Visited them for some unclaimed dividends work. Google Maps was fairly accurate but due to close placement of lanes / bylanes in the area, I did miss the spot initially, but soon found it. The person manning the information / customer service desk was prompt, professional, helpful who gave requested information promptly and I was done with form-filling, submission and collection of acknowledgement in within 10 minutes.

I had a good experience with one of the staff member here. I am sorry I forgot his name.He was very polite and helped me with to fix few things on my plans.Thank you !

We had a very bad experience with the lady at the kaizen desk/ front at birla sunlife mutual fund in Jayanagar. We had gone there for transmission of my late fathers mutual fund investments in favour of the nominee, my mother. We carried all documents ( passbook copy attested by the branch, copy of id proof, cancelled cheque, death certificate, address proof, etc.) The lady tried acting extra smart asking for branch managers employee id/ name knowing fully well to do that we have to go to Mangalore. Also for god knows what reason she asked last months bank statement. I tried to reason with her that she has to follow KyC request by spirit and not make our life difficult by asking extra details that no other AMC companies ask for. Also she refused to accept the redemption request along with transmission forcing us to go there atleast 3 times now and they only work 5 days a week between 10&6. Beware of this AMC guys, their returns are not the only thing thats bad there are worse service staff who can make your life difficult with your own money.
