Posting a bit late. But I thought I should bring this across to the management and other that want to choose this property. This particular place is like a college hostel and the staff is the warden. At night one of the staff members was peeping into the main house to check if my friend had any alcoholic beverages. This particular incident has creeped his wife out since they have not encountered anything as such earlier. I would suggest this is not a place with utmost freedom for your weekend getaways or any other such events. Im not happy with my experience and the staff restricting our group event by telling us what to do what not to do. At times I wonder why the heck would the owner even want to lease this property out if hes such a finicky weirdo. Not a safe place for women and kids. Please avoid.

Was here with a client for a wedding order. Must say its beautiful. So much greenery around, an amphitheatre like space with a waterfall backdrop. Its definitely a great place for a nice outdoor event.

Had my best friends marriage hosted by Aalaya. The overall experience was fantastic. The resort premises are spcaious with lots of ground to cover. Rooms are also very spacious and halls are craftly decorated. The resort stays away from noisy traffic or anything which gives the pleasure of a peacefull environment altogether. Neat and tidy with lots of amenities such as public restrooms outside the resort building is somthing i dont see much. Pricetag is bit on the higher side, but still would recommend it coz its worth the blast in your wallet...

Well this is kinda weird indeed ! Dont know if you guys have come across something so horrid ! The staff peeps into the house at 11pm to keep a constant check !?? Is this is an army regiment or a weekend getaway spot. My wife was so creeped out ! I had to constantly keep checking the windows every hour or so. It was absolutely creepy and horrific Well thank you for ruining our trip to India were indeed never coming here ever !!!! If you have women along with you, a big NO !

Wouldve rated it negative if I could. Place is fine but the staff and service is hopeless. On top of that we have booked the villa and the staff is peeping inside in the middle of the night to check if we have beer. Ridiculous behaviour, we are booking a villa not a hostel that you give us a rulebook. We had females in the villa with us and the staff has no shame in peeping inside the rooms. Bunch of idiots. Would rather book a place that is not as well made but has better hospitality.

Always take the main highway to reach this place as the Google map will take u through the village roads which is in bad shape. Ample parking is available for the guest outside the venue. Area is maintained well.staffs are courteous and helping.

Great place for wedding!Upkeep/cleanliness is amazing! Their villa is top notch, classy!It is remote from the city, better drive your own vehicle, not sure if you can get ola/ uber for getting back from here.

TOO MANY MOSQUITOS AND IMPOSSIBLE TO CONDUCT RECEPTION TYPE OF EVENTS IN WEDDING.4.) BAD MANAGERS- ON WEDDING DAY, YOU HAVE TO LITERALLY SEARCH FOR THEM. THEY DO NOT EVEN GIVE KEY OF VILLAS. WHERE WILL YOU PLACE YOUR GOLD ORNAMENTS?5.) TERRIBLE PARKING- IT WILL BE NIGHMARE IF MORE CARS COME.WITH ABOVE POINTS, DO YOU REALLY WANT TO TAKE UP THIS VENUE FOR WEDDING?THEY TOLD THEY WILL PROVIDE 4 PAGODA TENTS, WE DIDNT NOTICE AT ALL AND AFTER THE EVENT, OUR FAMILIES TOLD THERE WERE NO SHADE AT ALL FOR EVENTS.PLEASE IGNORE THIS VENUE FOR WEDDINGS.I HAVE INFORMED ALL THE GUYS WHO VISITED HERE TO WRITE SINCERE REVIEWS.FOR THEM ITS JUST MONEY, FOR US IT IS A LIFETIME MARRIAGE EXPERIENCE.

Something really creepy about this place... The staff peep into the villa through the curtains and bedroom windows to see if you have any alcoholic beverages !! Cant they just knock and come in like real gentlemen. The staff treats you like a hostel student with maximum restrictions. Not a go to place for weddings, family get togethers or other events. If you happened to have booked this place I pray for you and the well being of your wives, family and other women from the creepy peepy staff.

Very nice place for a close knit celebration of 500 ppl.. cannot accommodate more.. however no board outside to make sure of the location.. no place to park cars

Its a great place for farm house wedding or any outdoor celebrations. The access to this place is good, not too far away from the city.

Negative Rating if it can be given. The Management is pathetic. They just want to get the money in full - 3 months before the event and then the play begins for them. Never make upfront payment ever. Least bothered of the guests. They promise immensely but at the time of delivery they fall flat. We were very very specific of the Mosquito repellent spray / medicine to be done and they promised it will be done.. On the event day there were crores of mosquitoes..wen we complained and asked for the spray.. The manager initially made lame reasons it already got done in morning / it will smell so we are not doing.. After we didnt leave the issue. They admitted that the stock is over..and hence they cannot do. There were kids and infants.. The mosquitoes had bit them and swollen bodies Of the babies. Its becomes such a embarrassment wen u are hosting an event for 200 guests and all complaining for the monster size mosquitoes. After reporting the issue on day 1.. They didnt have the courtesy to arrange for the second day.. Shameless buggers. Only money Money money their entire focus is. They Give the villa for stay and mention that the main door of the villa will be locked for xyz reasons.. We gave a OK for that. On the event day not just the villa main gate even the rooms had been given one single access. There are 2 rooms on 1st floor [bride & groom Room] which are right opposite to each other. There is lot of communication during a wedding. The rooms being bang opposite to each other there is no access.. Like fools one has to walk around the villa and then go and communicate.. Utter nonsense... This all was not told at all ever.. Blatant cheating. Lets come to Room .. The light are super super dim. Orange bulbs [Cheap Bars kind] Absolute low light.. For bridal make up it was too too dark we had great difficulty. Bathroom are too dark too. The door of the rooms are done and dusted.. They Locks of the rooms are not proper and not operational properly. Difficult to open and close smoothly. We had jewellery to be kept safe inside rooms.. But the room were so difficult to access. They say a team of 7 will be der.. I doubt even 3 staff were available. Venue is beautiful and u are instantly are convinced as we did. After advance payment the harassment starts.A VERG BIG NO THIS CHEAT COMPANY.VERY HIGH ON PROMISE and dats all. They don’t care a damn.MONEY DIGGER. ZERO ON SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY.PRADEEP is the guy – Founder in some email its mentioned designation / in some emails its blank.MysteriousPRADEEP & MANAV – BEWARE of these 2 names.HOPELESS People.Wake up – Aalaya team.. Don’t cheat ppl on wedding events.. understand the importance of it. Its not a corporate event where employees blame the company.. its families involved and very interpersonal relationships on stake.IN PUBLIC INTEREST - STAY AWAY.

Beautiful venue. A bit out of the way but great for wedding receptions, parties, ceremonies. Loved the place.

Nice romantic place, good place for around 60-80 people. Food above average, ambience is great. Highly recommended for Birthdays and weddings.

Kept a friend of mine waiting for 4 days, put him through numerous hassles. Does not provide the service mentioned on their own website. Instead, offerings are decided by a dictator-like Manager. Misleading information on the website and irrational terms and conditions. Ill informed and mannerless staff.

Though far off from city. Change from city marriage halls to open area which can be made up as per ones budget and likes.
