Had a very bad experience with the interview process. After spending 3 hours in the interview and a lot of time preparing for it. I got selected for the position . An HR called Rashmi Joishi played a very nasty and political game. She used me as pawn to search for lower range candidate and kept me on hold for 40 days. Later when I informed the interview panel the same via email. She called to inform me that the position is still open that I have to just reply to the email She has sent that I am wrong in informing the panel. When I mentioned what exactly happened. She replied saying your canditure is dropped. Such a terrible experience . Beware of the HRs especially this Rashmi Joishi.
