Its a good place for very general electronics shopping. It doesnt have inventory as big as reliance digital but contains most of the genral use product. I visited to buy Go Pro 9 accessories they dont have the collection. Also there are few past incident where not able to find decent tripod or camera accessories. If you are visiting to buy other product like TV, camera body, mobile, laptop or bags. Then its became a one stop place.

Not too many options in laptop configurations..you have to be very sure on which config you need or else sales team will try to get you what they jad as left over stock..saying those models are best in config.

Recently I had an opportunity to visit Croma to check out for a samsung tv. Being an online-shopping person , initially I was quite hesitant to go to offline stores. I had been there and trust me to my surprise I had a very good experience in the store, I was assisted by a gentlemen called Uday, he was very impressive in explaining all the details/offers and he really tried to convince me with the all the facts which he had and felt really impressed by the person. I bought the television from them after all the impressive discussions. I have definitely my seal of trust and would suggest others to try out the store! Definitely recommend!

I dont have the option to select zero so choosing this one star.I am writing this review with a heavy heart for others to be aware, how the Croma is misleading the customers.Here is the Summary:I brought Samsung S20 FE mobile at Croma center last week with cost Rs36,500 but mobile is producing heavy heat, that we observed in Croma center itself at the time of purchase and we rejected to take this, the shop salespersons told me to use one or two days, still its working with heavy heat, we will replace the product(as they told 14days replacement policy). I observed it for 2 days, still working with heavy heat and I called to Samsung mobile customer care center, they did some online diagnostics and they confirmed that this mobile had the issue and returned to Croma and they will process for replacement product. Next day i went to Croma and explained the issue and handed over the phone to service desk at Croma center and also gave the issue tracking reference number to them.After 3days, I received a call from Croma to collect the mobile, I went there and I was shocked with their words, this is normal heat only, if you use mobile back cover then you cant feel more heat and they returned my issue mobile only.They are managing the service center peoples ang getting the positive report from service center.I think they are selling defective products(but i am not sure) and misleading the customers.Very bad customer service department. I would not recommend Chroma in general as I had the same worst experience with them in 2014 also.

I dont have option to select zero so choosing this one star.Bad customer service from Croma Marathahalli - Bangalore branch, they commit for excellent service but not even deliver minimal service.Here is my background of service issue -1. I book Faber dishwasher on 9th July 2021, product got delivered on Saturday afternoon. But no technician reached for installation till 14th July 2021,Wednesday. When we purchase from croma, they claim & sell extended warranty for 2 years, and commit to customer to provide door step service on any issues. For installation only i need to call croma for several times and still waiting for demo.2. Croma suggest dont call Faber customer care, call to croma for service help. not sure what is logic behind in it. If Faber is the product owner, why they insist for calling croma service helpdesk. Now I lost all zeel of procuring new appliance for home. This creates bad reputation for the company who have tie ups with such dealer :( disappointed.Verdict - dont purchase any product such dealer.

Went here to shop Tv. Sales person was polite and knowledgeable.I did most of the research before visiting here and to my surprise sales person was able to answer all the questions bombarded at him.Verdict: Purchased a 55 inch TV with 2 years EW.

Staff were friendly and they had every appliance/gadget one could ask for...we were able to compare so many different phones and were satisfied with the whole experience.

Got the refrigerator two days back(they delivered next day as promised) and still waiting for the installation.. Called to the customer, their system was not working and they asked me to call after 2 hours.. After calling again, they said you have to wait... we dont have any update.. Even billing their system had some issue and they made us wait for half an hour

Worst Croma store. Bought a tv which was supposed to be delivered the very next day. Delivery hasnt happened after 2 days. No intimation from the store or Croma why the delivery didnt happen on time and no confirmation on any future delivery dates. The store doesnt have their phone number registered anywhere and when routed through Croma customer care they dont pick up the call. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE! There are better stores and better options available.

Visited physical store to buy laptopIts in a service road along the busy outer ring road.It has a wheelchair accessCROMA has an appointment system to reduce crowding and to improve safety of their customer. but there is no way to confirm the availability of a model prior to goin to the shop physically. i had to wait 2 hours before they sourced it from a warehouse which was 2 blocks away from where i work!!.customer experience :other than the sourcing, they have a pretty good network which allows them to undertake under 3 hour delivery to customer location .billing was fast and details taken accurately. setup and system demo was fast.over all customer experience is 4/5online experience is a let down.

Offers are pretty lucrative now. Mostly will be the latest electronics which will be available at store. Dont expect last years model hanging around especially on TVs. Any electronics which you are planning to buy, just check once online and try to get better deal for yourself. Mostly works 😉

Visited this place to check out few laptops especially the latest Apple MacBook Pro with its M1 processor. The outlet was equipped with adequate staff, but none of them keen to check on the customer and l enquire what I wanted. With little walk around the outlet I found the Apple products section and the person there did not seem interested to give out details and have a conversation. Feeling clueless about each products with no dissemination of information and lack enthusiasm by the staff, I decided walk out of the outlet. The place may be ideal if you just want to walk into the showroom, knowing what you want and walkout with the item you want without having to discuss anything with the staff there.

I havent visited the Store. I am looking for some items. As I unable to stepping out due to the Covid risk, I checked their site online. They have online customer care. When I click on the customer care, they asking I give my Mobile no. but no one in turn are calling back or text to know what the customer needs. As a customer I would like to have certain info. before visit the place, so accordingly I could plan to come out. If the particular product or brand or size what I required is not available whats the point I take pain to walk all the way there to listen to the same. The customer care person whoever given the job must execute it properly or that option of online customer care option on the site is without serving any purpose. For now I rate as shown. Only after visit the store and practically experience of the store then I will rate more or less. Best regards

Visited the store today afternoon to buy samsung galaxy Tab A 7. Expirenced worst ever service. Non of the executive seems interested in selling or attending customer. Store is well equipped but staff behaviour seemed to be rude towards consumers.

There are too many sales members loitering around, I went in for syska lantern and without checking I was told its not available only when confronted on it being available in croma online he bothered to check. It was collected yesterday and it doesnt work looks like defective products are being sold by croma. Now am forced to visit the store again in the busy week.
