No professionalism. They run centre like govt office. No ownership, accountability and almost zero communication.i wonder how lg can partner with such vendors?One thing all their employees are consistent is at cooking up excuses, not picking calls or responding to messages. Seems like its their company policy and they are trained by their management on this.
I have a bad experience from this place. Issue with the TV was that we were seeing white spots at many places on screen. One day the TV just showed nothing but a dark screen. So we visited this place and they said they need to replace LEDs, they will change the led sheet. On the same day evening we collected our TV and it all worked fine. We paid ~Rs.5K+. Then after an year we faced the same issue again, s but this time we called the LG Customer Care and they said we can arrange for an executive to visit ur home and they will bring the parts also to fix it. The executive visited our home and we were shocked to hear what he said after opening the TV inside. He said the last time Yelahanka service guys havent changed the panel but have just glued our old LEDs..! So I wouldnt recommend this service center. Please call LG customer care directly and get it rectified. Thanks.
My experience lately has been horrible with this service center. Has it changed hands? If not they have no interest in taking calls or attending to the problem.LG is known for its service... Dosent look like any more
It was very experience for pixcel device service Google person collected device from and also delivered to doorstep do to covid took long time but service is excellent
The service engineer visited and upon checking, he mentioned that the washing machine needs to be replaced with a new one. I paid him his service cahrges of Rs.590/- . After 2 days, when we just checked the washing machine was working perfectly fine! Upon calling Pixel Services and complaining about this error in diagnosis by the engineer, they said they would get back to me but there has been no action from the service centre till date.They dont answer calls at all.

Searching for zero star. One of the worst service centre. I am surprised LG has such bad authorised service centres. My LG microwave, 6 months old, had a slight burning smell when switched on, for which complaint was raised. Two technicians from Pixel Services came, opened every part, even after an hour, but had no clue of the problem and left. While opening, they broke the charcoal heater and they told that part was broken before itself. Same technician came after two days with another technician, who finally found that a transformer was lightly burnt. They had no part available so waited for 2-4 days. The same technician called me on a Saturday that he will be by 1pm. But after a long wait he finally arrived at 5 pm. He couldnt open a screw..had no tools to remove and was waiting for us to get some tools to help him out Struggled to open, put the microwave upside down. Finally he opened the screw and started to replace the transformer. He was struggling, cut his finger, and again had no soldering gun with him. Frantically makes phone calls to colleagues, after many calls, someone gets him a soldering gun. He manages to somehow fix the transformer. But when switched on, no heating is happening. It was 9 pm. After harrowing 4 hours on a weekend, we were left with more problems. Customer care couldnt help but they gave a phone number. The lady helped to escalate. A senior technician arrived, tried to switch on, but finds that other technician has done wrong wiring. Smoke started coming out, new transformer is totally burnt. I am escalating again to give a replacement as they are offering only parts replacement. Poorly trained technicians, no tools, no time sense, bad attitude makes Pixel Service. My high end charcoal heater microwave is now a microwave which looks 10 years old, with dents and scratches, peeled off paint and dont know whats wrong gone inside. Waiting for response from the manager !!

Worst LG authorized service center I have ever come across(of all electronic service centers till date). Very unprofessional, laid-back attitude, service guys will lie blatanly if mistake is on their end, too much delay to repair and no follow ups unless you visit their center multiple times. Its so bad that youll prefer either getting things serviced outside or either sell the equipment out of frustration that theyll drive you to eventually.
