We had planned our Honeymoon Trip to Maldives in March 2021 at Centara Ras Fushi Resort and Spa Island. One of us tested Covid Positive due to which we had to cancel our trip at the very last moment. Honestly, I am glad we went with Flynote to book a holiday this year. Due to covid, we had to reschedule a million times, often at the last minute, and the team accommodated our every request. Nishant of Flynote understands the requirement very well- he recommended the best place we could have hoped to stay at in the Maldives, and ensured that we have all the information we need. We booked our honeymoon to Maldives through Flynote in march, 2020 but due to Covid-19 the booking got cancelled just a day before the trip due to country lock-down. The Flynote team assured that our money is safe and issued a credit note with one year validity. In October, 2020 when things got little better I approached Flynote to plan my trip and a new travel advisor was assigned ..... here comes the angle in the form of Pravalika ...... she took over my request to plan a trip and she was in touch with me from October to April (the trip happened in april, 2021) ..... she suggested woderful properties, we chose Oblu Select by Atmosphere at Sangeli ..... its a beautiful property...... Pravalika was so helpful, always a call/text away irrespective of the time..... very sincere and prompt towards her work. she guided us right from choosing the property, to booking flights, taking Covid Test, filling the declarations, she checked on us if we boarded the flight, and once we reached i couldnt inform pravlika that we reached maldives due to network and she got in touch with the property to check if we reached the property and are we fine (a great gesture pravalika .... thank you) .... even on the last day of the trip she guided me to fill the declaration forms (AirSuvidha) and the trip got ended with a great smile. All of their employees are so professional and well behaved and more over they will give you the best deal than any vendor in India and among them Nishant is my favourite. 😀My trip got cancelled to Pullman Maldives for three times due to covid 19 because of which I lost my hope and asked Flynote to refund my money. Just one word for this company : CHEATERSThis is the first time I booked with a travel company after going thru multiple reviews. Unfortunately due to covid the trip didn’t happen. Flynote kept talking about wallet credit which I was okay with initially but after 6 months when things were not improving I requested for my money back and it’s been more than a year now and they have not refunded my money. They don’t respond to emails or calls when it’s about refunding the amount. I see good reviews here about ppl travelling again but still the company seems to be reluctant to return the hard earned money of ppl who may need it for something else in these hard times. I have had enough of this.I will be filing a complaint in consumer court about this company and the unethical way that it functions. We planned our marriage anniversary trip to Centara Ras Fushi Resort and Spa, Maldives. Rima assisted us from the day one, our trip got rescheduled twice due to unprecedented pandemic situation outside but Rima helped us throughout all these hiccups, I would like to appreciate the patience and efforts she has put in to solve all our queries, thanks a lot Flynote and Rima to make this trip memorable. Regarding resort, we really enjoyed our 4 days stay in Premium Deluxe Spa Water Villa, location of resort is amazing. We got the chance to see lots of coral fish, baby shark near our water villa while snorkelling. Resort staff was very generous and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing experience with Flynote, big shoutout to Rachitha Suresh from Flynote for helping us finalize the best resort, package, sunset and dolphin cruise, pickup drop, surprise birthday decoration and many more.The initial booking had to be re-scheduled due to covid but Rachitha helped a lot and she made sure that the entire process went ahead smoothly. The resort pickup and drop could have been better managed, as we did not have any idea of domestic transfer timings, which lead to us waiting quite a while for our flight after the drop off. But apart from that, this has been a memorable experience and definitely recommend flynote for anyone who wants a hassle free trip and great recommendations.

The house reef has diverse eco system and the resort is very well maintained and the hospitality was great. One must not miss the snorkeling here. The food was great too at the Spice and Grill. I had booked my honeymoon to Bali in 2020 march, due to covid, i had to reschedule and now they take bookings only to Maldives, I have paid 62000/- for my trip expenses.When i ask for refund they deny it and force me to book to maldives.when i tell them i dont wanna travel to Maldives, they say i have no other option.Worst customer experience, there is no permanent employee, who ever promises me for refund leaves the company and their number is switched off.Beware guys, once u paid your hard earned money , dont get stuck with these guys, Better go for Make my trip or goibibo, atleast you will have more options there or you will get a complete refund for unfortunate events.

Amazing Place, good food and superb service. We have planned and booked our trip to maldives through Flynote. Our Maldives trip was curated by Shikha Babley. We planned this a year back but due to the lock down and Corona it got cancelled! Shikha handled everything seamlessly with the refunds and cancellations! There were NO hassles at all! The whole 💰💰 was refunded in the flynote wallet.Come this year we planned the trip again, this time to Oblu by Atmosphere,Helengeli!Again the whole process was seamless and we got on multiple calls with Shikha and she was patient enough to understand our requirements! The final result was amazing! Oblu is a beautiful property with an abundant reef and sea life! Updated my rating to 1 based on my final experience. These guys charge TCS(5%) on top of your package cost and then never actually deposit it to the government. Have been trying to follow up for a few months, but have got nothing but empty promises.While the travel experience was good, the fraud they are doing in the name of tax makes me never want to use them again.We had an excellent experience with Pravalika from Flynote for our Maldives trip. From finding the right resort for our needs and getting the best deal for it(better than Booking.com), to guiding us through all the formalities & requirements for travelling during the Covid pandemic, Pravalika was amazing and available on whatsapp every step of the way. We stayed at the Oblu select at Sangeli, and had a great experience there.

Because of the covid situation, we had to reschedule our honeymoon trip to Maldives multiple times and Razikha Anjum (our travel coordinator) from Flynote helped make the required changes and also be in constant touch to make sure we are completing all the required formalities. Money HeistCheaters! One word for FlyNote. DO NOT BOOK any package with them. They will seal your money and will run away.I booked a holiday package for Maldives with them which has to be cancelled due to pandemic. They did cancellation and assured me refund, back in May’20 which they refused saying we will only do it when we get refund from hotel after 12 months. I waited empathising with the fact that covid broke us all. Asked for refund after 12 months, they gave me another date of May’21. I waited and checked with hotels in Maldives and they confirmed refund to FlyNote. I questioned again, got another promise of Jul’21 as second wave of covid broke all again.I again waited for Jul’21, requested again in Jul’21 and got new date date of Sep’21 now again it is Sep’21, there is nothing.1.25 Lac of my hard earned money, i want it back today.EOUNGH IS ENOUGH. Stop taking advantage of someone’s patience and have some basic sanity .I need my refund NOW. No more waiting.I would request all who are planning of book with Flynote . Please refrain. They don’t care about anything they just want to your hard earned money and cheat you.They are not into travel business, they are into day light robbery.#moneyheist in reality.

We booked our honeymoon to Singapore and Bali through Flynote and were supposed to travel last year in March 2020, but due to Covid-19, all our bookings got cancelled. At that time, Nishant and Deepansh from the Flynote team assured us that our money was safe and helped with the refund process. They credited all the money in my flynotes wallet with a years validity. As the covid situation was still not improving, upon request, flynote extended the wallets validity till late this year. In August, 2021 when things got a little better, we again approached Nishant to plan our trip, and he introduced us to a new travel advisor - Rachitha. As we were a little confused among several destinations, she was quick to understand our dilemma and explained how the Maldives would be the safest option of all. She understood our expectations well and curated our itinerary accordingly. Rachitha assured us of all the assistance we may need before and during our trip. And YES, she was very approachable, always a call/text away. Hence, we finalized Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa from the several options shared with us. The itinerary she gave was well planned and detailed. Everything was perfect. Travel from India to Maldives, transfer from the Maldives Airport to the resort via speedboat, switching of rooms within the resort and our return was all very smooth. We had a wonderful experience with Flynote. This is our first experience with Flynote. Lubna is the flynote expert she is very friendly and helped us in planning the trip. Lubna is always available on whatsapp / calls all the time to answer our queries.Lubna gave some recommendations of resorts for our stay and we have selected ADAARAN SELECT MEEDHUPPARU in Maldives. Lubna and the Flynote team quickly arranged great accommodation once we decided the destination. In starting I have planned my trip in May 21 but due to corona wave I had transferred by booking to August 21 and flynote has provided immediate assistance to postpone the trip immediately which is a great news.Generally I am not sure whether other Travel companies do it or not but Lubna spoke with resort and did for us in a short interval of time.I have booked 1 day beach villa and 2 days water villa but Luckily got complimentary upgrade to 3 days water villa and we are very happy for that.We did arrange our own air travel, but were glad that Lubna was willing to provide assistance with those as well in searching the best options for flights.Overall it was great experience with Flynote and ADAARAN SELECT MEEDHUPPARU resort Maldives as they are the best in the tour planning and made my honeymoon a memorable and fantastic one.Once again thank you Lubna and Flynote

Thank you for giving a detailed view about the property, food and our stay before hand. We had an amazing time on Kuramathi Islands with the best cuisine and best stay. The property was beautiful.This is my first trip with Flynote and will plan an another trip with flynote very soon :):). Only problem with Kuramathi islands is the checkout at 6AM which was a bit hectic.Thank you Flynote and Dharti for making this trip a very memorable one for us. :):)

After 6 months of marriage and a busy work-life, when me and my wife planned for a delayed honeymoon, we found FlyNote out of nowhere over the internet. And we were done! Nothing else to worry about since everything including flights were neatly drafted as a package.Their website designed and tailored according to Indians customization needs itself is a crowd puller, with neatly organized frequently visited and popular destinations and packages for them as per the budget.We decided to go to Maldives for honeymoon and after visiting FlyNote website and after providing minimum contact details, I was assigned a dedicated travel organizer (I have to specially mention her name here - Natisha), who took the responsibility of suggesting the best place possible in the budget we asked for and assisted in everything, right from planning, quoting as per budget, so many calls and messages over Whatsapp for clarifications and what not?We even created a whatsapp group between me, my wife and Natisha for planning and discussions.The stay suggested as per Natisha was Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi and we selected all meals + drinks package and we made a very wise decision. Ocean villas with pristine and clear blue waters gave us such a memorable and lifetime experience that we will definitely not forget.Overall 100% satisfied with the service provided for FlyNote and I shall definitely suggest FlyNote for everyone of them who asked me how was your trip and how much did it cost you questions :)Thank you team FlyNote! A worst company with worst services that I have never seen before. It has been more than a year but my money has not been returned. I will never recommend anyone to book from here. These people are liars and fraud. Totally disappointed.

The experience we had with Flynote right from inquiring about the packages to coming back from Maldives was superb. It couldnt have been better without our Flynote exert Himanshu Aggarwal. We have had an awesome honeymoon within our budgets and as per our wish and plan. It was costumed by our expert Himanshu accordingly.Flynote counters were there to help at Maldives Airport and Himanshu was one call away in case we needed anything. We are glad that we chose Flynote and that we had Himanshu as our expert.Thanks Himanshu and Flynote team! :) :)

It has been a year since the flights have been cancelled and there is no refund processed. Doesnt care to respond to mails and doesnt answer the calls.Is this how a customer is treated ?Completely disappointed by the response shown.PS: No one responds to the mail for a week and doesnt receive calls. They are only interested to serve new customers.Been trying, has been 15 months now. No correspondence. Get error that their mailbox is full. Stuck with no where to go

We had booked our trip for Bali and Malaysia in March 2020 through Flynote but due to the covid situation we were not able to travel to Malaysia.The flights were cancelled and the refund for the flight as well as the hotel is still due to me. I have been repeatedly sending emails since the past one and a half year but there has been no response from their end. This is a fraud agency and would request anyone who is planning to book from them for any of their special days to please refrain from doing so as it would be a total waste.

Flynote helped me plan my holiday in my dream destination in the resort of my choice Kandima Maldives. I loved every bit of my time I spent there and did not encounter any issues during my stay at the resort. Although there were a few hiccups before reaching there. When I started planning the trip with Flynote I had given certain instructions as to how I wanted my stay to be. I was given confirmation from the team, however upon checking with the resort it turned out that the request was not made as per my preference. I had to then chase Flynote and make sure that the correct plan was layed out and discussed with the resort. At the end I did get what I wanted but its just that Flynote got it right only after multiple attempts which could have been avoided and would have been less stressful for me to make the calls to and fro Flynote and then to the resort just to recieve confirmation on my request. Also, we had a domestic flight from Male airport to the resort but as we were checking in our luggage it turns out the ticket mentioned my dads name instead of mine, which caused unnecessary confusion for the personnel handling us. Again this could have been avoided. All in all I am pretty pleased planning my trip with Flynote and would consider planning a trip with you guys again anytime soon. Apart from these minor hindrances Flynote actually did a really great job in making my travel memorable.💙💙

They know exactly, where to visit and when to visit with the available time.2. Everything on call and message, you need not to visit. They will provide door step service3. Customization beyond your imagination4. forex conversion at better price in market5. Easy refund process in case you bear any cost which they have agreed for.6. All time back end support by a guy, could not recollect his name at this point. Really he will help you in case of any issues in your packageWhat is not appreciated1. You must activate international roaming sim to connect to them and data needs to be enabled. In my case I not had data that created problem couple of times2. Please take with transfers all the time, otherwise it would be hard to travel.thats it, nothing much..these guys really helped me in having a very good memories.Thanks to flynote and team

We had booked Maldives vacation with Flynote last year in May but unfortunately got postponed and finally happened in April 2021.Amidst the uncertainty Flynote co-ordinated with timely and transparent communication.Our Point of Contact from Flynote - Pravalika, she was extremely approachable and always willing to assist.We were informed beforehand of all the formalities and facilities which made our trip hassle-free and memorable.Pravalika has been very supportive throughout and even after the trip.Would recommend to others and also planning our next trip with them.

I and my wife visited Maldives last weekend. We heard about Flynote from a friend and trusted them to get us the best deal suited to our budget. I have to thank Rohini and Flynote team for guiding us throughout the process and making our trip memorable and hassle free.We stayed at Cinnamon by Ellaidhoo. I have tried to summarize our experience briefly-We had taken the all inclusive package which included breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and unlimited drinks at the bar. Pick up and drop by speedboat was included in the package as well.There were many activities on the island to keep you engaged like scuba, snorkeling, spacious gym with modern equipment, spa, fishing expedition, dolphin watching, fish feeding, infinity pool, small library etc.Food wise, there were 2 restaurants offering a wide variety of food ranging from Italian, Indian, English to mention a few. You can also feast on the wide range of desserts on display. The staff is very friendly and take care of your needs. They could also arrange for romantic dinners and making your time special.If I had to rate my experience -Hospitality - 5/5Food - 4/5Facilities - 4/5Value for money - 4/5The resort also gave us $150 credit which could be adjusted against our bill. I wanted to write in detail to assist others in making their decision. Please go ahead with Flynote and enjoy your vacation.

Had booked for my honeymoon via Flynote. Had a good experience overall. The booking process and my requirements were properly taken care of.I had booked the trip for Maldives where i took 1 day beach villa and 2 days over water villa at Centara Ras Fushi Spa & Hotels. Initially i was very confused with so many resorts offering variety of meal, accommodation combinations. My travel Advisor Rishan helped me sort the right one based on my needs.Also apart from 3night stay at resorts i added an additional day to my package where i spent 1 night in the second main Island hulumale. The experience was good. The pickup from airport and drop were all sorted out for us.Recommend Flynote to others

These are fraud people, all their reviews are paid and fake with all the people having same vocabulary and beautiful pictures, I still havent received a refund for my 2020 trip, and none of them bother to respond, do not book from these guys.

TCS DEDUCTED BUT NOT PAID TO AUTHORITIES IN TIME.I had travelled during 27th Feb to 5th March 2021.There is no appropriate response on the TCS amount deducted and not paid by the Company to the Tax Authorities. In a way siphoning tax money!And a final reply i received is- The amount will be submitted in the month of July 2021- This they claim as the due date for February 2021 TCS payment. As am very much aware that the due date is May 15, 2021, on me enquiring further, they told me, they will file it in month of July only. You can claim the refund next year. Putting this accros channels to let people know of the gloomy business these companies run!About the trip handling:The trip itself was handled very pathetically by Anjum (So called Destination Expert).1st there were multiples lapses from the Expert during our trip planning. We had to go back and forth about the plan until last minutes.
