far away before public takes action against this fraudster

Never ever get trapped by looking at service charge rate bcz these cheaters add exorbitant margin in material cost and if you are not aware about market rate then these will people will loot you.

Never raise a claim via the app or call Center. Big scam, feels like they running an coaching camp on teaching law students how to become defender attorneys. Completely lost faith in the company. And by the saying for their own executives, the onlyMistake I made was made a claim by their digital platform.

I took water purifier extended warranty of one assist while purchasing it from amazon.After 1 yr since company warranty was over due to some small issue I have to raise claim with one assist and they did not support. Every time they ask one thing upload the documents. But the app as well upload link was not working. I got it repaired my self.After 2 month I got an issue with water filter. Any way it has work for one and half year. So it was understandable we have to change. I was keep on calling one assist but again same issue. Almost 11 days every day calling and mailing to one assist but no one came. They will just say one thing every time. Upload the documents. And 24 to 48 working hourly it will be done.At last again I called live pure company person and got it serviced.One assist is completely fraud company. They will not give any service. Strongly not recommended to take any warranty from one assist.

I have purchased a warranty plan. But at the time of claim they reject saying plan was activated late. That is the case they should have told at the time of activation. Please return the money i spent for extended warranty

One Assist is cheating people, its worst, fraud insurance company.I have taken insurance for my MI POCO F1 mobile for 1 year. My mobile got damaged and have submitted required documents and photos of damaged part of phone and raised for a claim but One Assist team rejected my claim and given invalid reason.Please dont go for One assist mobile insurance. You will not get any support or claim for your insurance. Completely its business not helping people. It worst and fraud hence giving rating as under low

I bought an iPhone 7 as a gift and bought the insurance for the same in my name. Now the device is damaged and the insurance agency is not ready to fix the device. Unless the owner of the device and insurance is you, your parents or spouse, this company will not process your claim.
