I like this school they take care about my daughter studies. They have strict rules and regulations which are good for my child. Teachers are teaching good and Principal sir takes care for all the students. All the activities are going on from pre nursery to pre university even in this pandemic. I am a parent of 2 children and both are studying in Ganga International School. I am happy to review about the efforts of the management and staff of this school. I would appreciate the majority of the staff for their commitment. Though a bit of credit of teachers efforts goes to Principal, with all the success behind, I feel sorry to also quote that the Principal of this institution has become stale. Initially when he came to this institution, everyone felt that his ideas were afresh. He did bring lot of positive changes when he joined this institution. But along with the successes, he also developed a lot of ego. His TOO AUTHORITATIVE nature is not at all good for anyone. His attitude has changed and behaves absolutely like a terrible person. He absolutely makes the staff to dance on his instructions. LOL. Especially, some of the so-called Experienced Staff (🤓, 👩‍💻, 📖) follow his instructions completely. There is a lady in fee counter (👹) who can set a great example of a bad executive. Teachers do not have any option other than dancing to his tunes. If they dont follow, this Principal gives so much mental harassment such that they quit the job.It is known fact that Principal is biased towards the students and parents. I dont know what the staff would think or I doubt whether he would allow them to express their opinions. (Thank God. Till now, none of the staff has passed negative opinions about the Principal.) At this point, We, the parents, respect this Principal only because of his age and his expertise in Maths. But as a Principal, he is a big failure now. The institution should not fall behind in this locality and in this competitve world just because of one Mr.Iyer, the so-called Principal sir.With a lot of respect and gratitude, I would say that there are people within the institution who are cultured than him. There are people within the institution who can make this institution shine. There are people within the institution who are better than him in all respects.As a parent, I urge the management to Identify the able people and diversify the responsibilities properly. Management should be reactive to the situations in taking certain decisions quickly. Sometimes parents think that even management is like puppet in front of Principal.Parents and students know that sufficient efforts are being put by Management to improve infrastructure and even washrooms as well. Such efforts are seen. These developments have been observed during the recent visits to the institution.But the mental pain of students and parents is unseen. It has been observed that the staff of the institution are FORCED to follow the authoritative Principal, curbing the creativity among teachers. Only So-called Experienced few teachers prepare initial blueprint and final Decision-maker is Mr.Iyer. Other teachers are not allowed to follow their instinct. Suggestions are also not considered. Principal should have a practical approach and not authoritative approach. Of course, Principal is important to maintain discipline in the tasks and in maintaining timely completion of all the tasks. But the way you get the things done shows your individual character, which reflects in the institutional character.I also observed that previously a student wrote his review. But some of the staff commented on that review saying that it was only a personal judgment. Further to add, it is shameless on part of Principal that even the so-called Experienced Staff are commenting and campaigning for him. LOL.But now, As a voice of many parents, I am writing this review. Hope this review reaches the management and if they take necessary and positive changes at the earliest, it will be good for the future of the institution.

Iam a slow pacer and I realised this fact and start grasping the knowledge as teachers / lecturers realised the same. So I dont feel pressure. My parents also happy as a continuation studied in the same institutional college.

The main problem parents face is if they are not knowing English you please do not go and converse with him if you say something he will understand some what .. anyway before it was a very good school , vice principal sir is also very good and councilor mam is also very good . We kannadigas respecting you is directly proportional to you respecting our language , please do learn kannada as you are living in Karnataka ,, and also give some importance to it ,,,,, washroooms are horrible ,,,,, education is good ,, if the principal is changed in few years you may send your kids to this school,,, vice principal sir is the best to the post of principal ,,, if we go to talk to principal its a waste of time it will really cost one to one and half hour ,, at that time we can meet CM but not the principal of Ganga Institution ,,, and the worst thing he does is beating students hardly with that bent steel scale ,, and the nursery and LKG UKG students will be beaten like anything which I have seen many times ,, the teachers of nursery I will mention her name also Vijayalakshmi mam she slapped 4 times on small boy just he was 3 or 4 years I think so ,for montesary this is not the place ,,,,,, in 10th every teachers are good and they teach well.There are some negative replies for me for this review and there are ample of postive replies than negative replies. Address is incorrect; there was national exam at this school last Sunday and due to incorrect address: I had to search the school for nearly 1.5 hr; I reported late for exam; it was not only the case with me: i think majority of students arrived late for exam.
