Croma is electronic store located on BEL main road. The store is quite big and have all the varieties of electronic appliances.The majority of items you get are related mobile and computer, music, but i have not seen home appliances.It has underground parking where 4 and 2 Wheeler can be parkedThe staff is good and help is getting required information.

Pathetic service, when you cannot keep demo product. You force people to purchase the product giving assurance its a best product, very next day the issue found in camera and we wanted to exchange the product. Executive n the customer service agent was not ready to exchange the product, n was not helpful. Such a hopeless service, even through online form we have option to exchange. Such a cheating team in New BEL road Croma. Their bills states if everything in the box is as it is, it can be exchanged n the deny with various reason. YOU CANNOT CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS....WORST PATHETIC SERVICE..looks like they are scamming n trying to push the products along with OPPO company...to sell the defective ones

I had bought an on 24 Sept 2021 LG LED 139cm 55UP7750 4K/UHD tv installation was done next day after 5 minutes it started to blink and making sound. If we call to Croma they aren’t responding and even LG customer care also. Worst service from Croma and LG.

Have never been disappointed by any Croma store. This one was also good. They have mobiles, tabs and TVs on the ground floor and washing machines, refrigerators and other home appliances on the 1st floor. Very polite and helpful staff!Tip: Parking is available just next to the shop in a nearby basement. Its free for Croma patrons. Theres also an elevator to take you to the 1st floor.

Excellent place for electronics ample parking spaces with offers too. I almost get all the electronics needs I want from here.Edit : However my recent visit I am extremely disappointed by the hospitality, it was extremely bad. I had to walk to people who just stood starring at my face but not asking for any assistance. As if I was begging for something. Sorry croma BEL Road Ill never visit you guys again.

I had visited new bel Rd Croma on Friday and I purchased a dishwasher machine. The delivery was done the next day late evening.But didnt get any calls or response for installation until today.(Tuesday)Not happy about the service though the store was good.

Croma has its outlet many outlets but I visited the one nearest to my house, the outlet in New Bel Road (opposite to reliance digital). They have a range of electronic gadgets such as android and iPhones, apple watch, MacBook, laptops of brands- Dell, HP, Asus, and many more, earphones, powerbank, laptop bag and other necessary accessories. The staff members are polite and professional. They clear our doubts with patience. The products are kept for demo and the price of it is also mentioned beside the product along with their basic details.

Bought a Samsung phone today... Sales person was good he convinced us to buy this telling the product he was talking about is currently the best but the info given was more like he was trying to push thr product over. He lived about the colour availablity. Hopefully the product wont fail us...

The ambience and the choice of gadgets is top notch. They have different products that one may require. I would advice you to try if you are looking for any gadget. But one problem is the staff are not qualified to work. They have no idea what they are talking about and when I bought my chromebook I had to do most of the stuff on my own.

First of all its a TATA brand, no room for error or compromise in question as little of products. The one prominent thing of this place including TATA brand is quality and service. Shady business from Croma , did expect this from a Tata business outlet. Recently purchased a blue Star AC . They had dispatched a defective ac , which came to the notice during the installation. Instead of replacement they are suggesting a board change , its just like buying a 2nd hand product. Literally waste of time and hard earned money.Hope the issue will be resolvedI would strictly not recommend this outlet.

Purchased a HP all in one computer new bel road, after the sales person promised that service or any issues, Croma will take care and it will be attended within 24hrs..it has stopped working from more then 30days and i have been complaining from past one month spoke to the store manager but no one seems to be bothered they dont care.

Always a fan of Croma, but every time when i visit the store the staff judge ppl and based on that they attend the customers. Yesterday i visited to purchase a oven but no sales person came to me to help me out the specs, though everyone were free and standing idle. Due to this dissatisfaction i decided not to visit Croma again and i booked my oven from Amazon.Croma staff needs to stop judging customers and should attend every customers even if they dont buy.
