Selected a displayed piece of shoe and waited for almost 20 mins for them to get me the pair. Then they conveyed that the other one in the pair is missing. Could have managed the customers well. Suggest the team to do a stock check and do 5S which will definitely be useful.

Worst footwear shop. I purchased a branded shoe from there. The soul of shoe came out in 2 months. It was is warrenty but the management took too much time to repair. They were not.ready to replace. Arrogant management. they just dont listen

Visited the store seeing the board 50% off on selected, but the price was doubled and they were selling it for half price. The brands they had are local brand which I saw in other small stores outside. Didnt expect this in a mall this big. Not recommended.

No Variety for Kids, adult shoes are of cheap quality, not sure if its real Reliance trends or all trends have same poor quality, not impressed at all.The only saving grace is whatever shoe/sandal available for my kid turned out to be of good quality but would not recommend for adult items as didnt find it worth enough
