We chose Phometo after checking the reviews and YouTube clips and we had a Good experience. We got our wedding album done here. The staffs working here co-ordinate professionally, our contact was ShailaShree who was very helpful and responsive. The designer/Editor Saran, was very co-operative with all the changes needed. The overall time for whole process was lengthy considering the lockdown situation. The default Album designs were not upto the mark. However, they will co-ordinate and co-operate with our requirements. Few photos shared for designing were missed, it would be better if this check is done twice/thrice.There were no hassles in communication. The price is affordable for the Quality they deliver. They have a Good collection of Cover pads with matching/plain bags.Overall, theyre Affordable, Reliable and Friendly👍🏻Thank you Phometo 🙂

Worst experience after paying so much fee.The quality of the edited photos we received was pathetic.Infact there is no way any effort was taken to make those photos look professional, anyone could easily do those edits using a simple mobile app.Even after requesting them to make the changes no one responded back.We regret hiring phometo team for our special occasion as now nothing can be done to correct itDefinitely don’t recommend them

Writing an honest review here so that no one else falls prey to these high ratings and ruin their special days and moments.When we were looking for a Pre Wedding photographer, we searched online and stumbled upon Phometo ad and then proceeded to contact them.Now on the day of photography, the Phometo team requested to hold our two sunglasses (worth Rs 4500 and Rs3500) and lost/stole them as a result of which the whole rest of day was a disappointment to us whichcaused us to be upset on this exciting day as a result of which we couldnt even get good photos.Then we got the raw photos from them which werent that bad but the edited photos were so bad that we didnt even consider using them (total waste of money).They then provided us the video which was 0 on a scale of 1 to 10 (like truly disgusting) and mentioned this is the best they could have done.They even rejected to provide compensation for 8000rs worth of sunglasses lost by their team.This was a true disappointment, they are at best 4/10 overall. Please do not ruin your precious days/occasions.Moreover now they are sending out threatening messages to share the couple photos. Please be careful, be very careful. I have added the screenshots of the text as attachment, but it isnt getting displayed for some reason.

Went ahead with Phometo for pre-wedding shoot after looking at all the positive reviews and I was utterly disappointed.The photos werent that bad but editing of the photos and the videos were very pathetic, it literally seemed like they did them in hurry without any professionalism, the video was shared after the wedding after repeated follow ups even though they had a month and a half time to share it.I definitely would not recommend them!

Wasted my money. Very unprofessional in response. Edited photos that they shared can be straight away put in trash (thats their quality of work). Hardly any pics that were decent enough to be used. Photos clicked using phone camera is way better than their so called professional photography. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely disappointed with their work. Absolutely unprofessional. Had engaged them for my childs birthday party. Neither did I get good photographs in terms of quality or number. Edited photos were sent to me later which was worse than what was the original. Total waste of money. I really wish I had not gone for them.

First of all i would like to highlight the best in Phometo.Every Photography studio will have a specialization. Phometo certainly are exceptional in 1. candid photography and 2. cinematography.1. Candid Photography: Kiran who have taken our candid photoshoot during our reception and Wedding has done an extraordinary job. The photos are very creative and certainly are very cherishable to see. During the entire photoshoot, he was very jovial and friendly , in the same time very professional with his work and made sure he captures the expressions at the right time. He certainly knows his field well, he has used different props, lightings, various locations, different concepts. It was really a pleasant photoshoot experience2. Cinematography: The post editing team work in cinematography of our wedding are best in class. Since i myself do lot of video editing, i can understand the effort and creativity involved. The music sync, video transition, Color corrections, and the editing output has come out very well. The video has such nice emotion and feel to it.Apart from these,3.
