This is one of the unprofessional companies being in a stand-alone building on terrace.. They have very very less clients and showcase as entire world is their clients and making fool of their other clients..these founders only no idea what their business is into.. everyday founders comes and opens the office till the time employees have to wait outside the door like a school going kids. I was badly affected joining in this company just for a month worked here and they paid me 35% salary..they don’t trust the employees and does the micro management.. I was asked to attend the interviews wherein same interviewers with the same questioned asked.. they googled the questioned to be asked..u can burn so many calories climbing 3 floors everyday.. overall a funny and not a trust worthy company.this company doesn’t have an HR, and having 8 employees and they pays salary from founders savings account..they hire and fire ppl for no reason..no training and back ground of company would be given
