My Order No : 37952-01I submitted my application to process the transcripts @ Mangalore University on 16-June-2021.The date of completion of application confirmed by Uttarika was 25th July, 2021.I repeatedly inquired with these people.They kept giving all sort of excuses. I posted a Google Review; and;On 23-August-21; one month later than the initially confirmed time; they sent an update that transcripts has been sent electronically and by post; but wont provide the tracking number.They requested me to delete the Google Review and I did; expecting the work is done. But; to my surprise !3-Sep-21 : CES confirmed; they have not received the Transcripts.4-Sep-21; I updated Uttarika that CES has not received any transcripts and attached the email from CES. But; Uttarika never replied or followed up the case.30-Sep-21; till date, CES has not received any documents.30-Sep-21; finally after seeing my Google review; so many calls; today they shared a tracking number of the courier.Today 1st October-21, someone from Uttarika; by the name Ms. Sheetal called me and says I am lying and cheating. These people are literally hopeless. Uttarika was suppose to get this done and I paid them a hefty amount; not to hear their unprofessional-ism. Either Uttarika is lying or CES; but the truth is; Uttarika is pathetic.Uttarika has cheated me; wasted my time and money and they are neither ready to track this or return the money.Stay away from these people; they are not trust-worthy.

Proactive, detailed and efficient. I got my documents sent to WES, NY through Uttarika in March-April 2021. My biggest worry was communicating with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore from different time zones ( I reside in US, EST zone). Pandemic made things more complicated. Uttarika answered all my queries and were prompt and knowledgeable. I was initially apprehensive but decided to try their services and here I am in May, seeking admissions in the US. I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the firm .......Extremely sorry to comment on their responsibility and ability to get things done.They themselves are not aware about the procedures to be done and the entire payment is in vain. They are even unaware about the basic fact that MASTERS DEGREE CANNOT be applied WES and still they made be to pay for the same cause.In my case, i have paid them an amount of Rs9500 To Wes my bachelors degree. The procedure would have been completed in 35-40 days, but its 3 months, there is no response from the side of the firm. They are not even attending the calls.After paying money, my formalities in the university was completed by MYSELF. Highly irresponsible that they understood my WES has reached Toronto, when reverification happened. One of my friend who have applied after me with another agency got her Wes completion in just 40 days. The entire procedures were done by them. Here this firm is failing to update my WES even.Its been 3 months, I have not received Wes.This is going to greatly effect my future. Hi ,I am writing this with more love towards UTTARIKA.I have got to get Medium Of Instruction cert. and I approached some other well known transcripts provider. But They silently wasted my 6 months of time. After too much frustration with them I thought to check some other way. )There I found this lovely UTTARIKA , upon explaining my urgency they did provide the MOI on TATKAL service in 4-5 days. I think UTTARIKA deserves my review. You will get transparent view of your application status in your Uttarika account.Simple rule when you are paying check their website and work flow how they are doing the service , If it is only on mail and blind trust then it is bogus, Uttarika on the other hand gives you your account and your Order status from the time when you apply to the time till it is delivered. (That is what is needed to customer even if you pay a few bugs more that does not matter In fact I paid less than what I paid to the other guy above who wasted my 6 months.)EOD TIME matters. I live in Japan and used Uttarikas services to get my educational credentials sent from Madurai Kamaraj University in Tamil Nadu to WES Canada.The entire process took a little over 3 months. Considering that we are living in the times of the COVID pandemic, and also the recent department/personnel shuffle at MKU, I expected this process to take much longer, but I was super-impressed at how efficient the people at Uttarika are.They constantly kept in touch with the university itself, and also sent me emails on the current status of my application, keeping me well informed. My WES Canada certification was completed within a week of the documents being sent via Uttarika.I appreciate this highly professional level of service - it is worth the money, considering the expense, effort and time it would have taken me to fly to India and get this done.Highly recommend their services to anyone, especially NRIs like me, looking to get transcripts of their educational credentials.

I have a very unfortunate experience with these people. I contacted them for transcript procurement a year ago. They quoted a decent charge so I agreed, made the payment and started the process. After a week, they sent me another invoice of about 8000 and said the University charged this amount for unknown reasons. If I didnt pay, my request would be closed and no further action would be taken. Since I had paid them about 10,000 upfront for the service and didnt want that money to lose and needed transcript soon, I paid them the extra money they asked and got my transcript finally sent to WES. I appreciate them for the service. It was not very quick because they kept me waiting for nearly a month. They would send their agents to go to university only after they have a bunch of orders despite charging hefty amount. I still feel cheated for the additional 8,000 I had to pay. That wasnt a nice experience. I enquired at the university later through one of my friends and was informed there was no such charges. They keep changing their company name from time to time. Earlier, it was known as Clear Transcript. Since that Google Page got inundated with loads of negative reviews, they changed the name to Uttarika. I am sure this page will soon cease to exist when these frauds will switch to another name and start their cheating process afresh. Shame on you. You seem to be educated but you behave worse than a bunch of average thieves.

Horrible service provided by Uttarika. Dont ever trust Uttarika . All they had to do was apply for a good standing certificate and even after sending the documents and paying them ,they didnt even submit the documents for over 10 days. After reminding them a few times and a lot of phone calls later the job was finally done. Dont trust these people with your paperwork. The lady who works at the sales dept talks to you really well and you will feel they are good , however Please dont go by their words. I gave them 1 star because I cant go any lower. Save yourself the trouble of paying them and not getting the job done correctly or in time. The second document they had to send was also not sent on time and adding to it the postal delays missed our deadline. Waste of money as the job wasnt done on time. Even after insisting on private courier they send it via india post and hence missed the deadline. Terrible experience. Never again will trust uttarika services.

It used to be cleartranscripts. Collected the money and disappeared. I have been trying to get hold of them forever. You can get a better response dealing directly with the university. They have nothing to contribute. Why pay them when they are not adding any value unless you consider confusion and delay as added value. PLEASE, stay away from these crooks. Its a scam.

Bunch of thieves took the money and then told they are not able to get the transcripts so will refund 75% of fees. But even after two months, not a penny was refunded. DONT TRUST these guys they will surely cheat you.All these good reviews are also fake.My reply asking for a refund was first communicated on 11th August 2020, and after that twice I had an online chat with your staff regarding same.

Service - I wish to give 0 rating if I could. Uttarkas service is horrible. After paying them the money the response is terrible. We need to contact multiple times to get a followup. There are hidden fee after we make the payment. I used their service to get transcripts from Kerala University. They havent submitted my application to University even one month after I submit all my documents. They are saying so many reasons like University is closed for couple of weeks, University payment system is down, University not accepting applications for transcripts etc. When I contacted the University directly, all the information provided by Uttarika was false.Waste of time - I waited almost 1.5 months and nothing happened. Requested for refund.Refund and waste of money - Ended up with a refund which is waste of money. They deducted 28% from the amount I paid and refunded after several followups with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Professional only to receive funds.Totally unprofessional every step after that.Myself and my wife wanted two sets of documents. One from university and one from a regulatory council office.My RGUHS transcript I had specifically mentioned about the last date and requested for express courier. Uttarika team did not follow instructions inspite of paying heavy fees and additional shipping cost. The deadline crossed and all efforts down the drain inspite of initialmting several weeks in advance. A once in a lifetime chance missed because of irresponsible service from Uttarika.My wifes case they were totally incapable and unprofessional. Multiple times explanation was given about requirement, no coordination internally. Finally my Motherrinlaw had to get the job done. Hopeless.WORSE THAN A GOVERNMENT OFFICE.

My experience with Uttarika was a smooth sailing one. I did not face any hard time during my transcript application with them.I had followed religiously their requirements in submitting the documents to WES and in less than a month documents were sent from MSU directly. Absolutely fraudulent organization, they charge you even before they know or fully well know that they cant deliver the services, i requested transcript , however also wanted to get a duplicate marksheet , they were charging separate for getting a duplicate mark sheet along with the transcripts wherein it was going to the university only once for the same job, when I asked them to cancel . the refund charges are more than actually mentioned plus the gateway charges are that of 3% which is a premium cost considering that even a premium bank doesnt have that kind of charges. The refund is does not include GST, plus conveniently circumvented issuing invoice with the correct information, the Tax Invoice the courier charge which is on actuals is also included ,where as it should Be part of reimbursement invoice and in this case no courier is done due to termination of service before starting of work.By doing this you have put incorrect GST burden on me which I am not suppose to pay.Even the Services Accounting Codes (SAC Codes) 998313 is used for the Information technology (IT) consulting and support services under Goods and Service Tax classification which is not the service they provide. Uttarika is sub company as stated in their email, it needs its own identity number like PAN and GST number . Theyre using the credentials of parent company which signals accounting wrongdoing in their part which might be to avoid taxes.The refund policy is one sided and designed to harass the customer . In one side they charge the entire amount in advance and tell that the documents are incomplete. Ideally it should be checked before the commencement of service which is a violation of the Contract Act 1956 and is a case to be challenged at Consumer Court for harassment .After threatening with legal course, i got the entire money without a peep. So basically if youre super desperate & have money to waste , you may avail their services

Excellent experience. I used this company for getting transcripts from Bangalore University.They delivered in 7 days as stated. They did not need follow ups from me and provided status when I asked. Best Service Keep it up.

Very professional and efficient service, everything was done within a month time from the date order was placed. WES received the transcript directly from the university. Service was quick and very transparent. Highly recommended to the people like me who are living abroad.

Uttarika is miserable and frustrating. It lacks transparent communication with customers. Customer service provides updates without any actual follow-up and get a bunch of lies. This is unethical practice and fraud with customers.Initially I was notified that the tentative time when the transcripts will be despatched from university was on 2nd July, 2020. As on date 20th July, 2020 it has still not been despatched and I am been notified that the documents are under process in the university.Why was incorrect information provided to me in the beginning? Why can’t Uttarika be transparent on what service they can provide and what they cannot? How do they know that the documents are being processed at the university or not? Can they please call the university and confirm whether they have started the processing? How much time it takes to process and when will it be complete? There are no answers from Uttarika.

My friend recommended me Uttarika and I took their service for transcript from RGPV Bhopal. Excellent Service. Very rarely seen such an efficient, trust worthy services in india as per my experience. I highly suggest all of you to try Uttarika services. All the best Uttarika team.
