These People are Thieves and Cheats. Do not trust them with your expensive Gadgets. I got my Laptop display repaired by them after confirming multiple times about how genuine the product would be and prices, I finally handed over my expensive Laptop to them. First they said, they will repair it at home but later said they would have to service it in the store as equipment is heavy. I agree, they quoted 7K I agreed. Later they said, service will be done in warehouse and price would be 9K. I agreed. Got my device at around 10:30 in the night with screws loosely fitted. I asked why the screws were opened when it was normal display issue. They didnt had an answer for it. Finally in too much doubt I got my Laptop checked by authorised service center to come to know that Parts have been replaced from my laptop which includes Battery too. And these people are so much unprofessional that they now deny even opening my Laptop.

I visited this place 3-months ago. I just happened to see this store when I was entering the mall from the 5th Floor parking. I replaced the display of my OnePlus One phone here.The new display came with 6-months warranty. So far, I have not faced any issues with the new display. The service executives should be trained to deal with new issues popping up when they fix something. The display was fixed in 30 minutes on my phone, but there were some new kind of touch issues. They took about an hour to figure out the issue and fix it.Otherwise, it was a decent experience and I am happy with the display.

Dont go here. I gave my iPhone as it was not working. They quoted me 11k. I told them over phone call that I dont want to get it repaired. I collect my iphone and went to different shop for only then I realised that they have replaced many parts with duplicate parts.

Worst service They dont know anything about mobile service. I gave my mobile for network unlock.Always they will give false information (lie) Eariler in my mobile wifi ND Bluetooth was working.After one week my wifi ND Bluetooth is not working when I asked about this they are again asking for one week to resolve this issue.

They are thieves. They replaced my iphones screen with broken screen and stole nuts from the phone. Dont visit this store better go to SP road.

Im very sorry I have rated one star, apparently there wasnt any option to give negative rating hence had to settle with the least option of one star. I went there on Nov 1st of 2016, with a problem that the front screen was broken. Got it replaced, however I had problem of battery getting discharged very quickly than normal. The store looked promising so enquired about fixing the problem through them. I had not mentioned that I had recently changed the battery and they checked and confirmed that the battery was a problem. I assumed that the earlier person who changed it had not given a original battery (which is quite a possibility in the current scenario). So got another new battery through them. However the phone continued to loose charge than never before. I went back again to have it checked and they replaced battery again. After few days the problem continued so I enquired and they informed that they had replaced an existing but functional (mind you not a new battery, and neither was I informed about that before changing). They promised to replace it with a new battery next time. So I visited the shop again to find out that they didnt have stock. They collected my number to call back. Apparently they seemed to have called me the same day and I have missed the call (I usually return all calls, either way even if I did miss their call), they did not try calling the next day coz they missed my number! Such is the responsibility. And I guess it would have been very difficult to go back and find the number through call records. When I went back again with the same complain I was told that it was my mistake of not reaching back to them. I should have known the simple fact that after all its my phone why would they care. Finally visited again and left the phone. At 9pm called to enquire the status. They confirmed the was a problem with the phone too and that its fixed and the replaced with new battery. They requested time till morning for monitoring the performance. I was happy they fixed it. The following morning tired reaching them till noon but was not helping. Finally got through, they confirmed that the phone was fixed and was functioning as normal phone would do. It was the same response after double checking on call because I had already travelled couple of times without result and didnt want to waste time on road. Finally after going there and checking the phone the problem persists. Battery was reducing by 1%every minute. I wonder what testing and observations they did. When the phone was handed over to me, the data was switched off. The minute I switched on data the charge kept dropping drastically. It takes a lot to teach them that testing is to be done with data and not by keeping the phone idle (without calls and data). Finally I have been told that I need to get my Nexus 5 checked in LG service centre and if they confirm if the problem is with battery then they would replace the old battery which they claim to have checked and was problematic, little do they know that was a new battery too. BTW now Im supposed to check with LG service centre and then if battery is a problem, they claim the replace it with old one (which I wonder if they even maintain an audit log to give the same battery) and return the cash. In the bargain I have lost 2 months of time and effort. Also more importantly one should have extremely high patience to interact with them coz they just dont listen neither hear. It was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone

They are fraud. Dont go to them. If you have given your device for servicing, they will change something. For me they changed the screen of my phone with some cracked display.
