Have called up the shop and checked if 12-53 acoustic guitar strings is available and the shop owner told that it is available and can be picked upOn reaching the shop, the shop owner is telling that they dont have stock for 12-53 guitar strings. And he is suggesting that any guage strings can be used in guitars.. He is mentioning that 9,10, 11, 12 guage strings can be used in the same guitar without any adjustment.. This is a very wrong information.. Either he doesnt have the basic knowledge about guitars or he is misleading customersWhen asked again and again he is mentioning thst he was giving false informationVery unprofessional music storeWould have rated even lower

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AT ALL:-I was in contact with one of the staff members from this store, and he was very helpful. I decided to buy a Yamaha f280 from them. I entered their store and gave a test on two guitars after which I decided to buy one of them. While paying the money, my father casually enquired if there was a discount to which the staff member responded well, but the owner made disrespectful remarks and spoke badly to my father - this is all after I have paid and taken the guitar.My father did not like the way he responded and just mentioned that he will never recommend this store to anybody. To which the man responded that he is fine with it. Theres a reason why his store was empty and he was the only one there playing the guitar. So I spoke to him trying to diffuse the tension, because I did not want anything wrongly taken, mentioning that Im an artist and that it was in me to ask for a discount during such difficult times - to which the man was very rude and toxic about. And I was anyway infuriated with the way he spoke to my father. I told him very normally to watch his tone while he is talking to me. And he kept talking down and being extremely rude! I decided to leave passing the remark of the reason why he has bad reviews on Google is because of the way he speaks to his customers. After which he snatched the guitar out of my hands saying he wouldnt sell it to me. He threatened me that he has cctv footage ( which would be more of a threat to him because he was the one being physical and verbally violent ) after which I took my money and left! I am glad I did so because he has behaved badly with other customers as well and Ive read those reviews after my experience with the so called educated man. Verbally abusive, rude, threatening a customer - he basically treats his customers badly. Id recommend Artshaala located on 80 Ft Road. It was a little out of my way but they were very nice and professional and didnt talk rubbish to me. I GOT THE SAME GUITAR FOR A NICE PRICE AND YES, THESE IDIOTS OVERCHARGE TOO. AND GAVE ME NO WARRANTY WHICH I ALSO GOT FROM THE OTHER STORE. Which is also extremely shady for a business owner. They dont deserve customers and I hope they dont get any too. Because they are unprofessional beyond expectations. Please think twice before you go here because to be honest, the owner is a disgrace to a business owner. Watch out, he may threaten you too, in English and in Kannada!

Purchased yamaha guitar. They have good customer support. They have varieties of guitar which is of good quality. Must visit store if you are beginners or professional.

I Should have checked the reviews before visiting...I regret now.Well if you are been forced to accept what you didnt do automatically your voice will rise. It was you who rose voice first.I didnt wanted your free replacing, it was you people who agreed for it in the phone if you would have charged I would pay for that dont show up like you did a great help for me.You dont have to tell me how to carry and in which vehicle I should come... I didnt know that you people are so broad minded that you will only entertain people who in car. If the string was cut while carrying I wouldnt come to you saying i dont know.You could have suggested me not to carry in 2 wheeler when I was in the store why are you bring it here ?? To show your awareness and love towards instruments...When a customer tells i dont know what actually with the instrument firstly tell all the possible ways the instrument was damaged and then start screaming.I didnt think it was a customer care and showed up in your store, I came because you people asked me to come store. You could have denied in phone call only not telling in this review.Dont post something like wearing mask is compulsory when your staff itself dont follow the rules.And stop checking in which vehicle the customers comes.Note: start replying for good reviews also sir they also require your reply back.I am not below 15 and I know my deeds and also differentiate between handkerchief and stole since your elder.... having mask is different and wearing is different.

Located in Yelahanka near Allalasandra Lake, this place has a nice feel to it the moment you enter. Always some musical activity going on. I went there to get my guitar restrung and it was a good experience. After inquiring they said they conduct regular classes.

The collection is not that good. But, they have some good quality guitars.

The guitars here are slightly expensive than market value, (what I observed with the kammannahalli branch of kadence). The place has a nice rustic feel to it as well
