To whomever it may concern,The worst service providing franchise as per knowledge till date.They talk like professionals who work on best organized standard.Their only means of earning is, coming to our place listen our complaint drink beverages from our place and collect an amount of 400Rs hand over a receipt, repeat our complaint to us as problem promise to come back in two days with solution.After few days when we call they say that issued cannot be solved due to their incapability and challenge us to claim our cash my any means with their worthless receipt.Their service is just like picnic at our place and we pay them for that.Kudoos professionals

Worst service. Too much over priced one part worth 250 they have charged 1800 /-Dont try this company services. My suggestion is please contact original company service center or urban clab.If you see website you dont have proper support numbers, escalation hierarchical or any other support number.Dont get trapped and spoil your money.

Not a genuine service. Looks 5star reviews are shared by fake customers. All the genuine customers have give 1 star for their service. They attend promptly if you are a first time customer and put fake parts. With in a month it will stop working. Hell out of attempts, you will never receive a response. Worst cheating service center.

Worst service. We need lodge a police complaint. I paid Rs 7000 for TV repair and motherboard was replaced. With one month it went again and when we called, they asked us to share the bill. Since then no response and mobile is switched off or our numbers are blocked. The lady who handles the call shouted for repeated call. Finally I had to buy a new TV.

Please stop fooling people and shut down your company. I have lodged a police complaint today against this company. They have looted me in every possible ways, third class service with cheap local products. The charge they take 3000 rupees for a single piece of equipment, which is available online (Amazon)or offline (Local Market) within 300 rupees.

Really worsts experience from the digital India tech solution... there is no quality work done multiple times same issue 😒 with no display on my LG TV. guys.. pls dont take the service from this repair center... customer satisfaction is not there... there is no politeness answers from the entire team...there is no response when I call we have keep calling multiple times...

They took the TV along with the charger and kept it for a month and were not responding properly as when it can be resolved. Looked like a problem we forced them get back the TV after 10 days follow up we got our TV back but now see that it is without charger. Now again I am following them but to no avail. Real cheat with the name of Sony authorized dealers which they arent. Dont believe them..

Worst service center. Total cheater. They took 7000 for tv repair. Gave a slip stating 6 month warranty. WIthin 2 days of repair got the same issue. Upon contacting, they told they will revert back, but till now no one showed up. These cheaters not even picking my call. .DOnt go for this service center. Cant give 0 rating, therefore giving 1.
