Monarch solutions has this excellent office on law college road. Here it offers solutions and services related to laptop and desktops. I visited them with some similar problem. While the wait area is good, the staff is not efficient and services are about average. Am alright company.

Worst ever shop. Bought a laptop from this dealer and received a faulty piece. After telling this to the person I bought from he says that he doesnt know any technical things so me myself should contact the help desk. When you pay for the product then they treat us as if nothing. Before buying I use to get 6-7 call a day but now no one really cares. Doesnt even react to my calls properly. Plz think before buying. Never ever gonna buy anything from such a place. Buying from offical website is much more convenient and good than buying from such place. The dealer is also not professional rather nothings professional they just pretend to be professional. Worst ever experience ever had.

I have visited for interview as a. Net developer and I am holding experience of 1 year in it. They are not professional and not like a professional environment it is like a service centre for laptops and all. They are aware of that I am working as a Software engineer on the package of 3.5 and after the interview after cracking all rounds they told that we need someone for support and customer dealing kind of thing and offered 12k per month is this the way of hiring waste of time and effort.Never recommend.

Gave my laptop to fix the booting problem. They said HDD needs to be replaced. Problem is not resolved and absolutely after the payment and they have no courtesy to sort out the issue. They dont take calls nor never call back (promised a few times though). Pathetic and frustrating service. And did I tell you they made at least 10-12 calls in two days asking for the payment (that was before they attempted the solution) ? By the way, they didnt even given warranty card for the new (?) hard disk.

My lenovo T430s laptop had a lot of vertical lines and it was so bad that you couldnt read anything. I went to Monarch technologies since it was the closest shop from my home. The building and their office are in a bad condition and you dont get a good vibe. Somehow I thought that they are an authorized Lenovo service centre. I asked them on the phone if they are a Lenovo partner and they said yes. So I thought that I can trust them. They made me wait for 15 minutes because the tech guy had gone out for tea. The tech guy came and examined my laptop. He said that I might need a new screen. He also said that he needs one day to open the laptop and diagnose the problem. The charge for checking the problem was Rs 750 to be paid in cash. He gave me a receipt. One day later I got a call from him and he said that the LCD screen needs to be changed and the total cost is Rs 7200. I was surprised since I thought it might have something to do with a display cable. But I thought if its an authorized Lenovo service center I can trust their judgement. I gave him permission to change the screen. when I went to collect the laptop the next day, the tech guy was not in office. Another employee gave me the laptop and asked me to pay cash. I asked for a credit card option and was charged 2% extra since they want to save on tax. The warranty of the new screen was six months. I tested the laptop and the problem seemed to be resolved. So I paid the money and went home. The next day I observed that the problem was reduced but I was still getting vertical lines sometimes. I called Monarch again and told the tech guy about this problem. He said that he will have to check the laptop again. So again I have to go all the way to their shop and waste my time while they check something which they should have fixed properly after asking for Rs 7200. I tweeted Lenovo India and they said that Monarch Technologies is not an authorized center. So they are lying to their customers. This happened last week. I will go to their office and get this problem fixed, hopefully. But this has been a bad experience so far.Update:I went to their office again. I have wasted a lot of time making multiple trips to their office. The tech guy kept the laptop for a day and didnt even have the courtesy to call me and explain the problem. After multiple telephone follow-ups I was called to their office to collect the laptop. The tech guy said that he has tried to solve the screen problem but there is no guarantee that it will work. After taking Rs 7200 they have the gall to say that they dont know whether they can solve the problem. Very unprofessional. I will not visit this shop again and I will report them to Lenovo India. They claim to be an authorized service center but they are lying.

They are running FRAUDULENT and very INEFFICIENT service center. When i took my z500 lenovo laptop to them with a broken screen, not to mention low quality lenovo screen that couldnt sustain mild jerk during transport, it took them a week to repair that costed me 12k, ALMOST TWICE AS WHAT local vendor will charge you for a branded screen.To my dismay, one fine day i again found that my screen stopped working without any known reason within 4 months for replacement, just after their spare part warranty expired. Again i ended my wasting 2 weeks with them. Then went to a local vendor who told me that the SCREEN FITTED BY THEM WAS DUPLICATE !ITS BETTER TO GO FOR A TRUSTED LOCAL VENDOR THEN WASTING TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY WITH THEM.I have also raised a consumer forum complain against.
