Excellent place to relax. Owners are so courteous they take care of you & you are served steaming hot coffee every 30 minutes.

Kinda small hall. Good for marriages, upanayana and other functions where a limited people of about 300 are invited. The hall has a parking lot right next to it where around 20 cars can be parked. The basement is for lunch/dinner. The hall is noticeable from a moving vehicle! The hall has rooms too. Its a non-AC hall. Hall is not that much good. Very difficult to get good lighting for wedding photography.

Utterly poor maintainence. The washrooms are like public toilets. Toilet access from dining area is a hygiene issue. Not to mention the dirty and cramped washrooms. The dining area is not clean . The bride and groom rooms are small. Fan does not work properly. There is no sink in the washroom. Washroom itself is dirty and stained. The management needs to wake up and give a complete overhaul to the facilities to make it pleasing and hygienic to the customers. This place has a potential to give infection to guests in just one day.

Spacious marriage hall and dining area

The destination for various purposes to conduct events and marriages ,naming ceremony, birthday parties, engagement ceremony and also for exhibition for commercial purposes.

Electrician of the hall fooled us, though the owner denied music, electrician assured us of arranging music system and mic for the event. But at nth moment he betrayed.2. Default vessels and grinders which are part of hall do not function properly and you will end-up renting additional items which will bomb your budget.Overall do not recommend this hall to anyone.

Sru Sundar Mahal infrastructure is fairly good but its very adjacent to the main road. The marriage hall and dinning hall can accommodate few hundreds only. This conventional hall is good for middle class category people since the cost or rent will be affordable to them. The main issue is parking, no proper facility.

My marriage events took place in this hall. It is a decent place. Clean environment. It has western style toilets too. The only bad experience was that the grooms room wash basin pipe was broken due to busy schedule we could not get it repaired.

I had booked the hall for a day and due to an unforeseen circumstance, I had to cancel it. I had paid a security deposit of 10K. The cancellation was informed to them at least 2 weeks prior. I called one of the owner (Mr. VijayKumar) to politely ask for partial refund if not all. He was absolutely rude and ruthless which was totally uncalled for. I understand that I cancelled the booking but had a strong reason for it but he didnt have the patience to give an ear to it. I expected him to be more courteous. He could have said that he cannot refund as per their policy but I guess thats too much to expect from them and they will resort to aggression .This is not a rant coz I lost my security deposit as I accept their policy and abide to it. But tone and the manner in which Mr Vijay Kumar spoke is not what I want any other potential customer of theirs to go through. As it is, there is an ordeal that one goes through when a planned event gets cancelled. Empathy is not something you can expect from the owners. BEWARE!!!

Good hall for a gathering of about 400 with added space in a gallery area. Needs work with the dining area and needs to rennovate its washrooms. Parking was quite restricted. Said to be centrally located as it is girinagar but its depends on where you are coming from and what does central mean to you

Conversion hall is good... but no Mobil or 3g connectivity in surroundings. To access internet, book cab etc one needs to walk aground at least a km to get mobile signal.

Please book this Kalyana mantapa at your own risk. If you already have... please read...1. Get detailed bill of your payments2. Get in writing of what is included in the package and what is not. Don’t get fooled by the pamphlet that they show. The written sheet will be helpful when you are being asked to pay for the extras.3. Grinders provided by the management don’t work. Ensure it works otherwise you will be forced to rent it from outside which will cost you huge amounts.4. Air coolers (Part of the Decoration unit) should be installed during the reception, they conveniently forget to switch it on.5. Extras that we had to pay:Make sure these are included in the bill;a. Serial set to be switched on during wedding reception. Costs 5,500/-b. Music system during reception. Costs 1,500/-c. Additional vessels like Buckets and servicing hand spoons.d. Beds. They provided 30 from their side and 20 from outside. Pillows, Bedsheets are all extra.e. Using electricity.f. Usage of generator when the power goes off.g. Keeping enuchins away (Mama or #9 whatever you want to call them). Cost 2000-3000. To be paid to them and 500 each to the care taker (Prabhu) and Krishna, the electrician to keep them away. I still have my doubts that they allow them to extract money from the wedding party, but I don’t have proof of this.h. Setting up chapra. Costs 2,500I. And many more.If possible, carry a voice recorder (We regret to not have carried it) to record your conversations. Trust me, this will come handy as the management will conviently try to wash hands when it comes to switching on the Serial lights during reception and the deposit that you have to pay during booking. Do not ever go by their soft talks. Get everything documented. During wedding, nobody will have free time. These people take advantage of it. Be alert.

Please Change the Bathroom & Toilet room from the Dining Hall, as it is very inconvenient for the Visitors, especially for Ladies, when the Dinner is Serving. No place for Parking Vehicles & change the Tiles of the Dinner Hall!!!!?

Rating is less due to its location, very close to outer ring road, nearest bus stand is vidya nagar bus stand, BSK III Stage, bangalore, very spacious marriage hall, with good room facility, beautiful entrance and dining hall, capacity is 1000+, non-a/c hall.
