Most arrogant office staff. They dont treat parents and visitors with respect and dignity. Not sure if Mrs. Sheila Bolar and Mrs. Arathi Dinesh are aware of the behaviour of the office staff towards the parents. If they are trained to handle parents in such a way, it has to change, for the school to sustain.

Worst school in south bangalore, teachers are very egoistic, no proper sport faculties, students with slow learning capacity labelled as special, outdated library with torn pages, no proper uniform provided, same annual day and sports day theme repeated every year, one of the Lowest distinction ratios of All bengalurean ICSE schools, half hearted workshops which are of no benefit. Lakhs of rupees are looted every year on the pretext of an invisible development, the roofing in the top floor also is not safe for students, most senior classes are make shift classes. Senior teachers very rude with absolutely no passion

Ive been a student of this school since 2007 and passed out in the 2020 batch, Innisfree house School is better than many other icse schools in terms of results and the teaching over here is ok ,teachers cant be labelled as mentors they do a half hearted job when it comes to explanation of concepts, the best part of the school is the system since most of it is really organized compared to other schools and there is a incubated atmosphere for the students so they arent much exposed to the outside world, in other words innisfree house school safeguards its students very well and has maintained a good track record as far as bad habit development in children are concerned. Thats where the nice part of the school ends. Firstly the ground of the school is under a lawsuit hence it is poorly fenced. Most of the teachers here have been rude to mediocre students . A lot of teachers here are bigots who disrupt a childs development. The elections in the school is rigged, only those who the teachers want are made prefects and captains. The sports day and annual day have been the same since the last 30 years. IHS comes last in all the sports, so there is nothing of value as far as sports are concerned. There are no useful tech, career workshops for students. Student participation is very dull in the school. The standard of the school has been on the downward spiral for years now. Its no longer the elite south bangalore school of the mid 90s and 00s. Almost all the faculty recruited since 2015 have been inexperienced. IHS also sets comparatively tough and good level papers which though is good, takes a heavy toll on those who are academically slow. The worst part is that a handful of students are required to attend special needs classes when their whole grade gets to go Games classes. The school is not worth the fees. The Management act too cocky, the office is extremely rude. Please dont judge a school by the class 10th marks. Board exams are meant to inflate marks atleast in 10th grade, almost all schools nowadays flaunt students with impressive scores of 90+, but by no means should these be a parameter while enrolling your child to a school. Look for a school with great infrastructure, student community, sports, events, not money draining, extinct instuitions like IHS.

The school has been very helpful in building the foundation to my education. It definitely is one of the best institutions . The faculty is always trying to help you in every aspect of education and is encouraging in co curricular activities. They now have their own buses for transport and IGSCE curriculum too added.

My son is studying in Innisfree House School. Every day from pre nursery to now in 9th he enjoyed the school. The school orients students towards academic excellence, life skills. The school expects parents to be involved. I had paid fees, my job is over attitude will be torture for the student. 👌

Great school. Teachers are very good. There is a cap of 25 students per class. So the children get very good personal attention. All the teachers know all the children very closely. They have both ICSE and IGCSE. They provide a good balance of modernity and tradition. Very good atmosphere for the all round growth of children into self confident and humble citizens.

My two cousins studies here, they love everything about. They insist not to send children to school if they are even little sick but will never give half leave or let our children take back home in the middle.

As usual the horrible attitude and policies of so-called quality school. In this age of web, this school still want parents to stand in a queue and take application. Additionally, when we checked for LKG admissions, they had told it will be distributed in January 2016. Today, they say applications are already distributed. There was not a trace of update in their website or announcement in any form.

Hyped up bio of owner principal, a failure with own but big claims not related to education. Arrogant, rude & high handed even when wrong. Its a money making place, teaching is low quality, score high to keep parents happy. Will cheat as not return annual fees if you want to withdraw at start due to rudeness.Cash collection of several types of fees, generates blackmarket investments say many of schools in Karnataka.

A place where they give importance to discipline, punctuality, moral and ethical values apart from academic excellence. I would say, it is one of the best schools in Bangalore.

Curroption runs in the bloods of the management here. Teachers are highly baised. Co cirricular activities are looked down upon. They term students who dont academically perform special students while reality is just that their interests tend to be towards sports or co curricular activities. Dont torture your child by admitting them there , definitly there are better ways of punishment.

Definitely an unsuitable place for people seeking good education. Lack of good faculty, staff and instructors. This school has serious management issues. The highest priority in this school is given to English (and literature) and science is heavily undermined. Lot of influence is required to attend any competition outside school. Highly biased faculty with no real world experience. The school fails to recognize their pitfalls in every aspect. During my school days even bus facilities were not provided, ie before 2013. Now things might have changed since I am pretty sure many would not consider this school. The attitude from the staff is highly annoying. Havent seen this kind of staff even in higher educational institutes. During my school days, the fees was accepted only in cash, which is totally unjustified in todays modern era unless they want to evade taxes of course. Lot of politics in staff as well, its obvious if you are unqualified. Easy rabbit hole for konkanis to flourish. Pre school teachers teach 10th grade! The fees is unjustifiable. I mean theres no good infrastructure, sports facilities, training or quality of teaching whatsoever. Easy way to mint money and go to NASA/ UK trips for some unqualified teachers or whatever you can call them. Hyped bio of students, atrocious attitude from the faculty, unqualified science and arts teachers can be found in abundance here. Nothing outstanding from this school. Avoid it if possible.

If you are looking for a school to put your child in, please put him/her in I.H.S. (Innisfree House School) Innisfree House School is the best school in Bangalore. Mrs.Bolar is an amazing Principal and even Mrs.Shenoy. Mrs. Sriraman is a good Vice-Principal.
