Fast service my temperature gun was replaced in less than 5 minutes.The place is a little trick to find even on mapsIts inside a small opening and for even the first floor u have to climb 2 storeys (built that way)Anyways the support is only till 5 pm and it is a pretty crowded road can park 2 wheeler but no place for 5 wheeler parking.

So had my gaming headphones (zebronics orion) serviced here,under warranty so no charge.Smooth process and got it back after four days.I liked the service center.Little difficult to find location.

Best zebronic service station ever .. hardly took me 2 min at the office. But little hard to locate its on the 3rd floor narror galli steps.

Better to talk in detail with this person before you deal. Also suggest you to check with other dealer before buying here. They will cheat you if you dont know the price.

Zebronics products are low quality and prone to failure, so much so that I have replaced my PSU (SMPS as some people call it) 4 times at this centre.Unlike the other reviews, my experience with the staff wasnt bad, they werent rude, but I did get offered refurbished replacements which even had dust on them. A company with very poor standards.

Prompt resolution of concerns

Hopeless service center. Zebronics brand itself sucks. went for a replacement of earphones within warranty recently and i got a used piece in working condition with dirt and earwax in the plugs. unfortunately people cant even understand the difference between buffered pieces and used ones. they are very rude to you if you utter a word and says you are not the only customer of Zebronics, there are thousands. Good luck buyers.... I dont have a star less than 1 to rate them. they deserve 0 rating.

One of worst service center i have ever been to. They just give excuses to everything. Now onward i am never gonna buy zeb products.Wanted to repair my SMPS (within warranty), they blamed my pc, motherboard everything except SMPS. I bought another SMPS and everything looks fine. I wish i could have given zero star.
