Teaching not up to mark. I was surprised by the poor communication skills of the teachers during the online classes of my child. They speak broken english. Need to plan to move to a new school during the next academic year.

My son had been a student of BEML Shishya and I have been extremely happy with the overall performance of the school. When leading school and colleges around the vicinity had not yet started Online Classes and had no clue how to implement it, BEML Shishya had already implemented it and running it successfully. In fact, some school decided to follow the same pattern implemented by Shishya. Proper classes, not a single class was skipped by any teacher, periodic tests and exams were conducted regularly and yes, online PTM meetings were also conducted. If we had any query, the coordinator would ensure that they were addressed.The Principal, the coordinators, the teachers have always been kind and very helpful. The teachers learnt the online education way, the technology and how tis implement them is matter of couple of days. In fact if a student didnt answer and there was no response, they would call out that students name - which ensured proper classroom environment.Pros of the school :- Great teachers/ faculties- Friendly, supportive Staff.- Good infrastructure- Good location, just off the main road.- Ample parking space- Great securityCons of the school.- Havent come across any which is of major concern.From,A Parent

Pathetic Online classes:Even village side schools have better standards and picked up the online classes trend.But in BEML Shishya, they just conduct classes for alternate days maximum for 2 hours.No revision, no home works, no communications, no proper exams.Most useless and worst App, it must be the cheapest for the school, except Times of India News, nothing been sent in that App.We are seriously considering to transfer the school, as COVID is not going to end in near term. And this school and its management is useless in terms of catching up with the trend and learning from the mistakes, So definitely long terms its going to affect the children learning.

The school used to be good once. Now they are just money minded.

Teachers are very friendly and soft to kids. Management is very nice. I would definitely recommend this school. They have good faculty campus. There are so many good features here. But I thing which I felt not acceptable was App introduced by school thats actually a fantastic idea to be touch with parents but there are some uneducated parents and who dont have a internet connected phone. If you are conveying all notice only through this app then it is not accepted. I think you should also take this in consideration.

This review is not discourage the school but give an idea of the school. Hope this will make a change in the school.Im an ex student of the school, studying in Shishya was a nightmare.There are a lot of cons than the pros. Here are some:1. The teachers are very unqualified and have no experience in teaching. My worst teacher was the math teacher. She used to be rude towards students, not appreciate curiosity and demotivate students. Ive seen my peers get harassed by teachers for being academically low. Most of faculty dont pay attention to students.2. Theres this bad rule, where if you come late to school. You have to be outside the classroom for rest of the period. This is very low standard for a school. This always made me stressed and sometimes even traumatic.3. The management is the worst, I meant it, its horrible. The receptionist is not friendly or helpful. The way the school works is really bad. You may say,there are cameras, I will feel safe. Youre wrong!. This school is not very safe for the students. The coordinator too is really bad at her work, she doesnt take criticism or a review.4. The student body too is not very discipline or you can say, the students are not good companions. Theyre very indiscipline since the admission to the school is not very strict rather they see only the scores not the behaviour of students. Its really a bad place for your child.There are many more cons to the school. To put it in simple words, the school is not preferred, a bad influence on students. I advise you to not admit your precious child into this school.I have used a lot of time on this review, just to ensure other students dont have to go through the traumatic experiences as I did.Hope this improves the quality of school! and gives a brief idea of the school.Thank you

We heard that Pearson also wind up from Shishya. But Principal is saying Pearson windup across the India which is very false message. I spoke with Pearson team and other school they said, we are happy with Pearson. Because of that some good Faculties are also moving.

My experince with them from beginning to now has been Mindblowing then Superb then Very Good, Then good, then bad and now the worst school ever. Worst Teachers, Anyone can go and teach in Shishya.

Till last academic year it was good. But this year the teaching became pathetic. Many good teachers resigned. Administration is also very bad. For small works parents has to visit the school multiple times. Zero effect of feedback.I am re-writing my review about the school. In 2018 onwards some changes are visible. Things improved a lot both in terms of teaching and administration. Now I am really satisfied the school is doing. During lockdown the online classes were started and I could see the commitment of all teachers and management to keep the learning momentum. Hope they will keep this momentum in coming years.

Very good school till last academic year. This year, I rate it as a worst school. New teaching staff is pathetic, particularly the new Maths teacher. I dont know from where they recruited these inexperienced staff.If we complain about the staff means they are taking counseling for the Parents instead of rectifying the problem. Also the teachers are targeting the Child, whose parents complained.Till now I was very happy with my Daughters education. But, this year Ive decided not to continue her in the school from next academic year.Seems the school management is more focused on money rather than education now.

Rating is given for the response of the Principal, reception and Administration. This is experience I had 10days ago, while approached them for my sons nursery admission.Who ever planning for admission into this school beware. DO NOT rely on the receptionist ladies. The two ladies never care to give proper information. So, double check and follow up rather than waiting for them to respond. We missed admission into this school for my son due to their FALSE information.

Horrible school. Horrible management. I worked for 2 months and then resigned. Teachers are subject to physical and mental harassment. Too much dictatorship by principal and coordinators. Salary is very less that too not given in time. School functions like a factory. Teachers are kept busy always in meetings and other unwanted formalities. No time for students. Dont except teachers to put extra effort on students. 50% teachers resigns within a year Due to school unhealthy atmosphere.

Yes even I had some bad experience from reception staff when I went there to enquire about admission for my son for LKG last year....they pretend to be busy and they make angry faces n speak in arrogant tone to give out a small information....there was no brochure or info provided for admission with regard to age criteria n when asked about, she replied information will only be provided to eligible candidates when a copy for birth certificate is shown n we dont have time for any other enquiries and check notice board for fee structure and that was my last n final visit and I decided never to turn back to that school.

Firstly we have registered in the school website for my daughter’s admission for which I got a call from them asking us to visit the school for enquiry when we visited the school the response of the people was really very unpleasant and unprofessional. Me and my husband leaving all our works behind when we went there they were blaming us for not getting our daughter which was not informed prior on call. If they would have told us why would we not get her and if we would have known the same we knew that the purpose is not going to solved and we would not have visited too . And the way the reception people were talking was also very rude. It is really a worst experience for us. When running such a big institution they should at least be patient when they are talking to someone and I’m really worried how they are dealing with the little one’s .And the management please mind when you are asking someone to visit let them know all the details before and don’t trouble us for your mistake.

The Admission process of the school is pathetic. The people responsible never reply or intimate. Even if we call they just say we will get back but they actually DO NOT CARE. Very much disappointed with the school. Better to avoid such schools.

Its a good school... Teaching standard is good. One problem is the number of students in lower divisions... Because of this they filter out lots of student when moving to higher standards...

Well maintained and disciplined school. Teachers are putting their full efforts for each and every activity going on in the school, either it is related to the curricular or non-curricular activities.

I could see great progress with both my kids academic & non academic sides.

Not a good experience at all. Teachers and co-ordinators are extremely rude and partial and resort to comparisons. Kids are punished for minor issues. Callous attitude of the school authorities. On giving feedback the kids are openly reprimanded instead of being appreciated for their honesty and trying to find out the real cause. Unempathetic approach...am disgusted and would not recommend this school to anyone.

Worst school with old school methodologies, hope I have a chance to set 0 star, I saw teacher making kids to stand outside and scolding them very loudly and badly for coming late, surprising fact is that this treatment was even given for kindergarten kids, and parents staring at their kids punished from outside. Why should kindergarten kids be treated like this? Do school assume that kindergarten students are mature enough to understand this? Never saw such a school ever even in my childhood.

My ward study here. Good building and surrounding compared to other bangalore school.But main issues are teachers.They are recruiting teachers yearly.Hence teachers are not that experienced.Management need to consider recruiting good and experienced teachers for long term basis rather than looking on to cost saving and profiteering.Annualy increase fees disproportionally.they have science lab activity, study tours, science exhibition , annual sports, art festivals etc. In lower grades lots of divisions,

3 times I came to this school for admision Enquiry, no proper Responce andMore then 1 hour I was waiting but no reply, when I asked again they said pls wait sir another 1hour, one of student parents was getting angry on school management, I never seen this type of irresponciblae in front office, I have visited many schools but I got very good Responce and care from school staff, need to improve basic knowledge how to handle parents, I have not seen future for my child in this school just the business thats all.. I recommend my friends not to go to this school..

Shishya Public shchool is run by Sri Krishna Education Trust. School started in 1994 for the education of near by people. Education quality is good as per the my interaction with the Parents and Students of this School. School offers NURSERY to 12th . school affiliated with CBSE.Basic facilities are available . have there own School bus, escorted with woman staff for the safety of students.

One of the worst administration seen. Inspite of 30 mins waiting for admission enquiry they asked to wait much more
