This hospital total team behave like animals and they dont have good communication with maternity patients, In this covid situation doctors and hospital facilities team inmisbehaving with patients.Kindly ignore this hospital in future.Hospital doctors, nurses, security and administration give them to communication training, patients are not beggar your hospital doing business with patients high royalty..

Had a delivery a year back post lockdown, very expensive considering non complicated simple maternity delivery, They charged Rs 60,000+ for simple delivery. I suggest being a muslim hospital at-least dont overcharge on maternity cases so that muslims can comfortably have more kids as per the sunnah. May Allah strengthen you to reduce maternity charges. Maternity procedures without complications are simple procedures and have been practised since Adam, no way it should become so costly. The prophet pbuh commanded us to have more kids so by making it comfortable and cheaper you will be helping in fulfilling the command of the prophet pbuh. In the long run this will help you only as the primecare progeny will come back to you and become loyal patients. The doctors are all good and facilities were also good. I hope you bring down the maternity cost for betterment of Ummah.

No use of taking appointment, waiting from 1hour and 1more hour to meet doctor, just for general check up.

Prime Care is a Multi Specialty Clinic it is a small medical center but with great features. Where all experienced specialist are available. Good Hospitality and homely care for patients... They have well equipped machinery Laboratory many Diagnostic Facilities. Keep it up……

They don’t have a card machine or paytm or google pay it’s only cash payments accepted . Your other Hospital ( next to east station ) is so much better .only advantage here it’s easy park .Prime care management pls look into this .

Doctors are very good, but the supporting staff are few. So waiting times in billing counters etc. is high.Also, the service in the in-house lab (Citilab) is very unprofessional. Their processes for sample taking, report issue etc. are not systematic and easily prone to errors. They do not give reports on time. While I was there, I have seen other patients too face similar problems with getting lab reports on time.Even if you consult doctors in Primecare, please get your medical tests done outside.

Good clinic. I’ve visited the clinic couple of times now. The staff is efficient and helpful. Good for general physicians. Don’t have experience with their other specialities.

I visited for my mothers dental check-up. The hospital is quite small but cleanly maintained. We were not so satisfied by the dental check-up, so had to opt for other hospital.

Well experienced and friendly doctors especially at the dental dept. Ent dept is good as well. Overall very neat, hygienic and well staffed.

Physicians r really very good. But mgmt should really work on increasing the backend staff at helpdesk. It takes a lot of time to take appointment at helpdesk bcoz of only 2 pple handling calls, giving appointment, taking internal calls of docs, billing of IP, answering queries to med rep etc etc. N also lab n diagnostic tests r too costly here when compared to others

Though doctor seem to accquire a good qualification but the fact is there is a reason why they are practicing here and not abroad. I went along with my husband who is diabetic and was also Ill and was on heavy antibiotics. Doc even after Knowing his case recommended him protein shake. Protiens are anyways heavy to digest by liver and antibiotics he got jaundice. He kept on calling and telling doc that his urine had Turned yellow. But doc said its nothing to worry about. After 2 days even his eyes turned yellow and we had to admit him to hospital. Better go to a better hospital like ending up like me.He was admitted in Columbia Asia and docs told that his jaundice was due to the protien shake he was having. And how could a doc recommend something like this

Due to a road traffic accident, I underwent PCL replacement surgery during the month of November 2017.As my surgeon recommended I had to undergo physio therapy treatment and he put me through to Dr. Sweata Basnett at Prime care Mukti speciality Clinic.When I walked to the clinic on the first day, I could not bend my knee and no strength on the leg.I had no confidence in myself that I can regain the strength, mobility and flexibility. Dr. had convinced me that with systemic excerise in a disciplined method I can restore my knee back to normal. I had a very bad experience with the pathology lab here!I got my platelet test done, but large variation when i did the same test from other laboratory.Dont go there for any checkups. You can go for consultation.

Had been for wifes delivery......baby was bought with a head injury.....n they dnt explain how it had happened...no forceps used, it was a normal delivery...our moment of joy went into shock n sorrowful, my poor baby suffered 3 stitches on head.

Worst Service. Never get your testing done from here. They are biggest cheaters. They make all false promises.
