They are in constant communication, give recommendations on every element (venues/vendors/catering etc). During the wedding, they were all present and available and running the show. They are premium event planners and that is reflected in the work they do and how much they charge however if you do have a budget they will work around it. But honestly, worth every penny because Sowmya & her team certainly deliver. Sowmya translated our vision into reality and our wedding was dream-like. Marriages are one of the lost difficult things to execute successfully..... I had about a month to get my entire marriage planned...... 3 Productions was quite simply my best friend during the course of my wedding.The team seamlessly blended in with my family and guests while maintaining their professionalism at all times. They were courteous, efficient and dedicated to making sure everything went on as per plan and schedule, which included excellent co-ordination with the team at the venue and the caterers.Their creativity continues to amaze me. Weddings are celebrations!...Since the day Nikhil and me decided to spend the rest of our lives together, the goal had been to plan a intimate wedding that would be a celebration of our love and for our special day to be an opportunity for all our loved ones to let loose and have a good time..We wanted the process of putting this day together to be as stress free as it could possibly be..But, a couple of months into doing it on our own,we felt the heat as all the planning had to be done long distance, that meant, Skype calls at unearthly hours ,looking through hundreds of Pinterest pages,getting an excel expense sheet in the works..both juggling work in between all of this..it wasnt very pleasant..It was my mother-in-law who first recognized that both of us showed the initial signs of a burn out..and she suggested that we check out a wedding planner and that it would make things considerably easier...She looked up 3 productions and had loved their previous work...Since i was living at Indiranagar at that time she suggested that i just drop by their office after work one day and decide if i wanted to get them to help us..The next morning i spoke to Sowmya..and from the very first phone call i felt a weight lifted off my shoulders... This was the big occasion we were all waiting for. Daughter’s wedding …!!!! She had spared us the ordeal of choosing a husband by picking a fine young man from among her friends. What else can be simpler I thought. God was in heaven and all is well with the world. And so we thought as we started putting the pieces together for a special wedding for a special daughter. First wedding in the next generation was enough reason to get the whole of the extended family excited.Suggestions from friends and family came thick and fast. Well intended but overwhelming. ‘Beti ki shaadi hai daaru ka party ‘said friends. What is a big fat wedding without dance and gaana said some. But everybody wanted it all to end with a grand reception and a traditional shaadi. The food has to be unique! The décor has to be theme based! Every event a memorable one! Designer wedding invites! Ive never been one to spend time dreaming of the perfect wedding.My experience with weddings (there have been many and they were almost all, tedious) has made me skeptical about this elusive notion of a perfect wedding. So when it came to my turn, I was apprehensive and very guarded.My husband is a Mahrashtran Hindu; Im a Malaylee Christian; His parents stay in Bellary, mine in Kerala and we live in Bangalore.We decided to hold the wedding in Bangalore and take care of all wedding prep on our own. A Rajput from Lucknow, I was very apprehensive when it was decided that I would get married to Ashwin, my boyfriend for the last four years, in his home town Bangalore.
