My Dad had a severe back pain and he was unable to even move at all. I got in touch with Dr DJ and he immediately got on to a video call. He understood the situation and advised us what exactly we should be doing. After following his advice, there was a considerable improvement in the situation and within 2 hours, my Dad was able to do all major acitivities (with a slight discomfort) and within 48 hours he was completely alright. The Orthopaedic who was treating my mother for a shoulder fracture referred us to Spectrum Physio . Must say that the overall experience has been very good. I had tibial condyle fracture for that I had conservative care (non-operative) after six weeks in cast, I was told to go for physiotherapy sessions where I went to Sita bhatija. There Dr Ankith took care of me where after 2 to 3 sessions, I was scared and afraid that my knee flexion was not improving, but Dr Ankith told to relax and gave me confidence that it will improve,, I really got impressed the way he handled me and improved my strength with exercises. Hence, I suggest to go for Sita bhatija hospital for fast recovery with ease.

I visited Spectrum Physio Centre for my post-op ACL surgery rehabilitation. The staff are pretty helpful and the centre is pretty well equipped to handle a wide range of rehabilitation programs. My only issue was with some of the cleanliness of the sheets on the beds there and the mosquitoes.My therapist Dr. Kumar Brahmesh was really amazing. Had a well worked out program and took time to listen and explain all the questions and doubts I had. I would highly recommend this place for physical therapy.

Spectrum Physio is one of the best Physio centres in Bengaluru. With our (mine and my husbands) experience, this is indeed the best place to set your physical fitness right...Though the feedback given hereby is lengthy, it is my practical experience that I want to share....While my husband had a great experience with Dr. Vivek in Mahadevapura centre (which triggered us to look for their branch nearby), I am personally having a wonderful experience with Dr. Vedavalli who has been the key personnel to bring me out of agony that had actually lasted for a long time....When I came to Spectrum Physio with severe unbearable pain in my neck due to major slip disc, (I was actually advised by leading doctors in the city that i need to undergo a surgery to come out of this problem and that there wasnt any other way to set this right), to my surprise and good luck, I got introduced to Dr. Vedavalli who examined me thoroughly and advised me that the discs could be set right without a surgery. While it was great news to me, I did have that confidence on Dr. Vedavalli and did take up the treatment per her advise. Dr. Vedavallis hand which worked like a magic wand on me, gave so much of relief from the pain and cured me completely from 2 major slip discs in my neck, in less than 2 weeks. While this was a magical experience, I definitely would want to mention about her dry needling skills which nobody else can do, except for her Guru, who is the Chief of Spectrum (Dr. Dhanajeyan)... While I am completely out of my neck slip disc, I had to recently undergo treatment with Dr. Vedavalli for my back, as I had a major sprain... In just 3 sittings, she made me absolutely normal... Get to know about Spectrum Physio in GMC 2019. Physios Jaison and Ankit were always on their toes from the beginning. They used to enquire about the well being of every cyclist they meet while roaming around in the support vehicle. Their daily physio session post the ride was refreshing to the muscles. Special thanks to Ankit who kept my leg in good shape after a fall on Day 4. I have never been to this place but the 5 star is only for the two physios who accompanied us.

In August of 2018, I had a running injury in my right knee. I overlooked it and it got aggravated in Nov while I was on a trek. Few doctors I consulted either found no issue or claimed it to be an ACL. When Dr. Dhananjeya took a look at my leg, he rightly diagnosed it to be a strain in my IT (Illio-Tibial) band caused by my flat foot condition. His diagnosis was very effectively treated by his colleague Dr. Jaison who spent 6 weeks to get me back on my feet. He was extremely friendly, caring and worked on several aspects of the health of my leg. He not only repaired my leg, but also helped in strengthening and conditioning and spent nearly 2 hours with me in each session. The entire team of doctors at Spectrum Physio strongly believe in Physiotherapy is a preventive science and pour their hearts into their jobs. To sum up my experience, I can only say that I owe completion of the 2018 TFN to the superb Physiotherapists at Spectrum. I would like to specially thank Dr. Kumar Bhahmesh. On the first day itself of the tour I suffered crippling cramps due to which I was unable to even stand, let alone cycle. Brahmesh just patched me enough so that I could complete the day and told me to see him for a therapy in the evening. From that day onwards I went to him for sessions every day of the tour, one during lunch and another after the day was over.And I was not the only one. I was not able to move my neck on the first day, but I felt much better from 3 day of the treatment. The centre is also very clean and professional with all kinds a physio equipments with lot of staffs. I would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Sujitha was very helpful. I had severe neck pain and was not able to sleep because of that. But she provided very good care.

Dr.Brahmesh was my pysiotherepist . I had sensitivity issue due to compression of nurve.So. surgery needed.After surgery there was no sense in left leg. Immediately rehab was started by Dr.Brahmesh.He has clear idea what he has to do.Dr. Brahmesh is very caring, good knowledge and very passionate about his job.I recommend him as a excellent physiotherapist.

I would like to inform that I started my physiotherapy from Jan 2018 Everyday weekly 6 days almost and then i was given a wrong treatment (heat therapy SWD) by then physiotherapist which came into notice only after march 2018 that is three months of suffering bad back injury. The same was observed by my current physiotherapist Dr Vani who after taking over has started giving me the correct treatment ( ice therapy cyro treatment) as per my injury and from then onwards I am showing the sign of improvement but the damage done at the very initial stage is costing me till date.Had I got the same current treatment from day one then by this time I would have got rid off this suffering and everyday pain. I wish my treatment continues correctly with Dr Vani and she helps me to recover rapidly and completely and helps me in leading a youthful life as I am only at my late 20s. Even the exercise suggested by her is helping me a lot and as a result currently I dont feel the need of taking therapy every day.

Dr. Brahmesh was very kind, patient and thorough in the way that he treated me. Overall a very positive experience.
