I placed an order through Qtrove over two weeks ago and have received no response from Dotted i. Never ordering anything from this brand again. Waste of my hard earned money.I have emailed your customer representative with all my order details. If you cannot respond to clients politely, please dont get into this business. And why would you advertise your products on another website and then get mad when someone complains that you made false promises? Also, can you not read the message their representative sent saying it will reach on Monday as confirmed by the seller. Now either you are lying or Qtrove is lying. I dont trust either. ;-)FYI, I have reached out to your contact number and email ID. Attached screenshots for proof. You can keep deleting my reviews and I will leave them again. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen.Lierally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. People be warned.

I have just visited the studio and i’m literally in awe. The studio is so aesthetically decorated and the service is impeccable. You definitely have to come here, the gifts are so unique and the ideas are out of the box. I personally love the Home and Wedding section. This place is a must-visit if you have gifts or experiences you want to plan!

First picture is the cake that’s on the display on the website and second one is the one I received.I understand that there is disclaimer that they will vary a little but this level of variation is very disappointingThe cake sent was no where close to what is shown in the pictureThe cake looks like a fondant cake but it was full of thick creamThe decor is no even close to the one in the photoTruly unacceptable!Two start is only because they respond to your messages.

I wanted to plan a surprise for my husband’s birthday and didn’t have the time with my busy work schedule. A friend of mine told me about dottedi and I can’t thank her enough. All I did was give theme the invitation list and told them what I had I had in mind and my husband had the best birthday ever! Everything thing was so well organized. Invitations sent out, reminders sent. Decor was amazing. Food was delicious and the cake was out of this world. Their chocolate cake is to die for! Everyone had so much fun with the interactive fun games and entertainment. Will definitely recommend dottedi. Glad to have such a service available!

Order gone missing!I ordered something for my wifes birthday in August, and its been more than a month now and I still havent received it. Theres no customer service and way to track them down. Horrible experience, should have never ordered from them.Its ordered directly from your site, I have attached the photo of the receipt and have also sent an email, to no avail.
