In case, if you are planning to buy gold through any of their schemes , I would humbly request you to refrain as they are pro in misleading the customers. If not, then please, please... please read the terms and conditions carefully because they make alot of unrealistic promises while selling the schemes, and they would take you for a toss. So, please read the scheme related documents carefully.

They are really dont ready to attend the customers whos going to buy silver items. Kindly make your advertisement that you only sell gold & diamond jewellery. Kindly dont insult people who are buying silver items. Please tell them in the entrance itself youre not selling silver. Very much unsatisfied with the hospitality of your executives.

Really bad experience with Candere online portal for Kalyan jewellers. The description on website is different from the actual product and I didnt like the products delivered, so I raised return request next day. It takes 5 days to arrange reverse pickup. The process is lengthy and you have to create a full video while you pack stuff in front of delivery partner. After that it took 10 days for quality check (even though products are returned very next day and all tags are intact). During this time I received multiple calls convincing to buy something else for that amount instead of refund. I continued with refund and made very clear that I dont want to purchase anything else. Its more than 20 days and there is still no refund initiated from their side. Compared to this Caratlane from Tanishq is piece of cake and now I know why its leading online portal for jewelry purchase. Really bad experience with such a big jewelry firm and I would think twice before buying anything from them online or otherwise.

I am disappointed in your service,because I have taken your mothly installment scheam twice,while taking your executives explained there is no wastage,and discounts available in making charges and bonuses including but day before yesterday I went to purchase Jewellers in Koramangala Kalyan show room and purchased they given only my scheam bonus points havent given any discount on making charges and wastage and I felt making charges are too much compared other jewellers.In my village if we purchased more than one lakh they will come and give 🎁 gifts like bags,vallets,suitcase etc.here atleast they have not offered one bottle water because I have spent 3 hours in showroom.More ove your executives not sure about the price of meterial,there is no accuracy because I have purchased one paire of bangles for my one moth old baby executive said while explaining bangle only chargeable black manies are free while giving estimation estimator charging me for black monies also that is 2500+ 2500 =5000 rs ideally shocked and rejected 😳 that bangles.Then is come telling nicely black manies cost will be coming only 480 rs.See your showroom accuracy.How can customers are trusting,I dont expected this kind of service from your end.Pls be trust🙂

Good staff and ambience but little high compared to other jewellery shop

Unlike earlier days the staff now are very crooked and they assume that customers are just fools. Some of them never talk with respect. Always be ready with a calculator and do your own calculation then youll find how they overcharge you. Making charge is ridiculous where you should bargain. I think the Govt. should streamline the cost for making charge the same design in other shops are much lesser, the simply play gimmik like its hand made hence the making charge is too high, when you go to next shop they would say its machine made hence the charge is high go for a hand made it will be cheaper. It means there is no logic in making charges.

No silver collection only TV ads rest nothg doing

Avoid this Kalyan branch, go to Marathahalli or Dickenson Road branch. At the time of delivery and billing staff is especially very rude.

This store doesnt care about Covid-19 situation , all of the stuffs roams around without the mask even though you remind them their mask is at their chin. Billing stuffs attitude is pathetic as they are doing a favour to you. Most of the stuffs are not that cooperative , options are very less. Very disappointed with their pathetic services and careless attitude... well our entire family is regular costomer of Kalyan jewellers since last 6 years in every occasions we shop at Kalyan jewellers,Most of my daughter jewelleries are purchased from Kalyan and on her this 4th birthday as well we didn’t thought of 2nd option but went straight to them to purchase the bangles, our requirement wasn’t available on the store so we place the order for 20gm gold bangles while paying 50% advance in 3weeks notice and they promised it will be ready to collect by 24th of jan as her birthday is on 25th of jan.However I called them on 23rd of jan to check if it’s ready to collect next day??and It’s very disappointed to learned that they haven’t started the work on bangles yet and asked me to collect after 4days which is of course after her birthday... and best part is they don’t have the basic courtesy to apologies for inconvenience seriously??.I asked them to refund my advance payment so that I can buy bangles from another jewellers at leat she’ll have new ornament on her birthday day or have manager to call me but he completely decided to ignore me...Despite my planing for months in advance for her birthday thanks Kalyan jewellers to ruining it all.If any one planing to order customised jewelleries think twice.

No collection at all.. they are just simply passing time

I was initially confused to buy jewelry from kalyan and Tanishq. However, I ended up buying it in both. The only reason that made me uncomfortable buying from Kalyan is their service. The person who was incharge for the service wasnt professional enough and spoke too much unnecessary things apart from jewelry. However, I wont blame it on all.

Had a very bad experience.Never felt so bad in my life with any shop. Received that kind of treatment from their employees,they kind of treated us like we are there to get free gold from them. We just asked a question to see if they can make a particular gold thali design and they treated us like that with such treatment. We decided to go for a different shop and quickly decided to go for GRT. Believe me it went so good, only problem with GRT is they have too many customers and their service executives cant handle all at the same time but they are far better than any other gold shops in handling the customers. The downside is we just have to wait a bit long. Got the thali ordered in 30 minutes,we had to wait there in GRT but the service executive person promptly responded and helped us to choose the design and complete the order.If possible I would like to give negative stars or even 0 for Kalyan jewellers

Very bad service from the staffs. They are rude and they made a mistake while typing my name on the invoice and when I told them, they blatently ignored it saying its what I told them. Why in the blue hell will I pronounce my own name wrong? When I complained they are saying that the invoice is already generated and cannot do anything but next time when I come they will change it. Very poor management.

The showroom is spacious and had good collections. The staff were extremely patient and helpful. I had to change my ornaments couple of times just before billing because of my budget and they just helped me to decide with a smile. The only concern I had is that gents should have a little more collections and options. This is my personal opinion and observation. Altogether a very good place to shop for Gold and Silver Jewelry.

Important Scheme change for Kalyan customers, if you pay 100 for diamond when u come for exchange you will get 90 and u get 80 if cash. So what is this scheme where customer loose money always, if u think Kalyan is good. Note this is over and above your making charge.Sorry Kalyan , common man hard earned money is not your play thing.

Have a good quality of ornaments. If you need silver, diamond and ear rings you have to visit the 1st floor. Raw material charges are as per the local market but the making charges quiet higher end. Salesman attitude sometimes weird. If you choose for alteration the Smith will give you 200 reasons to dont opt for alteration but if you insist for sometime he will do it. As other outlets some things are good here some are not.

Good store. But Kalyan jewelry is extremely bad. Have been visiting this store to get a costly diamond pendant and chain repaired since last 2 months. Some or the other defects keep happening.

Reception and Service is good.But when it comes to silver tortoise rings, there is no valid/definite making charge for articles in the tag, they say making charge can change everyday, which doesn’t make much sense.So according to kalyan jewelleries logic, they will adjust the making charges as per the price of silver on a particular day.If the price of silver is less, then they will increase the making charge as much as they like.This is hidden cheating on customers.I request, to display the making charges for silver on tag for all the articles, if you want to be transparent with the customers.

One of my favourite jellwery shops in Bangalore for its value for money. The designs are very nice. You would fall for the diamond jewellery...The designs are really amazing....You would not get in any other store. The term and condition of exchange value is also very good. The customers are treated like a king. The sales person who are there to assist are very very helpful and everyone has always a smile on his face. This attitude makes a whole lot of difference.

Been there for ear piercing for my 6 month old daughter. The guy did a very good job, very patient ! They do it through gun only, no hand prick. Quite hygienic though not hospital standard.

Making and other charges based on designs and models are mucher than expected.....

They have nice collections available, but outdated ones. Nothing fancy, just traditional south Indian styles mostly. Need to train the staff a little on Customer satisfaction though. Keep pitching for gold savings schemes every time you purchase something which is a bit let down. This is across all their shops no matter where they are.

Worst experience, needed to wait for long hours for the bill to only realize that no bill generated and we need to go back home without bill and without jewellery even after paying. How can you believe such people. Again following day we needed to be satisfied with only jewellery without bill. They force us to opt for some nonsense schemes even after rejecting many times

I was going to buy a bracelet, the sales man didnt show any models and didnt respond to us well. So I gone to bhima jewelry which is just opposite to the kalayan . In bhima I had a very good experience and they showed me a lot models and treated us well. Went there to get a gift item. Good locality but crowded on weekends. Parking for two wheeler is available. 4 wheelers have small area which is occupied most times.Staffs are friendly but during crowded times you might not get attention.
