As a old customer of caratlane I had always a good experience shopping with them for past several years but today I found the lady staff at mantri mall, Bangalore to be rude and speaks in a condescending tone. Whatever happened to the lovely customer service that caratlane used to provide? What annoyed me further was that she was speaking and assisting normally to the couple before, did she changed her tone just because I dont look like a local? Please train your staffs better.

I went to caratlane for gifting purpose. Designes are unique. Must visit place.
