We ordered a combo and garlic cheese bread. Paid online. The app showed us that the pizza got delivered without us receiving the actual order. It took us 7 calls that all came across as busy and one trip to the actual oven story store to get our order. Where they said our order was thrown away because we didnt receive their call 3 times!! We paid for that order!! They didnt even try ringing the bell. They said they will make us a fresh order. We got home and took out the pizza, the pizza looked re-heated not fresh. The garlic bread was the worst, it was the opposite of fresh. Re-heated to the point that all the cheese inbetween was burnt. The bread was stale and the packaging of all the pizza looked like a 3 year old was in charge. Even then a 3 year old might have done a better job. Im highly disappointed, never again am I ordering from this branch of oven story.

Though they couldn’t deliver, promptly called immediately after placing the order. We could pickup from the store. Pizza’s were tasty and worth the price 👍👍👍

Placed an order 2 hrs back, same experience as most others here. Do not recommend placing orders here. Will update review if I receive the pizza.Update: They unilaterally cancelled my order after 2+ hrs of ordering & follow up. Apparently they cannot serve the location. Inspite of the location was available with them at the time of order placement.

I cannot express in words how pathetic the pizzas were. An old rubbery base with minimal cheese, and just bare enough veggies thrown-in for toppings. Its an irony that its called a Veg Overload pizza! This company is simply cheating; I bet the Zomato reviews are fake. Should have looked at the Google reviews. Definitely, the worst meal of recent times.

Terrible pizza. Terrible swiggy service. Not a regular person to order food from swiggy or this shop. A pizza absolutely without the cheese the entire pizza is cold when approached the swiggy customer care they simply without respecting the concern closed the case. Terrible worst pizza ever. No wonder why Dominoz and Pizza Hut are ruling the market as u guys are no where nearby pathetic experience.

They stopped delivering at night! and they wont call if the order is cancelled

The pizza was so bad ,it was nothing like a pizza,it was a thin dough with overcooked sauce that tasted like cardboard. Basically the two pizza ordered was tasteless cardboard pizzas and the toppings were so tasteless.

Shame on them... Waited almost 2hours for the delivery.. Contact Center has no idea where the order is.. Had to cancel in the end after wasting so much time.. Pathetic experience..

Very unprofessional staff, they grandly accept the order & soon after you will receive a call from the kitchen that they cannot delivered for various reasons and ask you to come and pick up by ourselves.

I guess Im not the first one call them cheater here..really very cheap in every standard, I think they even have put the wrong location on Zomato also..and the worst part Zomato also stands with them.. hope people dont take risk with there service and food during this covid-19 period..

Ordered 2 Pizza but got only one that too late and store tells other Pizza cant be delivered as theres too many orders.I had done prepaid order, so I asked will I get my money back but they didnt accept n told I can pick another date for delivery. This was all fine Bec sometimes stuff happens. I started eating the first Pizza, it was ok ok and was already close to being fully cold. After I ate the first Pizza and agreed to get second one on later date I started getting stomach ache,u know what happens next. Got serious cough too like cant even talk. Plese dont order here
