I was a regular customer till they gave me faulty water purifier, had to wait for 2 weeks and multiple follow ups to get a replacement, and guess what that also had a minor issue. Had no te to waste, so im sti using it. Please purchase from online to get better service and customer empathy.

I have purchased washing machine along with an extended warrenty. But when it came for service its worst. Really dont buy it with extended warrenty because they will not do it.

The executives don’t stick to their words . They make fake promises . I purchased a microwave oven on 1st September it is 5th September today and still they have not sent the technician . I visited the store personally again on 3rd September and requested to do the needful . Again they lied to me and made fake promise that they would send the technician . And top of that they asked me to give 5 star reviews on google . And when called to customer service they also say the same thing . Overall a bad experience. Don’t visit the store

Not a good experience. Bought a Preethi mixie after first lockdown and the medium jar didnt work. They had told me no company warranty (no idea why not) but since several years store warranty was there I bought it. I had to go 3 times to get it. Today at the store, I requested them to just get it for me from upstairs since it was only a pickup and I didnt want to enter their zero ventilation store under covid conditions. They refused and I had to go up to second floor and wait for 15 mins to get the jar. The blades didnt move manually and the service guy told me to try it at home and come back if not working! All this when we have just come out of second wave and are expecting third wave! Poor after sales service, especially in pandemic. Move quicker guys!

Had worst experience in Pai, Jayanagar. I ordered 5 ceiling fan and 3 exhaust fan on 6th Feb. After checking for stock in the warehouse they confirmed that all fans are available and committed to deliver in 3 working days. Finally multiple follow ups, they delivered the items after a week. I was surprised that among 8fans, only one model is the right one which we chose. Remaining all incorrect are models. After enquiry they confirmed that they don’t have stock. But if you don’t have stock, you need to talk to me, instead of sending different product. Still now struggling to get it replaced. The warehouse people doesn’t know English. If you order Rose Gold, they will send Gold color. And the manager don’t even want to talk to customer and resolve the issue.

Was looking to buy a fairly high end TV and fridge.Visited Devi International, Croma, Reliance Digital and Pai - which are all a few buildings from each other.From all of them, the team at Pai (Rakesh and Seenu) were the most courteous, well informed about the products and to top it all they offered the best price out of all the stores too!Always thought Devi International was the cheapest but I guess not.It was a pleasure to have shopped at Pai and I guess Ill default to them for all my electronics purchases and theyll also be the ones I recommend to everyone.

I purchased a HP Laptop from this store and was extremely pleased with the buying experiencePros1) Store has a large variety of models to choose from.2) Prices are very close to online prices. They compensated for the higher prices by offering cash backs and loyalty points3) Staff is helpful though they are not pushy. I should especially thank Mr. Abdul who was very patient regarding my queries and Mr. Nadeem who finally delivered the laptop to me. They were working even on Republic Day.4) They have a finance arrangement with Bajaj Finserv for a no-cost EMI. Mr. Madhu was very helpful in arranging the paperwork and went out of his way to confirm my bank details, since Canara Bank has taken over Syndicate Bank and all the IFSC codes have changed.5) I was given an extended warranty of one year in addition to the manufacturers warranty for a very reasonable price.Cons:1) Road in front of the store is dug up by the BBMP since forever. You will have to park quite a distance away, unless you are using a cab / auto.2) Price is higher than online shopping sites. It was around Rs.44,500 as compared to Rs. 43,000 onlineBut I went ahead with this purchase due to the Pai assurance of quality and I am sure that they sell only genuine stuff. Also, I have been buying white goods from them for the past few years and they have been helpful in getting the appliances serviced even after the warranty period was over. I was not left to the tender mercies of call centers to get my washing machine / TV repaired.All in all a very satisfying experience.

Dishwasher Order 2 Months behind. No Updates.We ordered dishwasher. 2-months, INR 20,000 advance and several phone calls later, they have a gem of a response - your dishwasher hasnt arrive. If you are so desperate, well repack the showroom merchandise and send it your way! It is just the kind of electronics store you want to deal with - PAY UP and FORGET IT :) Pai, you can do better than paid reviews!

I waited for one week for service man to turn up after repeatedly requested for service and finally got a abusive response from service peoples . Bought a LED TV from here. The pricing was the cheapest compared to the likes of Devi, Ezone and Reliance. Staff was courteous. Placed the order in the afternoon and the TV was delivered within the next 4 hours!

Good place for all high end electronic appliances and consumer durables. They have lucky draws very frequently offering gold and cars in prizes and a lot more. The down side is this results in slightly higher prices than competition.
