My piece of jewelry was customised, they made changes just the way I wanted. The delivery took sometime due to lockdown. However, it was worth the wait. We ordered one guthapusala necklace from unniyarcha after looking in the website.we had our own apprehension about ordering silver ware online. But after we received the product we were quite happy with the finish.it was marvelous. It was stuffed with pearls and looked great. Im giving 4 stars as we did not get the rate breakup of such an ornamental jewelry. Delivery was on time as well. I would have given 5 if there was a certificate of authenticity from unniyarcha and detailed breakup of the things involved was also given.
