Very first good thing about the hotel is Affordable which standouts from the rest. And the amenities are not bad even if any issue with anything, the staff were kind and ready to serve. Overall, if i would like to stay in this area around....will definitely prefer this..This review was based on my stay in month of Aug 2021.

There is no proper maintenance. You will get irritated. TV is there but just a show piece 🤣 lot of problem in washroom.

We visited this hotel during our official tour and stayed here for almost 3 days. The hotel lobby is quite good and well maintained. The artistic pieces which were on display was quite unique and good. My room was queens room bed. We had a free WiFi service and breakfast buffet included. Breakfast usually had idli, wada, bread, tea coffee, one fruit, and sambhar or lemon rice. All in all it is a good hotel and nearby to ktpo and Whitefield.

Worst Hotel to stay.. Dirty Towels, No cleaning, AC doesnt work well, No wifi , bathroom was leaking, No drinking water was provided.

I booked 1 room with 3 occupancy as I was travelling with my parents.Via OYO I have booked. On arrival they asked us to wait for 40 min approx, even before arrival I have intimated them that this would be the checkin time.They didnt provided towel on asking multiple time, lastly I went to reception counter and took towel by myself.There kitchen was not operating because of renovation, I arranged food by Swiggy. But at the same time I have seen they are delivering food to other guests.The reception was saying me, OYO dont give us money and all. So if there is issue in tieup, they should not take bookings.I have seen other guests, booked from OYO, were shouting pn reception for same towel and other issues.On topup of that OYO customer care, they never helped.Overall a bad experience for me.

Washroom is worst, No Tv -only for show piece TV , ANd food is worst coz if some one having corona Positive How he will get more Enery from that food , there is No fruit also..No Hot water, If we need anything from outside guys need extra 50-100rs for there charges and shops near by Hotel only, And Food waste is always outside No one putting in Garbage and that smells really BaD, and No tea option available..If we are in Quarantine why Hotel staff treating like corona patient. I would suggest if they want anything hotel staff must help without any charge...

Nice experience with this hotel

Good place to stay but they could maintain it in a better way so they Can attract more visitors. Service is good but amenity wise we need to compromise some where. Food charges are average so bearable for average people. Very close to BMTC Whitefield bus depot.Require some more staff for handling the day to day things.

We paid around *** for Chris Hotel, which is in whitefield Bangalore. I am listing all the problems I faced and I am very upset with for having tie-ups with such hotels without proper scrutiny.1. Someone had smoked inside AC room and it was smelling smoke throughout.2. AC was fixed at 24 and remote was not working for any adjustments.3. Bathroom taps were leaking and was in non-functional state.4. TV had only free channels (most of the channels were blocked)5. There was a disco in the neighborhood and high volume DJ was played till 1am, which didnt allow us to sleep. Windows arent soundproof and property in inhabitable. Believe me.6. Morning Breakfast was pathetic - Diluted milk, little fruit, age old rice poha, mere idlis. It was worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. They charged 300 for it.7. We didnt get tea, coffee, sugar sachet even after repeated requests. It was in package.8. Swimming pool was full of insects.9. Most disgusting one - someone climbed our balcony, when we were sleeping and passed through it. There were no privacy as I saw a people climbing on our balcony in morning when we were sleeping.DJ sound was continuously heard at high volume in room even after we changed the room.Room was filled with cigarettes smell and it was suffocating. This was most frustrating experience in any hotel I stayed in. The stay was not worth the money charged. Even one cleaning staff told us about how hotel is not taking care of basic and people are unhappy with service......

Our stay was comfortable and peaceful. The staff and front desk all were quite cooperative. Check-in and check-out were smooth. It felt cozy and safe to stay in the hotel. Cleanliness is good and there was no stink. The waiting lounge near reception and common rest rooms are well maintained and clean. Lift is clean and works quite smoothly and silently. The security is alert and courteous. Overall its a good hotel in the middle of the corporate city whitefield bangalore. Hope they will maintain it in the same or better way in future too. Pathetic rooms with bad smell.No housekeeping, if we ask for one they make faces and dont do it properly.Kitchens are closed, they dont provide the complimentary breakfast.Tv is just a show piece.If you are going to complaint there dont waste your energy they are not going to listen.

I loved the quietness of the property at the centre of corporate offices , Rooms were spacious and elegant for that price range. i hope they activate the swimming pool. There are multiple Pubs, Bars and restaurants at good prices at all times of the day. Transportation from the hotel was easy due to close proximity of public transport.

If I would have option to set 0.5 star I would have selected it.I was asked to quarentine here look at the stature of the room so pathetic. Looking at the condition I would get corona for sure.

Worstest hotel which i have booked in my lifetime... Worst service..... they are not even worth one star (minus 5 rating).Arrogant reception person... for all people some ready-made answers... number one liar........About Room - they provide bed sheets and pillow used by others.. fully dirty and dusty, un cleaned room. i think last time they cleaned the room may be 10 days back.For food you have to cry. Even if food comes beware... in rice sometimes you can find metal scrubber pieces. Don’t eat anything without switching on the light. also you may get some dead mosquito or insect in the served food .. Beware..If you have booked this hotel for few days, then morning , afternoon and night you get the same food. no change in menu... in our case, they gave us 6 days rice with cabbage sambar...!!!!Food you will not get on time... you have to shout or you have to beg... or else you to order from swiggy...( I think these people have some tie up with swiggy, i have seen lot of people are fed up with the hotel service and they are ordering from swiggy)Bathroom and Toilet - if you come out of the bathroom alive then you are lucky. Worst maintained toilet, may be they cleaned a month back, bath room bucket and mugs are almost washed 6 months back....in one word , if you want to become sick, then book a room in this hotel, most of the positive reviews are done by ......... you can imagine...be safe... be alive... book any other hotel.,..... not this one...

Average hotel. Good lobby. Great surrounding area. Lots of food options nearby. We found insects in one room once. They changed our room on first request. Staff are trained to behave well.

I have been quarantined at Chris hotels Whitefield for 7days from the day I came from France, Rooms are pleasant and Good room service.

Nice quite place, away from buzz of main road. Clean and spacious rooms. Ample bed and storage space. Wifi strength is good. Only issue with breakfast. Food is good but the arrangement gives problem. Like spoons are set at the table, if some one before you ate and used it, you have to ask for a new one. It is not kept in a bunch.Highly recommended if you looking for a non over crowded place which is near to Vydehi / EPIP zone.

Not well maintained

I stayed here like for 10 days since my organisation wanted me to relocate to Bangalore. This is one of the best hotel to stay especially if you are working in nearby sjr i-park , Shailendra tech park etc its like 2 mins walk from these places and speaking about its hospitality and ambience this place seriously sets a bench mark. The staffs from spa, receptionist and housekeeping all were very friendly. Overall a peaceful place to stay.

Nice Hotel. Bed is big. If your stay is for less than week youll enjoy breakfast else its human tendency to dislike same iterations. Food is good. You can use swimming pool on top floor. Big TV with Tata sky HD inside room. Just didnt like bathroom.

Luxury hotel in a budget. 5 star for the lovely service. But the free breakfast is just okay! Beautiful spacious rooms, comfy beds, 24x7 customer service. Maximum of 3 guest can stay in a single room. Check in if you are on your business or leisure trip this place will not disappoint.

Chris hotel whitefield is very poor in providing services . Please do not pay hotel bills online behalf of anyone . Even though if you pay in online , the manager in this hotel asks customers to pay in cash or else he won’t allow check out

Nice rooms and very good service. I stayed for 2 days.Breakfast is good.WiFi is not that great. I had issue while connecting to it. They resolved it quickly but the speed is slow.They have a very small elevator(3 - 4 people) but it serves the purpose.

Cost wise okay, food is good. Gallery has space of just 1 feet and of you wish to see the other buildings opposite wall you can easily see and vice-versa.. Often power cut is there which will come back in 20 mins.. Swimming pool is just 3.5 feet deep that to open for the people who can see you from their windows of neighboring buildings.

Overall good property, I was briefly locked in bathroom of my alloted room (403), and the food was okayBut better than most of the other hotels out there at the price Tag

Really economical wrt what facilities they provide. Rooms are spacious n very clean. It has an average sized swimming pools and restaurant. Rooms have intercom even in bathroom. Breakfast is ok for the price. Rest all basic facilities are available in this hotel. I am a regular customer to this hotel.

Room is spacious but there was internet was not there in 4th floor. Every time we have to call reception and they will restart the modem. After some time same issue. There was no water in bathroom on the day I was checking out. When I called reception, they told that they have switched on motor and it will take 1 hour to have water available for bathing.

Although the rooms are quite big, its depressing due to lack of maintenance. The lighting in the rooms can be improved drastically. The hotel maintains lean staffing, so its difficult to get hold of housekeeper staff or cafeteria staff. The kitchen is decent enough and you have a wide range offered in the ala carte menu. Breakfast options available outside hotel is much better. Easy to locate from the main road and proximity to a hospital is a positive.

The hospitality and the services provided is good. It would be much better if breakfast provided have much varieties when compared to other hotels. Pleasant staff and housekeeping can be scheduled at a desired time in a day. Few facilities can be improved.

Excellent staff behavior and very neat and clean rooms. Its a really upscale place to checkout. Food is not so great but no worries Whitefield is food hub. Check out windmills woodcrafts and blueberry hotels.

This hotel is perfect for a comfortable one or two day stay. It has a perfect balance of price and comfort. The breakfast buffet was not bad either. Staff were courteous. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Staff is courtes and polite. The food was good, but the AC was not not functioning properly. I had to change the room but even after changing the situation didnt change. AC was not working properly in both the rooms. Swimming pool was full of rainwater. Thats why Ill rate it 2/5.

Amazing experience, enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and stocked WiFi enables. The terrace sauna was also hygienic. There was also a complimentary breakfast included.

Service provided at the hotel was good and this hotel is ideal for business travelers.Suggestion for hotel staff: 1) Please ensure all switchboards are in working condition because there were few switches which didnt work and I had to wait for a long to charge multiple electronic devices.2) Please improve the quality of food.

The Hotel was very near to my Office so it was convenient. The Hotel was clean and the service also is very good. Apart from the food within the Hotel, there are a lot of restaurants nearby as well including Inorbit Mall, all in walk-able distance. Took a snap on the day of my checkin. I took a Deluxe Room.

Food option and qauality need to be improved. I survived because there are many other restaurants nearby. Room service and conditions are just satisfactory.

Hotel is overall good, location is near to bus stop, lots of hotels nearby, most of local shops, cake shops, pharmacy are nearby. Staff is good and helpful. Breakfast time I saw some mismanagement and required to wait for simple things, but other than that, overall experience was good.

Room size is good and neat and clean, however washrooms have scope of lot of improvement. Room service Menu is good and the quality and taste of food served in the room is awesome however the buffet breakfast is just average.
